The first time I bought one of them was when the 3 volume came out xd

I learned about it from the one above me, 'cause she picked it up and it amused her highly. =3 As such, she kept showing certain tibits to me until I read it and bought the first volume myself. x3

Well for me my friend let me read her volumes and I liked it so I went out and bought it.

I was going Christmas shopping for my sisters at Borders a few years ago, and I stumbled upon volume 1. I thought it looked interesting and that it might make a good present for one of my sisters. Now I'm the oldest daughter in my family and I wanted to make sure this book would be appropriate for my younger siblings. So I started flipping through the first volume and I was intrigued with the concepts and characters. The first volume seemed okay, so I decided to go through volume 2 as well. After that I was hooked. I wanted to get them for one of my sisters, but the one sister I thought would like it better was younger than sixteen, and it wouldn't have appealed to the one who was old enough. So, not having enough money to buy something for them and something for myself, I had to put it down. I couldn't wait to get back out to Borders again so I could buy it. It wasn't until January that I was finally able to go and buy the first three volumes for myself. I was so happy. crying

My friend introduced me! She had only the first two volumes, and I got hooked. ^__^ So next time I went to Joseph Beth's, I bought the next volume. And then the next, and the next, and now I'm patiently awaiting the 9th. =3
