Turning his head to face Naruto he muttered something under his breath.
"Look I know what I'm doing. Just make sure Gaara doesn't get too far ahead if you can handle that." Smirking slightly, he turned his head back to the direction they were going.

Neji sighed at the comment. Naruto just didn't understand him. He was meant to be a leader, but he always felt he couldn't do such a thing. That was why he was bossy whenever he was assigned captain of a mission. His pale eyes followed Naruto's movements, watching how he acted around Gaara. "Baka."

Sasuke stared at Naruto momentarily before turning his now hardening gaze to Neji. He glared daggers and the Hyuuga's head. Sasuke... hated being told what to do... Either way, Sasuke was ready to get back home. He was tired of missions with these people.

Neji sighed, he could almost feel Sasuke's intense gaze on him. "What, Uchiha?" He said it loud enough for all to hear since Sasuke was a little far behind.
Remembering that they were supposed to set up camp around now he sighed, yet again. "Alright, we're setting up camp now." Landing on the ground he smirked at the land scape. This'll be good practice for when I'm on watch.

Sasuke heard Neji's smug voice. His glare intensived. When he heard that they would set up camp here he wanted to sigh. He had to keep his cool. He caught up to Neji and stood next to him, waiting for the others to stop and atleast join up with the rest of them.

Neji sighed. "Damn it." He remembered that there wasn't enough room for Naruto to pack two things of tent material, even though Neji had tried to coax him, maybe not as kindly, not to bring so much ramen.
"We've only got one tent. Meaning unless Gaara wants to share a tent with each of us we'll be sleeping outside while he's resting up in the tent." Forgetting that it was only him and Sasuke around he stated, "I'll go on watch for two hours, then Uchiha, then Naruto. The cycle will repeat until day break. Which is four in the morning. If all goes right we'll be in Konoha by noon."

((Except Naruto didn't bring any ramen cause he wanted to be there and back in time for his next meal. Said that in my first or second post.))
"Looks like we need to back trakc some, Gaara." Naruto said turning around. he made sure Gaara was with him and headed to where Sasuke and Naji were. When they were with the others he sat down with a loud sigh.

Neji glared at Naruto. "We need the tent equipment." He stated, monotone voice. Sitting down on a long that was there he closed his eyes. He was a little hungry, but he didn't want to be the first to state anything.

-Gaara looked to Neji, Sasuke, and Naruto. One was an obnoxious brat, given undeniable power even Gaara had to respect. Another was a headstrong attitude child, with a single-minded personality and little to no respect for the beings around him. Another was an upright, fatalistic boy with the ability to see chakra points. This was how Gaara judged them, and it would take much more than their current actions to change his outlook. Gaara stepped up to a tree and paused, and then turned around, placing his back against it, and then sat on the ground. He lifted his left hand and placed the fingertips on the cork of his gourd, looking to the other's as sand began to seep out.-
"...Do as you wish...Goodnight...."
-The sand passed in front of his body, and then over it to the right. The grains of sand dug into the ground, and then through the bark and wood of the tree, and back around again, leaving Gaara in a sand coccoon backed by his own chakra, a small hole at the top for air and sound. Gaara crossed his arms, and closed his eyes. Truthfully, he wasn't sure if he'd sleep, he just didn't like him being seen. It bent his shinobi way off a bit.-

Neji was tempted to tell Gaara he should just sleep in the tent, but apparently it would've been a waste of breath. Settling himself on the ground he spoke in a mere whisper, "Alright, you two go ahead and sleep. I'll keep watch and then wake Uchiha up." He acted as if Sasuke wasn't right in front of him. It was just something he did, he couldn't help it. He didn't exactly like being around these three, but they all needed to rest. It was obvious.

Sasuke shot an irritated glare at Neji one more time before walking over to a tree across from them. He jumped ion to a branch, plopping down on to it gracefully. He bent one of his knees, placing his feet against the branch, and let his other leg dangle loosely at the side of the branch. He pressed his back against the tree trunk, looking up into the dark sky. Sure he could have slept on the ground. Hell, he could have taken the tent, yet he really didn't want to at the moment. Sasuke shut his eyes, clearing his mind for the time being. He never really fell into deep sleep. The last time he remembered sleeping peacefully was when... wait no never mind.. He couldn't remember.

Neji sighed softly. Finally, a minute of rest without those two bastards and that idiot perstering me. The Hyuuga contemplated his plan for tomorrow.
Alright, if everything goes right Uchiha should more than likely be the last one for two hour watching. Meaning if I can get in those two hours I'll be able to move a little faster. Of course, being the captain he always took the most hours for guarding camp. It was his job. We should arrive to Konoha by noon at a steady easy pace, but...Knowing Naruto and Gaara we'll be moving at a shakey fast one so we could either arrive there later than intended or earlier. More than likely later. I'll just tell them all this tomorrow. He settle himself, pulling out a kunai. There was nothing better to do than a little game he had come up with on the last mission he spent with those...bothersome people.

-Gaara held his hand in his red hair, his eye pulsing blood vein's and throbbing in his mind, as he rocked back and forth. The kazekage, the ruler of the land of sand, and he could not control the Shukaku yet. He continued to rock back and forth, a single pillar of moonlight jutting into his coccoon from the opening at the tip. He looked about the coccoon, and sighed deeply. He regained himself, quietly, and slumped back. The Shukaku was giving into his will, finally. His hand dropped to his side, as the inner Gaara, the one of kindness, was once again locked away in his inner cell of pain.-
