Heather felt something grab her arm tight. She closed her eyes a moment, mentally wincing, for she was not prepared for that. She looked back at Bullet, confused. "Why not?" She questioned. Why would he not let her leave? She didn't see a reason, and his grip on her arm was beginning to hurt. He wasn't the boss of her, and she hardly listened to anyone anyway. But she couldn't move away. Bullet still kept his grip on her arm. Heather looked at Lea as she yelled out something about a spider? She looked behind her to see the gaint machine as well, coming in all of their directions.

He seemed absolutely infatuated with what the green hedgehog and wolf were doing. Completely oblvious to everything around him, as his blues eyes remained affixed on the gleaming silver Eiffel tower replica. He had been deaf to angry customers around him, yelling at him... and even ignoring the angry manager behind his back, soon turning blue in the face. Though when the silverwear came all tumbling down, he suddenly snapped back into reality jumping at call of his name.
"RUNE!" The resturaunt manager yelled loudly, into the hedgehog's ear.
The red hedgehog was wearing black baggy pants, with a long sleeve dark blue shirt, under a grey t-shirt. Over his body he wore a white apron, signifying his current employment at this dining establishment. Rune scurried grabbing a nearby tray and quickly getting to work, stacking any unused plates and glasses onto it. Because he had been distracted by his job, alot of the tables were uncleared, and unusable for new customers coming in. He had to be careful, for anything he broke came out of his pay check.
He was working as a busboy temporarily at this resturant. It was another job for him to get food in his belly. He had to do menial task, clean tables, wash dishes, take out the trash... and the occasional toilet duty. He seemed rather content with it all, precautiously stacking another plate onto his growing stack.
Dropping by kitchen he dumped all the dirty plates and silverwear he collected into the sink. Then grabbed a extra bin to clean up after the mess the green hedgehog and wolf had left for him to pick up. Running back out, the red hedgehog dropped into a crouching position, instantly going to pick up the forks, knifes, and spoons scattered about the floor. "I'll handle this." Being down on the ground, he was unable to notice the sudden commotion that occured outside.

"Oh no...!" Lea thought in panic. Not only was the little scout robot after Bullet and Heather, but a whole fleet of robots followed with it. They needed to get rid of these things, but without getting any innocent bi-standards in the crossfire. "You guys run! I'll distract them!" Lea shouted as she jumped toward the robots; deploying her jetpack in mid-air. As she flew wildley around the robots......nothing happened....They didn't even turn in her direction. The only thing that seemed to catch their attention were Bullet and Heather... "This can't be good...."

Bullet stared at Heather as she questioned why he wouldn't let her go. He stared at her for a moment, before beginning to release her arm. "I don't know." he muttered, "Just don't fight against it or me...I don't want to hurt you." Bullet's voice had a serious tone to it, he knew very well that he could hurt the brown hedgehog without any warning or thought about it. And right now, he did not wish to do. He wanted to see how long he could go, how long he could have someone who didn't suspect him of planning something terrible. The black and silver wolf's ears twitched at the sound of the white wolf's voice, looking over towards the giant metal spiders that were coming towards them. Great...this day is just getting better and better. he thought to himself.

Heather felt Bullet's grip loosen on her arm and the brown hedgehog listend to the wolf's answer. She pulled her arm away and began to rub the spot where he had grabed it, "Too late for that." She said. He had grabbed her arm very tight and it hurt slightly but it would get better. Heather looked up at all the robots coming, seemingly, their way. Why? They didn't seem to notice Lea. This could not be good.. Heather got into a fighting stance as she got ready for the robots to attack in some way. What were they after? Were these Eggman robots? Or some other 'mad genius' who wants to take over? A thought struck Heather... Was it those Chaos Emeralds she heard about? That was always an option. And unlucky her, that she did not know more about it.

Bullet completely ignored Heather's 'Too late for that' comment, focusing only on the metal robots that were heading for them. He had two choices, he could turn tail and leave the brown hedgehog to fight the robots on her own, or he could stay and fight with her. What is the point of leaving if I wasn't going to let her leave in her first place.. he thought to himself, before letting out a sigh. He only hoped that the fight wouldn't cause his other half to stir. Bullet didn't get into a stance, he scanned over how the metal spiders worked, it seemed like another of weight to balance on top of thin legs.

