Crim`, seeing exactly what Kata was doing with the man's wallet just watched, though he did seem to get a sort of agitated expression with every putdown, he couldn't help but find it amusing that the perverted old man let his perversion get the best of him..

He blinked. A thought arose. He reached to his backpocket to check if his wallet was there, hell she was riding behind him for quite a while on the bike... Who knows what she could've stolen.

Yup, still there.

Meanwhile, the scientist was giggling like an idiot, believing that he was god's gift to women all the while. "Ehehehe.... Yes...! So... Crim`! About your arm! Let's get back to the lab right now!" The man quickly began walking toward the door, a stupid grin still plastered on his face.

Crim` raised a brow, a drab expression on his face.

"Dirty old b*****d..." he muttered to himself.

He looked at Kata and shook his head, a smirk on his face, raising his hands at his sides a bit. "I'm not even gonna say anything..."

The scientist grinned, suddenly walking as if he were teen feet taller. "I'll have to show you my office! Y'know... I'm the lead scientist, ehehehe..."

Crim` trailed behind the two, hands in pockets, staring forward. Was it a hint of jealousy? "Rediculous." he muttered under his breath.

And soon the three were inside, they quickly made their way to the research department via elevator.

"Ah ha, have a seat my good man and get the arm ready for examination, I'll be back in a second." said the scientist, turning to Kata and winking in his own sleazy little way.

Crim` rolled his eyes and removed his jacket, then his shirt. He looked down to his right arm which showed various signs of wear, and took a seat on the examination table. He would reach into his jacket which sat at his side and pull out a cigarette, which he set between his lips, only to be shot down by an intern as he searched for his lighter.

"Uh sir... There's no smoking." said the nerdy young man.

"...I see." replied Crim`, staring at the intern with narrowed eyes. The mere fact that he was in this place seemed to enrage him but he tried to keep his cool as best as he could as he waiting for it to be over with. He stared at the wall across the room.

Glancing at Kata, Crim's eyes would soon revert back to their position staring at the sterile white wall. "You could say that..."

Within moments the scientist was back in the room with two assistants, glancing at the angsty pink-haired man then at Kata as the two assistants began preparing various very strange medical instruments.

"Now missy, you might want to leave... These types of thing can get... Ugly. Wouldn't want you to worry your pretty little head over it! Don't you agree, Crim`?" asked the man as he looked back down at Crim`, a cocky expression plastered across his face as that familiar toothy grin spread across it. Crim's anger seemed to intensify as he heard the remark, his left hand tightening around the sheet-like material present on the bed he sat on.

"Whatever..." he finally said, his grip relaxing.

Wouldn't want to cause trouble now, not with this bounty on my head and all those goddamn security bots they seem to jump at activating when there's the smallest bit of trouble... Not until my arm is repaired... That is.

"Ehehe, I'm sure you do..." The scientist laughed and stared at Kata for a moment, his two assistants looking at him strangely.

"Doctor Ozawa, the instruments are ready, as are the replacement parts. We are ready to begin." said one of the assistants.

"Right! Now Skylicker, I'm sure you remember this is no easy procedure. While I can tell from the condition of the arm that the responsiveness of it is at a low percentage you'll still feel a considerable amount of pain regardless as we attach the nerve endings and strip the old skin. Would you like something to ease the pain?" asked the doctor, seeming to get a sick satisfaction out of knowing Crim` would be in pain.

"I'm fine, just get it over with... As I said before." replied Crim`, his eyes closed as he climbed onto the table and laid on his back. One assistant took his arm and laid it into a tubelike metallic machine as Crim` grabbed two of those wooden tongue things... Whatever they're called, and placed them between his top and bottom rows of teeth.

Doctor Ozawa walked over to the machine and smirked as he began to turn a nob on it. Soon, a high-powered heated suction began tearing at the artificial skin that covered Crim's right arm. Needless to say, this was extremely painful, but Crim` just gritted his teeth and grunted as he felt the skin being torn violently from the prostetic.

