"Saangyobu," Luna whispered, taking the napkins and blowing her nose with a loud HONK. Thank you.
She finally wiped her eyes with her sleeve and gave her best cheery smile. I just needed a good cry, is all. It's fine. It's okay. Really.

I'm not saying you have to shut up and deal, here, I'm saying it WILL be okay...so keep that smile going, alright?
With a slightly theatrical wave of his fingers, the boy summoned a globe of water to his hand. Hovering over his fingertips, he dipped a napkin in it and used the resulting effect to soothe Luna's poor, abused eyes. "There. That's a little better, huh?"
Ravine, content that everything seemed to be okay now, scooted back to her chair and sniffed around for crumbs. >.>

Luna shook her head, her smile fading a bit. No, no, I know everything will be fine. ...Commander Haladet wouldn't let anything happen to me. Uncle Vilden wouldn't let anything happen to me. ...Ma and Jo wouldn't let anything happen to me.
A pause.
And this... whatever it is... is me as well. And I wouldn't let anything happen to it. I'm an Agent, remember? A bad one if I got probed, but still. I'm getting training.

That's my girl.
Ransom grinned at her, oddly unaffected by their age difference. She was so much older, now, but she was always Luna...that was something that would never change.
"And we wouldn't let anything happen to you, a'course. Nico may be off with the b***h at the moment but he'd still come running if there was asskickery involved."
...."And no, I'm not babysitting." >.o

With spidah? The age difference didn't matter much to Luna, either. He was Ransom, and as far as Luna was concerned, she'd known him for as long as she could remember. And she remembered a lot. Especially Nico's spidah.

Spidah pretty much stays at home now...but he still sleeps on Nico's bed. He smirked, content that HE didn't need Mr. Cuddles to sleep anymore...though he did, of course, have a DRAGON. Ravine was better than a plushie any day.
"Come on," he continued, standing and tugging the girl to her feet. "I just got my allowance; let's go buy something stupid and moderately amusing." heart

Luna nodded to Jokeph, who stood. I still sleep with little-Jo. There's nothing wrong with stuffed animals. ...Or angels. A faint smile. I got my final paycheck from Sprouts, too. ...I didn't really want to quit, but the Agents are a full-time job.
She linked her arm with Ransom's, glancing toward the stores. Which store?

I can't get a job, Mama Steele works me to death. I do make damn good money though. He smirked, laying a hand over hers with absent courtesy, and whistled. Ravine skittered across the table and flew to his shoulder, locking her tail around his neck.
"There's a knife store in here," he said thoughtfully. "I can't buy anything, but I can give you the money for it and YOU can. I came here for the bookstore, of course, but Ravine's been demanding new pool toys, too."

Luna eyed Ransom warily. I'm going to buy you weapons?
She suddenly smirked. Won't your MOMMY be mad?

Discreetly- fairly impressive in a crowded mall- Ransom drew the thin dagger he carried these days, flipped it, and put it away. Please. My mama GIVES me knives. Stuff I buy here is things I can afford to loose when I'm working. Now, the GUN Nico's dad gave me...that caused a tiny disturbance.
With a definite overtone that tiny was a BAD word for it. xd

Luna rolled her eyes good-naturedly. I'm not being given weapons yet. They don't think I can handle inflicting pain, yet. A faint sigh. I think they're right.
So into the knife store she allowed herself to be taken, covering her mouth with her free hand to stifle a giggle as Jokeph's eyes lit up like he were a kid in a candy store.

Leaning around Luna to look at Jo, Ran grinned. "Looks like he knows more than you, at least. Don't look at the ones in the cases, Luna- the ones on the walls and in the back are the REAL blades."
I need about ten of those throwing stars, three butterfly knives, oh hey that one in the back corner's new- mom would like that, he murmured, much more cheerful than he had been. Ooooh, those brass knuckles for Nico...tell them you're Christmas shopping. ;D

Luna frowned, glancing at the weaponry. He just likes to look, really. ....How much were you thinking of spending?

Stars are 3 for ten. Butterflies are fifteen each. The neat thing in the back is uh...$299, and the brass knuckles are twenty. He tilted his head at her, and grinned. No worries, I've more than got it. See something you like? ^_~

Luna bit her lip, shaking her head. Not really... Big little sister may find something interesting here, but she's fairly choosy about where she gets her weapons. I don't want to get her something she can't use.
