I'd have to say my favorites are Roy Mustang (FMA), Jaganshi Hiei (YYH), Uchiha Sasuke (Naruto), and Fuuma (x1999).

Hands down, Seta Sojiro From Ruroni Kenshin: Meiji Samuri Romantic Story. His "Reduced Earth" Sukuchi is even faster than the Batosai's Shinsoku "God Speed"!

nehhh, i would have to say that the best character would be Fai D. Flowright (sp? i know i'm really off) from Tsubasa... that manga's awesome

hands down my fave is count d form petshop of horrors! i love is calm presonia then nexted he's soo funny. and loveless's zero, riktia and soubi. and godchild's cain and mad half bother i feel so sorry for himand last but not least marry weather ohoh!! and all the chators form wolf rain, rozen maiden, and cowboy bebop. whee heart
