I own the first game and beat in in a couple hours on and off. Relatively easy, as was the second game that I rented. I did enjoy all the cutscenes, though. <3
To make the crab flip over, have Al tackle it. Then transmute a spear and poke it until it flips back over. Repeat until it dies. xD
The third game is called Kami wo Tsugi Shoujo, which roughly translates into "Girl of the Gods", "God's Girl", or "The Girl Who Surpasses God". Due to poor sales of the first two games in America, Square Enix decided to not import this one for an English release. There was also a bit of controversy about the title of the game. This game is like the others; repetative. However, any FMA fan will love it.
Basically it's about this group of people called the Element Priests or whatever that run around screwing up people's lifes and burning houses. You get the idea. Then they target this girl named Sophie who turns out to have teh magical powerz. She attacks the lead bad-guy, with the help of Ed and Al who have come into the scene and then like... yeah. The bad guy goes away, threatening to come back. Then they have lyke, adventures and magical stuff and Edward-abuse and more magic and emo-ness. 8D The end!
"I'll get you, my pretty! And your little shrimp too! >:0"
(jk. xD;; )
Good news for you, Rekki-chan; Ed is like, so abused in this game. xD (I have pictures of these, too. :B Hur hur.)
*gets tied up by a scantily clad lady
*gets thrown in prison... with just his boxers on..
*has to escape prison in his boxers while hiding behind Al so they can find his clothes and escape.
*gets clothes taken off by Winry, Sophie, and Al
*Sophie walks in on Ed in the shower. Interestingly enough, she apologizes, but won't stop staring at his nekkid-ness. xD
This game was just for the sake of milking the cash cow, really. It was said that if Square Enix completely owned (meaning Arakawa-sensei had no consent) FMA, they would have made this a dating-sim game with Edward and Sophie.
And as for Dream Carnival, it won't be released in the US either, also due to poor sales rates.
PM me for pics of either of the two games. : D