After stripping the skin the steel sleeve was removed, revealing Crim's artificial arm in it's truest form. It was a greyish color, composed entirely of fake muscle. Many parts of it had a translucent look, especially around the bulk of the bicep and forearm, a deep reddish color seen underneath the strangely colored tissue.

Crim` opened his eyes, spitting out the nearly shattered sticks in his mouth and looking down at the arm.

"Alright Skylicker, time to replace this old model." said Dr. Ozawa.

"Replace...?" asked Crim`, raising a brow. "What do you mean replace? I came in for repairs, that's it."

"Oh we've a more advanced model and you're just the guy to test it." added the doctor, his back turned to Crim` as he watched one of the assistants roll in a cart with an object that was covered by a white sheet.

"Wait one second! I know exactly what your tests are, no ******** way in hell am I gonna be involved in that again!" said an outraged Crim`.

"Oh but it's so much better than that outdated piece attached to you... Twice the power, twice the durability. Besides, we merely need to gather some data once it's attached then it's all yours, for free." said the doctor, pushing up his glasses with his middle finger, a devious grin on his face.

Crim` paused for a moment, glancing to Kata then around the lab, then suddenly cooled down, devious thoughts undoubtalbly racing trough his head as well. "Alright. I'll give you your data... You'll get all the data you'll ever need."

Yeah, he wants me to kill somebody. I knew this was coming. Too bad he doesn't know what...

Crim' s thought was cut short. "It is battle data, you know Skylicker..." added Ozawa.

"Right, I gathered that much." replied Crim`.

The doctor paused. Something suddenly didn't feel right to him... But his thirst for seeing his new creation in action took control of him, a classic flaw of weapon developers: They want to see what their abominations can do.

"Right then... Ready the new prostetic!" said Ozawa to one of his assistants, a hint of glee in his eye.

Crim` laid back and closed his eyes as the other assistant moved to him and began severing all ties of the old arm to his torso, another, nay, the more painful of the two procedures that have already taken place.

After a long painful replacement procedure, Crim` opened his eyes. He looked down to his new arm. It appeared in many ways similar to the first one, but he could already feel the difference in latent energy that slept within it. Sitting up, Skylicker made a fist with his right hand.

The scientist, Doctor Ozawa, smirked. "So, like it? Ready for the tests?" he said, a bit enthusiatically.

"Hm about these tests..." Crim` said, making a fist again and getting a general feel for the arm as he stretched it out and moved it in various ways.

"...yes?" asked the doctor.

"Think this arm could say... Level a building?" continued Crim`, casually.

"...Perhaps... That's why we need tests, to see what it can really do." replied the doctor.

Crim` stood, pulling on his shirt and cracking his neck. Laying in one spot for a few hours will make anyone kind of stiff. He then looked to Kata. "So, Kat, what do you think these tests are?" Crim` asked, ignoring the doctor.

"The tests will be..." said the doctor, soon interrupted before he could finish.

"Hey!" Crim` interrupted. "...let her answer." he continued, a smile on his face.

"And Kata, seeing what you have do you think that thing came from here?"

The doctor widened his eyes and pointed his finger at Crim` "Now, I don't know what you two are planning but we had an agreement! Tests... Then you get to leave with the arm!"

Crim` stormed over to the doctor, grabbed him by the shirt and lifted him up to his height. "Don't for one second think you can begin telling me what to do, those days are over and I owe you nothing after what I've done for this corporation."

Beads of sweat began to form on the Dr. Ozawa's forehead as he stuttered a bit, trying to force out his words. "Wha...What do you think you're doing?!"

His assistants ran off ou of the door and down the hall.

"I need some information, Doctor. There was a humanoid machine. A very technologically advanced machine that has this place written all over it. It attacked myself and my friend here, and I'm still a bit sore about that. Kata, how do you feel about that thing attacking us?" he said, turning his face to Kat and grinning.
