::Tyrsais' mist form slowly creaped along the outskirts of the town. He had been drawn to this place by rumors by some of his scouts. Suffering was the light that attracted this moth. To a vampire like himself it was intoxicating almost to have such darkness taking over a place. He was curious who, and what was behind it though. As he walked towards the town slowly his body would form in the mist. He walked slowly cloaked by his dark black wings. His sword laid at his side, and a staff on his back::

*A school bell rings out in the eerie silence. Doors are heard slamming and freakish groans come from an area deep into town. Standing in the moonlight is a school house with a haunting look. The windows are smashed in, but from the inside someone has boarded them shut. Stamping of feet comes from inside, as if many are hiding there. The main door is ajar but only darkness can be seen inside.*

::Tyrsais narrowed his eyes slightly at the school house as he began to approach it. The sounds, and the conditions of the school house seemed to suggest some conflicting ideas to him. Instead of using logic he assumed that this was one source of suffering. In kind he slowly moved his hand to his sword hilt. It would rest there now as he moved nearly silently towards the door. He would push it open with one arm looking carefully in for any signs of life, or unlife.::

*Opening the door nothing would be found. The ground creaks as if someone is moving but you see nothing. From a few rooms comes the sound of chairs scrapping across the floor. The floor has a few holes in it; the wood seems weak and old. The basic layout can be seen at this point. With doors on either side is a single long hallway down the middle. Some doors are open, some are closed and others are locked.*

::Tyrsais would keep mindful of the wood at his feet. His mist form might provide him a solution if some of it were to break, and it more then likely wouldnt be an issue anyway but precaution was wise. He would move to the doors checking any that were open pushing them open, and looking into the room. If nothing interesting were found he would continue until the doors that were not closed were exhuasted. Then he would study the closed ones in such a fashion.::

*As you pass one of the holes a hand crawls out and tries to seize you ankle. Out of the first door wanders a woman. On her forehead is a glowing red piece of something. She lets out a shrill cry and flings herself at you. Her nails are sharp just like her teeth as she attacks you in an animalistic manner.*

::Tyrsais would look down as a flash of steel went flashing past his leg. His arm had reacted by instinct to the hand on his ankle which probably would have been cut in half. Upon looking up however there was a woman in mid-air coming towards him. He would quickly turn to his right letting his wings sprawl out in a flash of black flesh as he would literally try to cut the creature from the air with his tough sharp carapace.::

*The hand is severed as it lies twitching on the ground. The woman is bounced back slightly but unharmed. She howls and lunges again. She isn't fast but her strength is hard to imagine from her body size. Her nails aim from the largest piece of flesh available clawing savagely.*

::Tyrsais had not expected such strength from the creature and allowed it to catch his wing as he was pulling it back towards him while lunging to the side of her. Her claws would tear fairly eaisly though the fleshy part of the wing leaving a pool of blood whereever he moved to now, however her attack awakened the vampire within him. In almost an instant his fangs, and claws would be fully extended, and he would lunge with all of his might, and speed at the creature while jumping slightly towards it looking to swipe its face with one claw. The previous attack was only a distraction as his other hand would come in on an uppercut aimed for the creatures neck looking to push his claws clean through its neck. Normally a fatal move::

*The woman screeches in agony as her face is scratched. Your nails go clear into her neck. You'll notice that these people are still only normal flesh and blood. The object on the woman's forehead glows a flickering red and explodes in a fiery blaze. The woman is dead, letting you continue on if you can get past the explosion.*

::Tyrsais had let the creature begin to slide down his claws as it died, however the explosion caught him offguard. It blasted him backwards, and he slide across the ground. Now he felt the need for blood. Another one of these creatures would suffice, but the explosion part made it difficult. He quickly moved his hand back over to his blade which was knocked away with him, and stood up slowly. He let his normal regeneration begin to heal the superficial burns, but the deeper burns, and damage to his wing would take time to heal::
Heh... caught off-guard here... what is going on...
::He would begin to search the rooms again. If a locked door was encountered he would note it. To come back to later::

*Another room holds two men. They seemed to have been conversing but stop to look at you as you enter. To a sharp eye, it might be noticed that on one man is a belt with a large ring of keys hooked on. The two men chuckle devilishly, one picks up a bat from the floor and the other picks up a string of chains. They both advance towards you.*

::Tyrsais' keen senses wouldnt miss the keys, nor would he miss the weapons that the men were going for. He had an idea in mind of how to deal with these creatures. Being that they didnt know what he was he would try to take advantage of that fact. He would leap to the ceiling digging his claws into the woodwork, then leaping down at one with the bat, looking to land on its shoulders, and twist its neck clean off while spinning around trying to use his wings to deflect the one with the back aside or injure it so it would be easier prey.::

*The man with the bat is quickly taken down and killed. On his wrist will be found another glowing red object, with his death the object will explode like the one on the woman. While this is going on the other man has crept up behind you. He tries to loop his chains around your neck and strangle you. The man with the chains also has the keys. Beware, because if you take the time to check this man's wrist he also has a red glowing object attached to him.*

::Tyrsais would chuckle slightly as he feels the chains dig into his throat. He didn't breathe, although he didn't want the creature to know this. He began to act as if struggling against the creature, but not so much as to break its hold. Then he would begin to slowly give up slumping down into the arms of his attacker.::
