ever wonder why insurance is so much higher for guys under 25 than girls the same age? its because up until the age of 25, the frontal lobe (forgot what it was technically called, brain, tired) normally used in competent decision making isn't fully developed and therefore, it is believed that guys are more likely to do stupid stuff when driving. hence a reason of the price increase.
