Kethara giggles nodding alittle "It would appear so. Seems we had more fun talking and whatnot." opening her eyes she sits up so that she was leans back on her elbows. "I should pick on your more often." pushing her hand through her hair she frowns then wrinkles her nose up as it falls back into place "Okay the first thing I'm doing when I have the chance is cutting this hair."

Lucius chuckled. "But it's nice hair," He shook his head and leaned on the arm of the couch. "I'm never cutting mine... Dad never did, and he's fine," He laughed, shaking his head letting his hair sway a bit. "Besides," He batted at the purple tips. "I'd have to cut this stuff off, and I don't want to do that..."

Kethara looks at the purple tips then giggles "They suit you. And I think the only reason why I want to cut my hair is because its driving my crazy right now. I doubt I will I like the ends to much," lifts her end of her hair she shakes her head still loving how her hair went from a dark blue to the light teal color.
"Enough about hair, are you really planning on staying inside. Cause if you are I'm coming over there right now and sitting in your lap until you beg to come outside." she had a serious look on her face, although her eyes were giving her away as they were showing laughter in them.

"Gnnn... If you're going to be that way about it..." Lucius said standing up and frowning. "I guess he can hang out on the poarch for awhile..." He said, his eyes shooting towards the kitchen, hoping his father had not heard her last statement, because odds were if he had, he would be storming in to come boot Kethara out of the house in no time. "We might want to walk quickly..."

Standing she arches a brow as he eyes the kitchen then laughs taking his hand "You really shouldn't worry all that much. I gave your father my word. And I never break my word. So relax or I'll be tickling you." with a wink she squeezes his hand "Lead the way Luc."

Lucius squeezed it back and he moved towards the door as quickly as possible, trying to make it out to the poarch so that he could explain to Kethara why it really wouldn't matter what she had said...
His father was a complete and total psycho when it came to relationships, and he knew the minute his father thought that Lucius was even close to forming more than a platonic relationship with Kethara that it was going to end ubruptly, and there was going to be some very ugly goings ons...
He'd seen how his father had destroyed Joi's life... Ruined it almost completely... He didn't want that for himself and he certainly didn't want to subject anyone else to it.

Stepping away from Lucuis when they were on the porch she looks over the area closing her eyes as the wind picks up her hair. It was cooler then normal, but she didn't mind. Turning back to him she smiles as she leans against the wall "You know these past few days I was debating with myself if I should come see you."
She turns to look over the land, her hands behind her back "I started thinking I might have done damge then good." stopping she looks down at her feet "I don't know what I am to you, but your my friend no matter what. So the thought that I might have hurt you. Well it made me think that I should have left you alone." laughing alittle she shakes her head "I'm silly I know this, I think to much and act without thinking."
Shrugging she didn't look at him "I guess everyone has something there insecure about." she let her eyes fall close again.

Lucius chuckles a little. "Kethara, you're pretty much my only friend aside from my books, and I can admit that my book friends aren't all that talkative, it's nice to have someone to talk to..." He began to understand why Joi had thrown a fit about her talking to Jay...
"But I have to warn you, my father is completely nuts, he may not look it... but the minute he thinks we're getting close or affectionate, he will attack, and probably forbid you from ever seeing me again... He did it to my elder sister, and I think she still hates him for it..." He sighed and looked out towards the edge of the isle.
"I do honestly like you Kethara, you're something I could never be... Direct." He turned and looked back at her. "But... For now, I just don't think I want to risk not being able to ever see you again..."

Kethara glance back towards the door arching a brow for a moment. Shaking her head she pushes off the wall then move to rest her arms against the railing "You know what you said would make me think you had a crush on me." shaking her head she smiles "But we know this isn't true." she looks up towards the mountain falling quiet.
Glancing back at him she nods "Then I will not overstep my boundries then. I don't want to lose you as a friend. And I respect your father so that another reason I will just stay your friend then." looking away her wings flap alittle as she beats herself up inside for even saying those words. But she rather have a friendship then nothing.

But I do have a crush on you, which is why this sucks so much, Lucius wanted to say, but wasn't about to shoot off his mouth and make things complicated. "Thank you for understanding," He said as he moved over to look over the railing next to her. "It's nice out at the very least..." He said, his eyes scanning the mountain as he stood there in the quiet.
"So, you live on the moutian huh?"

Kethara nods alittle "You could say that." she turns looking up at the mountain for a moment before she point to where the clouds hide part of it "I live in that area. Where nothing can be seen, just the clouds." looking back at him she nudges him then giggles "I'll take you up there one day, they you'll be able to see what I see when I look down at this isle. Its breath taking." she turns looking up at the sky again.
"But then its also lonely up there. Not many pae'il are willing to venture up there. Not that high anyways.." she sighs looking over at him watching him for a moment "You okay? You seem like you want to say something."

Lucius chuckles a little. "Naw... Just thinking..." He looks up at the mountain and nods his head. "Maybe one day, but not anytime soon..." He says shaking his head slowly. "I hear the winds are brutal up there, makes it hard to fly..."

Kethara giggles then shakes her head "Wind isn't all that bad. Course I shouldn't be talking. I can turn myself into air. So being up there is easy for me." she pauses for a moment then looks back down at the land below her.
The wind picks her hair up blowing it into her face. She started thinking again, he didn't response to what she said early about crushing on her. Looking back up she shakes her head then frowns. She wanted to ask but she couldn't.

"I won't argue with you, it's not terribly bad, just a pain in the butt when you're trying to get off the ground and stay straight," He laughed weakly, looking out for a few more moments before eyeing the windows and spotting his father watching them. He sighed and shook his head slowly.
"I should probably head back in before dad blows a gasket, he doesn't look too happy right now... I hate it when he gets like this..."

Kethara looks over her shoulder nodding before she frowns. Pushing her hair from her face she looks at him for a moment. Sadness formed on her face but she quickly looked away to regain herself.
Licking her lips she looks back up at him laughing alittle trying to hide the sadness even though it was still there in her eyes "Alright, I will take my leave then. I don't want you to get in trouble because of me." nodding her head she looks away again.
You fool, just tell him! Just throw safety to the wind! Your gonna watch him slip through your fingers if you don't! Shaking her head she place her hands behind her back. "You get better okay, and I'll see you around when I can." she turns away from him walking over toward the other end of the porch.
She had to get away from him, she was getting attached. Something she didn't want to do in case it never happen.