When he stood up, a bin filled with silverwear in his hand, Rune couldn't help but stare blankly outside. It was any arachnaphobic's nitemare, giant spiders swarming into the city. At first the hedgehog seemed unmoved, canting his head to the side as watched thier on coming approach. Without a bit of consideration, he just dropped the bin of untensils to the ground. Glancing his head back to manager, "Hey is my shift over yet?!"
The manager, who just looked outside the window, then back to the red hedgehog, at first fumed. "You're fired..." before rolling his eyes exhasperated, and retreated out through the back door. The customers, too started to retreat out back.
The red hedgehog, remained there silently for a moment, before beaming brightly and giving a light shrug of his shoulders, "Oh well!" He whipped off his apron, slipping his hands into his pockets briefly to pull out a pair of finger gloves. Stepping outside, he took the time to slip them on.. giving a good tug to assure they snuggly fit.
Now, this wasn't any of his buisness, but he couldn't helped but get involved. It's been awhile since he has done anything intresting, and he wondered if his skills were getting rusty. He slid suddenly infront of the black and silver wolf and hedgehog, a wide smirk on his face. "Yosh.", he clenched his hands into a tight fist, that thrill of excitement taking over him. With a leap he bounded over to the closest metal spider, preforming a aerial sumersault , Rune began to descend down on the spider. "TAIYOH!", he chambered his leg, and suddenly spun, whipping down his leg again in a axe kick. His heel easily smashed through one of the spider's legs, dismembering it from the abdomen. Rune landed on the ground in a crouched position, staring up as the shadow of the large spider walked overhead.
Even with a leg gone, it still had 7 other legs that supported it up. From the crouched position, Rune backflipped high up under another leg, imitating a bicycle kick, using the ball of his foot to strike where the leg and the body were conjoined. He braced his fall landing in a headstand, pushing off from the ground to preform another backflip. Imitating what he had done before, his spinning kick severed yet another leg throwing the spiders weight completely off balance, causing it to tip sideways falling into the ground. Thing nearly fell on Rune.
Oddly enough he launched himself ontop of another spider, sitting indian style as he held onto it's metal frame. He sat there for a moment, arms crossed as if pondering something. Brow furrowed as if deep in thought. The thing paid him no mind, and instead proceeded onward giving him a ride. Raising his fist up, Rune slammed it down onto the body of the spider, leaving a large dent with the impression of his knuckles. Raising the other fist, he punched to the same spot, sparks flying as the spider collapsed beneath him. With a light smile, he hopped off onto the sidewalk, two seemed like such a small number judging how many they were. They just crawled over thier fallen comrades.

Heather was ready to fight, when suddenly another hedgehog came out of no where infront of her and Bullet. She blinked once and watched as he took down two of the robots. But they were still coming? Were the robots after Bullet? Or... Heather remembered back to when she picked up a white emerald. Was it one of the Chaos Emeralds? Or did the robots only give the appearance of going after them, when they were really planning going past them? Either way was not an option. Heather closed her eyes and focused. She could sense water in alot of places of town. All very close. She began to move her hands slightly, making the water near by float in mid-air. SHe sent the small orb of water at one of the robots that was closes, but it looked like it did nothing. Except nearly short fuse it's sight. The brown hedgehog sighed. She still didn't have enough skill yet to control big amounts of water, or make it dangerous.

As Lea hovered above the city, she noticed a red figure jump stealthily in front of Heather and Bullet, and take a pretty big chunk out of one robot. She watched, chuckling as the hedgehog sat indian-style on top of one of the robots. "Well, guess it's time to join the party." Lea thought with a cocky grin. Flying forward, she shot herself towards one of the robots. Ramming herself straight into one of the leaders, Lea kicked off of it, making a small hole in it's casing. "Sweet!" Lea shouted happily, flying herself into the whole. As she landed inside the behemoth, she laughed happily "Well, this will be a good anger realease." She then took it upon herself to take every peice of metal, hardware, and programming......and rip it to shreds! She ripped out every cord, kicked every monitor, and clawed everything she saw to death. It must have been quite a sight to see a robot looking like it was going to impode and to hear Lea's psychotic laughter. .....Silence once again took hold of the scene until....KA-BOOM! The robo-spider burst into flames. Little miss Lea however stood contently among the wreckage, protected by a blue ball of energy. "Hee, that was fun." Lea said with a smile.

