Kikyou. Who else could shoot how many Arrows at a Man, then have him fall in love with her, Shoot him straight Through, pin him to a Tree for 50+ years, then try to Drag him to the pits of Hell(Literally), and still have him completely obsessed with her? Inuyasha always calls Kagome stupid, yet can never bring himself to even look the Other Direction when Kikyou's Around. Kikyou wins on all fronts, hands down. If she wasn't the Undead, she would have Inuyasha without Problem.

Really, the only problem people have with Kikyou is the fact that she messes up the "and they live happily ever after" for Inuyasha and Kagome. Well, there aren't very many "happily ever afters" in anime. Most of them end of with "and they died happily ever after". I used to not like (I never hated her) Kikyou because of the fact that things between Kagome and Inuyasha were going along swimmingly until she became undead. But who really cares about that anymore? sweatdrop Apparently a lot of people.

well Kikyo is actually alot stronger than Kagome is, because she was a powerful priestess before she ws killed. but i'm actually rooting for kagome because 1. Kikyo is now just a bitter shell of waht she once was. 2. Kagome is a better preson. 3. i just don't like Kikyo.
So my vote is kagome.

Although "I am Kagome" accroding to tests, I will have to make my vote for both. Because I also like Kikyo...and if I thought I was betrayed by the one I loved, I would keep lurking even after death and find my revenge...so yes I vote for both.

Thanks for the article Tayne, it really did help straiten things out! (Well, for me anyway 3nodding ) But, it is a hard question, and Inuyasha does love them both... and what would the series be without either of them? So, I vote for the both of them. blaugh
