My mom thinks it's way too hyper for her to watch. I gave my Invader ZIM tape to my four yeard old cousin who watches it all the time and my aunt thinks the same. They also think there's way too much screaming. hehe. But once we watched Rise of the Zitboy and they were laughing, so they must have found it at least a little entertaining. ::shrugs::

My mom hated it and thought that I was childish to be watching the show at 20. (i'm 22 now)
But then she saw the pustullio episode, and was even MORE grossed out by it.
When GIR was eating the pizza, he was reminding me and my mom of how my sister ate ans my mom threw up and told me to turn it off.
My sister is 21 B.T.W. and a COMPLETE slob!!! There's no reason why she eats like that either. stressed

I let my parents listen to Gir's "doom song" and they laughed their fat asses off (though my mom is more fat than my dad) and they seem to rather enjoy Gir's little antics...either way I'd love IZ even if they didn't...I never listen to them anyway, like this would be something new? Psh! hehehe

I was watching "Room With a Moose" with my little sister and my dad came by and asked me why a moose eating walnuts was so scary. I told him it's not, and that it's just part of the show. He told me the show was strange. Meh. =\

*worships ATP*
My parents adore Invader Zim. My dad has GIR sound clips (whenever he starts up his computer, GIR says, "WHOOOO! I'M RUNNING, I'M RUNNING, WHOOOO!" and when he shuts it down, it says, "WHY?! WHY MY PIGGY?! I LOVED YOU, PIGGY!!! I LOVED YOU!!!").
My mom goes around quoting the show all the time. Sometimes, it's embarrasing when, in public, she'll randomly say, "Your head SMELLS like a puppy!"

My parents think its strange. Yet they sorta like it. But they pretend not too. Sometimes my mom quotes gir. And sometimes she like "But why did he DO that?" But you know, whtever. I dont like desperate housewives. (that show SUCKS) So they dont have to like IZ.

My parents don't walk around quoting the show... seeing as they never actually watch it... ATR and I quote it during art class, especially the scene with Invader Slacks and the beginning of Backseat Drivers. We talk Zim so much that our teacher said she'd separate us tomorrow... (She's a really crappy art teacher. Everyone hates her. I could go on a tangent right now, but I won't...) This makes it cool, because now we can actually perform the scene in Mortos where Dib and Zim were screaming at each other. We started giving everyone in our school nicknames. I'm ATP, there's obviously ATR, an Invader Slacks, Control Brain, Shloontapooxis, Captian Lard Nar (and the list goes on...) We have a Gir, which is ATR's dog and a Zim, ATR's demon parakeet (he short, power-hungry, and green)
