Cav's words hit home for Alora. His past seem like hers in a way, exceptt hat she had killed her mother for weakening her father with her sunshiney goodness and leaving him weakened to be killed alongside her brother. "I too am not from this land. I have wandered for many moons...after my parents death..." her voice trailed off. Only Rahu knew her bloody secret. Her ears perked and eyes lit up at the mention of torturing two leggers or other soquilis, the ones she deemed as weak and pathetic. "Mmmm nothing like causing the pain and torture of another. We should do that sometime together, I wonder if that weak stallion King is around still. He was rather fun to bother." She nodded in agreement, settling in and thinking she should lay down to rest soon. Her legs began to ache and it would soon be time to sleep. She looked around for a place to lay down and stay near Cav to talk but also so she could stay warm away from the cave's entrance. "mhmmm yes, the weakness must go as we discussed."

Cadaver raised a single eyebrow as she spoke of her parents dieing to. But he felt there was more to the story she was letting on. Well, if she felt like telling that she would eventually without him pressing the matter. "So it seems we share a certain beginning to life....sort of..." His tail flopped against the stone floor as he continued to lay there. The light from the storm flickering inside the cave with each new branch of lightening that cut the sky to pieces. He chuckled at her comment, his mind perkind slightly to the mention of King. Being familiar with this certain stallion, though he said nothing of the fact that would let on he knew of him. "Yes. A mare named Jeevita is quite fun to toy with as well. Cadaver nodded his head at her last statement, but didn't say anything about it. It was true. The Soquili of now had become weak, and it was spreading into the younger generations.

Alora's emerald orbs watched him, taking in every movement and sound. She was trying to read him although it proved to be difficult. "So it would seem yes....I don't much like talking to most others of my past. I know it will reveal itself someday, but for now I keep it hidden, least any others judge me for doing what I did...and why I have wandered ever since. Still I have nightmares, and the blood..." her voice trailed off, she felt she almost told too much. She wondered to herself, if he had the same heart as her then he of all others other then Rahu would understand. But still she feared the judgement it could potentionally bring. She dropped her head, eyes glued to the floor. "I've done something horrible in the past that even the darkest if hearts might consider unacceptable, therefore I do not speak of least those who's souls and hearts are like mine would not accept me for it." She lifted her head some as he mentioned a mare named Jeevita. she didn't know her but she had heard rumors of this mare playing with the hears if 2 stallions. "I don't know her but I have heard of her. The kind if amre that plays with the heartstrings of 2 stallions, weakiening them with thier love for her. A little tramp from the sounds of it. " She snorted. Such antics of manipulation were intolerable. Some manipulation yues but not to weaken strong stallions and let them become weak and pathetic with a broken heart for a mare that never loved them. "I should like to meet this Jeevita some day and perhaps my hooves will find her skull. "

"I prefer not to talk about my past as well. Although, I do believe that what is in the past is just that...in the past. And you shouldn't judge others so quickly by their past. You should judge them by how they are now." His tail swept across the stone floor of the cave then back to rest against his leg. Cadaver had a way of not letting others in on being able to read him. It was just something he didn't like others doing, though he didn't mind reading others eithers. "If others can't look past what has happened in your past, then they have no right to know you. They are those who judge without truely knowing you."
Ah, so she had heard of Jeevita. Well, it seems the word about her has spread far. "Yes and I sort of feel sorry for those blubbering idots who have gotten involved with her. I know she'll get what's comeing to her eventually. Maybe that'll teach her for her ways...." Cadaver wasn't all that fond of Jeevita in that aspect. Of course, he wasn't that fond of her in any aspect really. The way she acted, leading those two stallions around, just plained sickened him and made the bile rise up to the back of his throat.

Alora's jaw nearly dropped but she managed to keep it shut. First surpirse filled her eyes and then overwhelming happiness that someone finally would accept her for who she was, other then Rahu. But it was not the same with Rahu, he didn't really seem to care much for anything that she could see. This one had a goal and it was the same as hers, although his slavery idea intrigued her. She'd like to see a human bridled with a metal bit in their mouth like they did to her kind. Eradicating them was a great idea, but torturing was even better. She felt a fluttering inside and wondered what this was. Something about him got to her. She shook her head and smiled. "Thank you. You are right and I have run from my past for so long, sharing nothing of it with others because of their weak persecutions. Perhaps someday I will share it with you, when I know you a bit better. " she smiled at hom for once. not having smiled like this in a long time.
She listened as he spoke of Jeevita and she snorted angrily. "Yes that mare needs a good stomping in my opinion. What good will those stallions be after a broken heart? I mean Rahu nearly was broken himself and he is by far a stronger stallion then those 2 lovesick puppies." She stomped a hoof for emphasis. The night started to grow late and the storm still raged on, but she didn;t mind. She was quite content for the company wtith Cav for the evening

