Seriously, what gender do you think Envy is?
Anime = male, manga = asexual. He looks like a guy, more than anything, though.
Anime true form or Manga true form?

Do palm-trees have genders? Seriously, I think Envy is an 'it' but I prefer to call him a 'he'. XD

His true form in the manga is scary! D: So...manga true form, but I think his anime true form is far more interesting. Random, and ugly as hell, but interesting. It makes for great Ed/Envy fanfic plot twists. biggrin

What makes Envy a good character?
His sexy voice, interesting personality, the fact that he's one of the few characters in the anime to stay evil until the end, and the fact that he really has one of the most interesting and tragic pasts of all the characters in Fullmetal. One of the biggest mistakes BONES made with the anime is that they never did enough with Envy. They always left him off to the side. ;-;
Would you date him?
I'd rather Edward knock Envy up. Thank you, Dark Humor. hook up with Envy instead. Though, if Envy grew some boobage, I might be more interested in dating him. :3
