mmm would Nakuru classify as a guardian? He/she was defenitely my favorite character in the whole series. I used to have a Nakuru shrine on the web until the site I had it on deleted their free accounts. Nakuru was just so fun! I loved the way she attached herself to touya. xp
My favorite card would defenitely have to be the Mirror card, probably because she appears in the series so many times. I especially love the scene where the mirror card and touya are 'talking' and touya knows that she really isn't Sakura xp
Oh, and the second movie (that wraps up the whole show) is so adorable I cried so hard the first time i watched it. Man, i really should watch CCS over again *Hasn't watched the series in its entirity in about 3 years*

It is given more of a personality than the other cards, even when it is not posing as Sakura.

Calica I adore Yue. He is a wonderful character, and the great Ogata Megumi-san does his voice ^-^ Have any of you seen the second movie yet? I have.. I download all my anime off the internet, so I've seen all the eposodes in Japanese and both the movies... sweatdrop

Chelzbell Whee. Ok - Next question - Which card are you most like (power-wise/personality.)? ( There are 52 - You've got options there. ) I am most like Water because water is my element ^_^ Calm, quiet, and kind.

I'm not sure which card I'm most like in terms of personailty. I'm sweet and kind but sometimes I can be werid and..I can alot of self-doubt too.

I love CCS! heart It's the first manga I've ever read (and I was 20... sweatdrop I've only gotten into this lately), and it's simply adorable. I love how it's deep and with complicated characters even if it looks cute and simple. My favourite characters are Shaoran, Kero and Touya, and I'm unhealthily obsessed with Clow.
Now, to the questions:
My favourite Guardian is definitely Kero. heart He's got a lot of flaws, but they make him even more adorable! And deep down, he's a good guy and does his "job" well.
As for the Cards, it's a tie between Wood, Windy and Mirror for my favourites. Personality wise... I think I'm most like Wood. I'm usually gentle, and of course, I love trees. 3nodding
I've seen the second movie and I really liked it, but it was kind of confusing because I read the manga instead of watching the anime. I prefer the manga ending, myself.

Yes, after reading the manga ending.. I began to like how it ended aside from the second movie ending. It was sweet and made you "aww.." in a sense. Thats the only manga I have of ccs, the last book. Generally because I brought the complete anime series and I was always more fond of watching CCS then reading it.
In the long run, manga is pricely and we manga-lovers spend a good amount of money on it ( Which is why I like the fact my local library actually oftens manga - with a good, reasonable section. ) but I could say that about anime as well. Both are pricely. The closest mall I usually go to, at Suncoast, the anime there for one disc is like $29.00 - I mean, c'mon.. I'd rather buy anime off of the internet..what I mostly do anyway. Thank goodness for the internet, eh?
Wow. I thought this post would be shorter then it turned out to be. Hehe.
If I tried to make another CCS rp, would anyone be willing to join? :/ heart

Let's see... fave guardian would definately be Yue. He's just so awesome! I love him dearly! Oh! And I love Syaoron heart But he's not a guardian... oh well!
Fave card would be either dash or firey. I don't think I'm like either... except for maybe firey when it comes to my temper sweatdrop
CCS is my favourite series, the first manga I ever bought and my first anime! I love it so much, even though I've yet to finish collecting the first few DVDs of it. Speaking of which, I was wondering if anyone could tell me when (if ever) they say the names of Syaoron's sisters. I've been searching for it for awhile...
Oh, and Chelzbell, I would love to answer your question, but I have no idea what a rp is... I think it's role-playing, but I could be wrong! I love role-playing, so if I'm right, I would love to join!

I can't answer that one! It's too hard of a choice! It's true that the 2nd movie improved the anime ending. But there's another reason why I prefer the manga ending. Spoilers: I think the fact that Clow split his powers between Eriol and Fujitaka gave all three of them more depth as characters.

Card Captor Sakura was the first CLAMP anime I ever saw. I just finished the manga last week. I started reading it when the first translated manga was published. It was hard to buy the mangas because I didn't and still don't have money. I read the last two books through scanlations I found. As soon as I get some money I'm planning on buying the acutal books. My favorite Guardian is Yue because his other form is Yukito and Yukito is so cute. I don't know what card I would be as of personality. I think someone who knows the cards really well should make a "Which card from Card Captor Sakura are you most like?" As for power...my element is wind so I guess I would be Windy. My favorite card is Mirror, but the other cards I like a lot are Fly, Sword, Light, Dark and all the elemental cards. I haven't seen the second movie but I know where to get it. I'll rent it next time I'm at the movie rental place.