Cadaver's eyes lidded slightly as he listened to her. Obviously Alora had been through some trying times earlier on about her past. Perhaps they would get to know each other better and he would find out. Only time would tell. But he wouldn't judge her on her past actions like others would. "You can't keep running forever from it. Someday you will have to turn and face it, but don't let it get to you too much. I don't want to see you going soft on me." A small smirk curled the corners of his mouth as he watched her. Giveing a small wink, he turned his head slightly to look out the mouth of the cave.
As she spoke about Jeevita again, he nodded solomnly. "Not much good that's for sure. She needs to be stopped...before she weakens anyone else like she has those two." His ears perked then relaxed slightly as a loud crack of thunder split the air. The sound of the rain, makeing his body relax a bit, but he was still ready to spring into action if he needed to.

Alora listened to his voice. It felt soothing to er now..something about him just made her want to do more in life with her goals. Perhaps it was the fact he shared the same visions in life, or maybe it was his dark personality. It could also be the fact he somehow understood her the way she always wanted to be and accepted. She caught his last comment and turned to look at him, a smirk pulling at the corner of her mouth. "Oh don't you worry about that. I won't be going soft any time soon, in fact it'll never happen." She finally picked a spot to lay down where she could be near him and still watch the cave entrance without feeling the cold wind. She knew she had to stop running from the past, but the problem was more that she didn't really want to share it with too many others. That would involve trust and trust did not come easily these days. Moreso because the weak liked to find anything in her they could use as a weakness. She was not weak like them and would not give them an edge. "I'll face it some day, but its really more just trying to forget it, although a part of me still lusts for revenge on the stallion respnsible. He is as much as fault as my mother was" and there she stopped, realizing she had let a detail slipped. But it was ok....it wasn't a detail of what had happened.
She nodded as he spoke about Jeevita needing to be stopped. "Hmm yes. In time...she will be dealt with accordingly, just like all the others." She watched him, starting to grow a bit sleepy, but fighting it off for the time being.

"Good." Was all that he replied with. His voice deep and affirming to what he spoke. He had met and watched many mares who had seemed to start off strong but then turn to utter mush the moment something happened. Like finding a mate. But Alora was different...and of course she didn't have a mate. But if that day ever came for her, he'd watch closely as see just exactly how Alora handled it. Not for his own sake of course, but to make sure that whoever it was that and if she mated to didn't weaken her and stear her away from her goals.
His tail flicked slightly as she finally layed down. He could tell she was getting tired, he himself was wide awake, for the time being anyway. Cadaver closed his eyes momentarily as he listened to the storm and her voice at the same time. Moveing in and out of listening to one or the other, but still picking up key points in Alora's statement. As she finished, he nodded his head solomly. "Yes. And then they will be gone. Like it should be."

Alora watched him silently now as he laid there, eyes closed. She wondered what he was thinking or what it was like to see a she did. And yet for being so different he was an amazingly strong stallion. She wondered if he had a mate. She imagined it would be a strong mare of course, one who shared and supported his goals and visions. "Yes and then they will be gone, and our kind can raise our offspring strong, wild and proud as they should be. " It must have been late. They had been there for some time. She figured dawn was only a few hours away now. She knew she herself needed a mate with the same goals and visions, if she ever found one that would support her. A dark hearted stallion. Sometimes she wished she had a mate, and other times she was happy alone, although not truly happy.
"Do you mind if I ask a mor personal question? am sure you have a few you could ask me but since we are getting to know each other, do you have a mate at all? I myself don't as you know, but I haven't met a stallion worthy of it either. " She watched the storm now as she spoke. "If I ever did, I would want someone strong and someone who would support my goals and even help me with them. If a stallion can not accept my nature and these goals I intend to follow through on, then he is not the right stallion for me. A lifemating takes mroe then just love. Too bad many fools out there don't see that" She shook her head, imagining all the once strong soquilis, acting like love sick soquilis. It was sad to see them turn weak over a piece of tail they fell for.

"All in time." He replied lightly, his eyes still closed as he listened closely to the storm for a second. Stetching his neck, he flicked his ear then relaxed against the cool stone floor. The soothing sound of the rain falling had started to lull him but he snapped out of if as she continued on.
Of course, it was mostly that personal question she had just asked. Shakeing his head, he opened one eye slightly to look at her. "No, I do not. Why would you want to ask such a question?" The corner of his mouth curled slightly, showing off the whiteness of his teeth just a tad. "If someone tries to steer you away from your life goals, then they really aren't supporting you. Someone you spend the rest of your life with needs to support you as well as you support them. A relationship is like a partnership. If the partners don't work together then it won't work."

