He hasn't even let DeGei test out the idea before criticising him, and it seems that he isn't willing to even be a tester, so what right does he have to state his opinion on it, and even have the nerve to do it in a condecending manner like that? =/
And stop worrying so much about causing drama, I'm fine with it when people try to call me out when they think I've done something wrong

The number of KH and Deathnote fans that would be willing to test out a game based on them is pretty low if you're only recruiting here in the guild. Recruiting threads in the Anime, Manga, and Gaming forums might be the best place to get people to test out those games.
Because at this rate if you're looking to get around 75 people with SG experience it doesn't seem very likely.

DeGei HirunHikari DeGei Tentative Schedule for future tests: First Test Game: vote Second Test Game: Hearts of the Kingdom (75 players or more sign up) ---------------------- Deathnote (74 or less players sign up) Third Test Game: New vote selection. x.x could you be any MORE unoriginal? KH and Death Note. This is why the SG has our GM storylines, which are entirely original. Unlike this, which is less SG related and more Mafia set to Animes. Sure, the SG is set to Gaia Mafia, but we're more original than that. We use the scenery, not the plot. >> The point is people like Kingdom Hearts and people like Deathnote, so playing a game based off them would be interesting and having roles and rules based off of the situations of the stories would be more Involving. But Im sure you have never played a video game, board game, and read a book based on a popular tv series or movie because that would be "unoriginal" of the game creators or writers. PS I had to push the first test game's sign up back until Wednesday and possibly later. This is due to only having 10 people signed up.
Mhmm. You are correct. I have never played such a type of video game. Because liscensed crap is not always the best game. I'd like to NOT know what plot twists are going to happen, thank you. >>
@Alain: Yes, I can be more of an a**. :'D Just ask.
EDIT: Sure, I may come off as mean and heartless for denying this idea.
A. I have an opinion and am expressing it. o3o B. I don't understand why he has to go along with these and can't get his own idea. C. It comes off to me as if he's doing this as if he lost and this just makes me ever more horrified to wonder how far this game would be ruined if he got the spot. I mean, with more positions, it'd be even MORE depressing for someone if they didn't get one because there's a higher chance.
And SERIOUSLY, Alain, you're geting in my face. Back off. >_>

PS I had to push the first test game's sign up back until Wednesday and possibly later. This is due to only having 10 people signed up.I wish to Agree with Hirun. Not because he's my sibling, but because he's correct. (Just to remove that from any argument you may have against this.) I do not play any of that such. Those usually suck, because when they try to do so, they usually SCREW IT OVER. So it's nothing like what you wanted, or it's much too like what it was and thus loses interest. Would you honestly like to do something using recycled opinion? Go for it. That post was basically stating an opinion. What the main mentality of your SG is the fact that you wish to change everything, give themes, and basically make a radical change to what we allready have. Basically, you're a liberal, we're conservatives. We don't mix, so you gotta find a compromise. The most basing off anything we've had is by making minor hints in our plot. Everything that makes it the GAIA SNIPER GAME sticks. This is not the GAIA DEATH NOTE GAME, or the GAIA KINGDOM HEARTS GAME. This is the sniper game. We snipe people, and include references. I'm sorry DeGei, but good luck with your X Variable, because right now it's not exactly less than three. After seeing System malfunction's post (Alain yay. <3) I've rethought my position on this whole mess and have decided not to say anything on this till after I see the game. So read the above text if you desire, but I'm not quite sure about it now. Thank you. o_o It doesn't seem to be whitetexting. s**t.

@Hirun: Who said that the game would follow the show/game's plotline? I was under the impression that it would put the players into a scenario in the story's world
and you're lucky this is the internet beetch D<

Shoy, I'm sorry, but I just have to bring this up. You want the Wii because 'it brings something new to gaming', yet you don't want DeGei to try to bring something new to the Sniper Game? You just totally contradicted yourself there rofl rofl rofl

You're right. I'm lucky this is the internet or else you would be on the floor. >_>
Scenario = World.
And you're becoming more of a** defending this than I am commenting on it.
Don't want to deal with you. Hikari out.

You just totally contradicted yourself there rofl rofl rofl I knew somebody would point that out. >> Read the bottom again. I stated that I no longer stand by that opinion. I only left it there, because I honestly didn't want to delete something that I took some effort to write. Plus, the Wii does not take gaming and rewrite it. It adds something new. DeGei here, (WHICH AGAIN IS NOT MY OPINION ANYMORE, BUT WAS) was trying to take the game and change it entirely, instead of just making a tweak here and there. The Wii changed how the game is played. DeGei, is trying to take the game, change the positions, change the set up, and basically create a whole new game, saying it's the sniper game still. Got it now? I'm going to leave this topic. See you.

It would appear that it's died down, but from now on, please do not be...well, to put it as people have, an "a**" to each other. Mmkay? If you wish to express your opinions on the matter, that is fine. Please do so without bashing and making fun of other people. I will not name names, because several people have done it. Also. Quote: Thats true, and it may be a problem for understanding the origin of certain roles, but it shouldnt impede a person from joining the game as all the minor rule changes and role additions would be explained. Yes, but unless I'm misunderstanding you, the game would be full of references to said series. I personally would feel a bit left out if I was playing and didn't know of the series, or would be annoyed if I didn't like it.
However, the reverse of this, of course, is that if I did, I'd probably enjoy it quite a bit. xD If you're going to attempt to recruit for these, I'm going to agree with Insomnesiac and suggest going to the Anime and Manga forum. You'd have better luck there.
On another point related to all of this. One of the reasons, personally, why I enjoy the Sniper Game, is because it takes elements of the Gaia plot and turns them into a game. Considering we're on Gaia, everyone is at least somewhat aware of what's going on, and it...well, enriches the experience? With a different basis, you don't have that link.
(That being said, though, if the testing gets to the point where you're playing the Kingdom Hearts-based one, I'll give that a try. I don't care for Death Note, and I'm busy enough as is for the moment.)

Why is it that people only focus on those two games? There are other games that would just add a few positions and make some new roles and such, nothing that would take stuff from a game or an anime.

*sigh* Ok, Ive come to a decision and I dont really think anyone is going to steal my ideas at this point and if one or two people did, everyone else would disapprove. For an example, here is the setup for the Hearts of the Kingdom Scenario. And no it doesnt really have any spoilers for the game that your average person who has heard about the game at this point wouldnt know.
ROLES: Organization XIII- 12 players recieve a role as a member(numbers I through XII). Each round 1 member is RNG'd to make a kill, that member is removed from the pool until each of the 12 has had a chance to select a kill. May choose Jailed players.
Sora- Selects 1 kill each round.
Donald & Goofy- 2 players, they each select a number from Organization XIII to recieve a clue on, during each round. And they know the identity of "Sora"
Namine'- Recieves one clue on Riku or King Mickey each round.
Riku and King Mickey- Can be Jailed, but do not lose their role because of it, nor is it announced if they are jailed. Continue to vote even if jailed.
Cloud, Leon/Squall, and DiZ- Each one is a G-Team Member.
Pete- Recieves one clue on Sora, and continues to vote from jail.
Heartless- All players with out a seperate role, continue to vote from jail. One is randomly select each round to have a challenge for a clue about any role.
How is all comes together: Jailing is considered to be, "being captured by darkness." There is no Jail voting, but noted roles vote after being jailed.
Organization XIII and Namine' must Kill Riku and King Mickey to win. Both must of course be killed as they are not affected by the darkness.
Sora, Donald, and Goofy win once all Twelve members of Organization XIII are Jailed or Killed.
The Heartless win if Sora is Jailed or Killed.
Got it Memorized?