Super thanked the red hedgehog for his help, a split second before the robots became apperant tot he both of them. Super turned to Sickle. "Didn't you hear them?" He argued with the wolf.
He turned around and pointed at one of the bots. "Huh. Hey Super, look at that!" He said, ignoring the Green hedgehog. One of Super's eyes twitched.
"Your serious? Argh, nevermind." He said, waving his arm at the wolf. "Why does crap like this keep happening to us. Can I not have a day of peace without something ruining it?" He groaned. "Seriously."
"Seriously." Sickle echoed.
Super glared at him. "Don't start that." He threatened before noticing thier waiter was gone and out the door. He saw him attack the robots. "Waiter by day, Fighter by two seconds ago! Why does everyone live double lives around here?" He reasoned before heading out the door after him. Calling upon the Koatica, His sword, he ran over to Bullet. "You sure as hell shouldn't be a reason for this." He warned.

Heather looked up to see the green hedgehog from the resturant come running to join the fight. Was everyone coming to join the fight? The only question was, why were these robots here? There could be a million reasons. Heather looked up at the robots as they continued to come closer. She looked at the green hedgehog as he blamed bullet for this, "Hey, you weren't here so zip it." She said, slight anger in her tone. She hated it when people were falsy accused. Heather began to moved her hands again as she moved the water. It was the only weapon she had. But the water dropped before it got too high. SHe was too low on energy.

"Hey, you don't know what he's done, so Shut it." He argued with her. Today wasn't his day, and that was deathly appearant. "I have my reasons for his accusation, isn't that right, Bullet?" He turned to the wolf. "I mean, it's not like you haven't tried killing people before." He smirked. Bearing the wolf's past in front of someone who apperantly thought well or nuetral to him was not Super's thing, but he was now definatly ticked.

Heather frowned slightly and moved one of her hands to form a small ball of water and moved it above the green hedgehog and let it drop on his head. "The keyword there is 'DONE' nothing has happened now. Unlike you, from what I can see, I live more in the present." She knew what it was like. To be acused for everything. Weather or not this guy had a reason to accuse him, she did not care. He did nothing wrong now, and that is what counted at the moment. She walked past the green hedgehog and ran for one of the robots. She jumped and began to climb up one of them. If she could find a way inside, she could fry it from the inside with water. She would apologise to the green hedgehog later. This seemed more important.

Super stared at her for a second, before grabing his head and covered his eyes with his hand. "I've heard of cooling down, but that's just rediculous." He sighed, before turning around. "Better not be doing any backstabbing, here, Bullet. Sickle's right behind me, and he'll kill you without delay." He muttered darkly, before heading straight into the mass of 'bots.
Sickle ran out shortly after, ignored Bullet, and went straight into attacking the robots.

Rune gave a slight glance to the others, assiting in the defending the city. Actually it appeared they were bickering amongst themselves. In the middle of a crisis, honestly, someone should set thier priorities straight. With raised open hands, the red hedgehog walked up to them, putting a slightly charming smile on his face. "Now now, you two could settle whatever problems you have," he notioned behind him with his thumb, "After this is taken care of."
Then with the argument coming to a close each of them bolted off on thier own to fight against the horde. Rune stood there a moment stupified , jaw agape. Giving a brisk shake of his head, regaining his composure he stared blankly at the black wolf. He seemed so testy, he could tell just by the intense look in his eyes. With another shake of his head, Rune decided to rejoin the others.
Even with all thier efforts, they didn't seem to make a dent in thier forces. He just did what he could do, launching himself up ontop another spider and bringing it down with a single devistating punch. With a strike of his fist, down upon it's torso.. thier legs gave way out from under them, and they collapsed to the ground.
The hedgehog lingered for a moment, sitting ontop the dismembered scraps of a robot. Taking a breather perhaps? None of the machines seem to care, that some miniscule attack force was getting in thier way. Not that Rune noticed, he did take note that something that was excited him now became a monotnous task. Lifting his body up, he just watched as they continued to press forward. A hand raising up to his nose to scratch at it.