Alora nodded a moment and smiled lightly. "Yes in time. Although it was amusing to watch little lovesick stallions that crushed on me run when I sank my teeth in. I won't go for any weak silly stallion." She smirked, proud of this actually. "Just curiousity in getting to know you. If I am to do so, it would be a good thing to know so I don't make some mare jealous." She winked as she was now teasing. She found his response amusing though. She listened to him speak, nodding in agreement with his last words, noting how white his teeth seemed to be as he showed them off. "Mhmm this is true. Which is why I cannot and will not be with a weak stallion or any goody two shoes. I cannot support their weak notions and mannerisms. If I was to mate with a stallion, it would need to be a dark hearted stallion. Someone I can identify and share my life, dreams and goals with and share theirs as well." Alora wondered if she should take Cad to meet Zira and Rahu...well he knew Rahu but that was besides the point. The 4 of them could form some sort of plan together. Cad seemed to have ideas of his own already and they could certainly use someone like him. "Perhaps tomorrow we can meet with Zira and Rahu and perhaps form plans to carry out our plans and goals. What do you think?"

Cadaver chuckled lightly. "Of course. I would expect no less." Flicking his tail again, he turned his head slightly to look at her. A small smirk curled the corners of his dark mouth. "Why would you want to get to know me? Is it perhaps that if some mare was my mate would it be for the sake of hunting her down?" His smirk had broadend more as he teased her. Waiting to see her reaction.
"You're quite dead set on them being dark hearted that's for sure." He mused lightly. "One shouldn't support more than the other." Cadaver wondered how much longer the rain would go. And if it would let up before day break. By now he had turned his head to look back out the entrance of the cave. "Perhaps...once this weather lets up..."

Alora smirked, enjoying his teasing. "Oh? well if she was a weaker mare then yes, I would hunt her down for the sake of saving you from being weakened. Such a stallion should not be wasted" She pulled her lips up at the corners and let her teeth show in an open grin. "Perhaps I would like to know a bit of the one who shares my cave tonight and perhaps who may join me in a partnership to obtain our common goals, for I intend on seeing them through, hopefully recruiting others as well and I will need strong soquilis by my side to complete the task. Are you such a stallion Cad?" She waited now, still teasing and half serious at the same time. "Mmmmm yes they would have to be, otherwise how could they handle the blood spilt and violence I intend to cause and reign?"
She stood up and walked around him grinning, "you have quite the dark heart yourself. Indeed a suitable candicate perhaps. Be careful or I might end up being intent on having you at my side." She nipped his ear hard again, still teasing although she felt that fluttering feeling again at her last words. She walked back to her spot and laid down still grinning. "Fair enough. If by morning and when the rain lets up you still wish to go, then perhaps we can leave to find them. Zira can usually be fouind close by in the grasslands. " She rested her head on her hooves, looking from him to the storm and back to him every so often.

Cadaver's smirk appeared once again to her reply. "Ah. I see." He nodded his head lightly then looked at her out of the corner of his eye. "Perhaps. But I think only you can judge what is strong to you. I cannot judge for you." His eyes lidded slightly as he stretched his shoulders. Letting the sound of the storm outside linger in his ears for a moment. "I'm not sure on that."
His ear flicked once, sending the skull feather behind it fluttering against his neck. "Oh no. What an awful and dreadful place to be." He teased lightly. "Ok then. It's agreed then."

Alora chuckled at him and lifted her head, "Well of course I can judge that. Did you think I wanted you to find suitable mates for me to pick from? Strong dark stallions perhaps?" She kidded some, very amused with his reactions and words. "Hmmm yes, I know for me it would have to be someone who would not turn tail and run or try to stop me in a battle. I could not have it any other way. See my father was killed for that very reason Cad. I suppose I can tell you a bit. He was a strong herd leader, proud, dark, violent when needbe. Never weak in any way."
She sighed softly as the memories flashed before her once more. "Anyways he was challenged by a mighty stallion, but my mother begged him as she always did, to stand down. Don't fight she said. And so he gave in, but in giving in to her request, his death was then sealed. The stallion showed nomercy. He killed him there and then and he did not even fight back. She weakened him to that point. " Alora dropped her head a moment, closing her eyes as a single tear slipped. "He then killed my brother too, so he could not grow up and avenge his death someday. My mother and I were spared. It was all her fault." She whispered the last part almost like a hiss. She hadn't told him yet of what she had done after that....that would take a little time before she trusted him with it.
She heard his voice in reply to her teasing comments about her stealing him by her side. "Hmmm maybe I'll just do that. Better watch out Cad." She smirked and winked at him, still teasing of course. "Hmm yes alright then we shall leave at daybreak or when the rain stops if its still raining at that time." She laid her head back onto her forelegs, thoughts swirling about in her head.
