wahmbulance exclaim I dont really mind Kow havin it although it would make better sence to PICK A SELECT FEW who have the sharingan like a new uchiha or former members of the uchiha clan exclaim wahmbulance

Anyway there are plenty of other ninja skills out there so dont worry bout it 4laugh

I'm not yelling, just explaining. xD

Okay, since we've said a few times that Sasuke and Itatchi are the only survivors of the Uchiha claan, that means that there are no "new" members- that'd imply that thay've spawned some little underlings, and as far as we know, neither of them have.

As for former members... how can you be a former member of a clan? D: You can't just 'quit' your family line.

haku's kekkei genkai, the hyoton,is the most overused kekkei genkai.

Yes I think you can use kekkei genkai of the Kaguya clan because even though they said that the clan shrunk they didn't say how many members they had left.

To end this argument in a nice manner.
Uchihas/Users of the Sharingan that are alive;
1. Tobi [I do believe the Obito theory.]
2. Kakashi Hatake
3. Itachi Uchiha
4. Sasuke Uchiha

No more arguments please. :]

Also, the Rin'nengan is out of question, there are no clans that have it, they were killed when Jiriaya was young and just became the Sannin. Only one person has it, and its Pain. Jariaya's previous student.
