I think naze and doushite are both 'why'. Someone more proficient than I am in Japanese correct me if I'm wrong. ^^;

The votes help the crew decide what to "stamp" the person as and then give them the banner corresponding to the character that they are most like.
All you have to do to vote is read each person's application and then decide who that person sounds a lot like, based on their responses. Then you post that person's and then you do another one.

'Naze', 'doushite' and 'nande' all mean 'why'. As to why, I dunno... I think 'nande' is more inquisitive while 'doushite' and 'naze' are more serious...

It hasn't appeared so much here as in the other one, but I probably should repeat the message [-Sakura_Star-] We have a lot of applications in the two threads so I am sorry to say we have to stop letting applications in. We need the votes and until we have the majority of the people that applied stamped we have to shut it down.
