Crim` would quickly slide his right hand up the length of the broomstick, keeping his left far up the 'neck' of it as he pulled it down at his left side, allowing his hand to move up quicker. Quickly he'd flip it, bringing the non-bristled side of it up and the other side down into the ground at a slant on his left side between his leg and Kata's incoming weapon, holding it securely and blocking Kata's attack as he dropped to one knee(his right), the bare side of the wooden stick meeting the ground in a low thud.

Creak.

...Maybe I should've picked something sturdier...

The wooden broomstick bent at the weight of Kata's much sturdier and heavier weapon but before the moment had passed Crim` would already be attemting to push Kata away, taking advantage of the fact that he had dropped in stance, utilizing the added force of rising and pushing the broomstick outward and hopefully pushing Kata's weapon away.

Finding her blow being repelled, Kat quickly reversed the direction she was swinging, raising her right arm to swing the the back end of the trident up and at his head instead. This was definitely better than swinging at a punching bag. And people had gotten annoyed at her for ripping most of the punching bags in the gym with the pointed end.

Kat jumped over the swing, reflex again taking precidence over practice. She continued her own swing until the trident was perpendicular to the ground, the pointed end aimed down at Crim's leg. She stabbed down at him from there.

Kat missed her stab, of course, plunging the end of her weapon deep into the earth before pulling it out again. She blew a strand of hair off her face as she watched Crim run for the tree.

"I think you're going easy on me!" She exclaimed, then ran after the man towards the tree.

Seven arrived at the second floor and began looking around for the stairs, he didn't go up here much. While doing so he noticed the light coming from Celeste's room. She was a likely canidate to have been involved in the explosively broken third floor.

He began to approach the room, opening the notebook he had found and taking the pencil from behind his ear. He stopped before getting to a spot where he was visible. Everyone who lived here was likely to have caused it. And she scared him. So he turned back around and headed up to the third floor.

Seven dropped the pipe out of his mouth when he reached the third floor. And was ready to drop the magnifying glass too. The damage was immediately noticable. This was more then just collateral damage or an accident. Seven tightened the straps on his gloves and put away the magnifying glass. He had realized the possibility of someone being inside this mess.

His normally relaxed and lazy attitude was lost as he began digging through debris. He looked for any evidence of foul play, things that hadn't been utterly destroyed, and possibey people on the third floor. He stopped for a second to concentrate and then went back to work.

Meanwhile, his duck minions took off from the pond, over the forest and to the third floor. They didn't have hands, but they could communicate with Seven if they saw anything. So long as there wasn't an open bag of bread to distract them.

Crim` landed clumsily, stumbling back a few feet and almost falling. He wasn't actually the most agile so when it came to such manuevers he often would end up surprised when they actually worked. He crossed his arms, about to gloat but noticed Kata staring at something in a grassy area. He knelt by her side, wondering if she was just really angry at his antics or if it was something else.

"Kata, you okay?" he asked, looking at her. He still didn't notice anything.
