"Yes, I did." Aion spoke as he placed a final lick on one of the petals, satisfied it wouldn't fall off. Gazing up at her, he grinned faintly, as it hurt too much to shift the muscles on his face. "And if you were smart enough, you would have grabbed extra for whatever stunt you pulled getting these for me. So, I had to save one, I know you would have used them all on me. I'm covered. If I would have let you have more you would have started shoving petals in my head. Besides...turns out you needed them too."
Blinking as she hissed about the pettles, he retorted in a, "Too Bad!" before snickering lightly at her oh so scary face avec the big purple petal on her brow. He knew he of all people shouldnt be laughing, yet it was something he couldn't help.
"Females, always a hypocrite after they themselves do the same thing before the male do something wrong." Aion rolled his eye, smirking as he quite remembered her own selective hearing only but thirty minutes ago. Feeling her paw heat up, Aion turned to glance at Elu, seeing her glancing at him through the corner of her eyes. Tilting his head down as well, he neglected to realize he still had his paws about her own, as he muttered a 'you're welcome before returning something which had been nagging him all this time in the back of his head. "Now...what were you...talking about before all this happened..."

Elu's ears twitched back toward his voice and she felt her cheeks heating more, "Ah...Well, I told you that I liked you..." She wouldn't look at him, the courage she had felt before, evaporating in a puff of smoke. It was too confusing and she had never had to deal with such things before. She had always been the one to stand back, the one to let others go on without her, hells! Look at her sister they were practically opposite in temper and yet their Elu was, acting all calm and coy, the emotions inside her mind were swirling about.
She didn't even try to understand them, they would just confuse her more. And she didn't want to stop. She didn't want to run away. But she didn't know what to do now, she couldn't look at him, and her body began to tremble slightly. She hated it. Hating feeling so shy ll the time, what had happened to her? Before she had been all confident and assured of herself and now she was reverting back to the shy her. She shifted uncomfortably and refused to meet his eyes.

An almost invisible smile crept on his lips...one which hadn't been seen in ages. Infact, Aion couldn't remember when he smiled last...and not just because he was being cruel either. Watching as her walls broke down as she became a shy wreak, he dipped his head lightly as he thought for a moment. He could leave now, return to his shrine with guidance and a meaning in life which would be clear to him. Or...he could stay with her, face a path of uncertianty and try and figure out his own meaning. Standing up slowly, his voice uttered three little words. "You're an Idiot."
Yet, he did not leave. Instead, taking a few smal steps, he returned to a laying position right next to Elu. Leaning against her ever so ligtly, his wing folded along her back as his head moved to gently rest on the back base of her neck; making sure not to disturb the petals on his face. Giving a soft sigh of relaxation, Aion knew he had made his choice, these wounds were proof of that long before his actions now.

Elu began to bristle as his words reached her ears and she opened her mouth to reply when the next moment he was beside her, one of his wings on her back and his head on the back of her neck. She couldn't speak, she could barely breathe at what he had done. A wave of heat rippled over her and she could barely move. What had he just done?! She was sure someone a mile away could see her blush, "Ah...ah...Aion? Wh-what are you doing?" she squeaked, her voice breaking.
She really couldn't believe it, she had expected him to laugh at her or do something like that but certainly not anything like this. She shivered slightly and found her body naturally moving inward and she lay her head on his front legs, "I swear" she growled, a bit of her defiance peeking through, "If you go back on this, I will hunt you down and make you regret it." She closed her eyes, the exhaustion of the day catching up ith her too quickly, she tried to stay wake, just to hear his reply, she needed confirmation after all.

"What does it look like? I'm sure even you can figure it out." Aion said rather with a chuckle, his lips turning up into a smirk. Feeling her temperature rise, he knew she was blushing even after she rested her head down on his paws. As she continued to yabber on about useless things, Aion gave a sigh and tilted his head up so he was able to whisper in her ear. "Untill today, I have a ninety nine percent sucsess rate of not letting my prey escape. I don't plan to let that happen again." Of course, this was joke that it seemed only those two would ever get, as his head returned to her back and closed his own eyes. Sleep was eminent, yet he still managed to yawn out, "Now shut up for once and sleep." Before he himself dozed off.
