Asher grinned. His fangs were a combination of the viper's and the vampire's. "Then he wasn't a vampire. And for the most part I do need blood as a necessity of life...however being a snake has given me nice advantages. Plus I can still taste food through marks and blood." He waved his hand though. "Much detail. Come. We are both hungry, ma charie."

She listened, bringing her hand down from her neck. So the crazy man was not a true vampire, but did that mean a bite would hurt worse or less from a real one?
Nodding her head, she let it pass for now and said, "Alright." Her hand lightly sat on her grumbling on her stomache as she was now ready to just go and eat.

He heard the grumbling and smiled as he escorted her to a nice place that was often hard to get into. They were shown to their seats by the host who gave an awkward glance at the two but never said anything. Then again the look in Asher's husky blue eyes might have had something to do with it. Asher ordered a bottle or two of wine, one being a strawberry flavor.

Rin hadn't actually expected him to take her out to eat. She felt even more special because of it. She smiled very warmly to Asher as they were taken to a seat. The host's looks caused her ears to lie down, not in a sign of anger or fear, she just felt weird with the way he looked so awkwardly at them.
Ignoring him for the most part, she put her attentions happily to Asher.

Asher smiled graciously as he placed a menu in front of her. "Now...What shall you have, ma cherie?"

Rin picked up the menu given to her and looked at it, wondering if it was written in another language. This was so different from what she was used to and she had to think honestly about what she wanted. Eggs and milk were her main idea, but she was also not at home. Finally she came to the conclusion of the salmon dish, being a feline she had a love for fish and the description sounded delectable.
Bringing her eyes up to look to Asher she split her attention between him and spoke, "The salmon sounds wonderful." Looking back to the host she nodded, sure with her choice.

Asher nodded as he glanced over the menu. He wanted meat and a steak sounded good. "Salmon it is." He glanced to the host, smiling. "I'll have the steak." He murmured softly. The host darted off to get their orders as Asher opened the bottles and poured the drinks, setting hers down first.

Rin took the glass and said, "Thank you." She then pressed it lightly against her bottom lip and smiled over the rim at him before sipping lightly on the wonderful tasting drink. She would be careful to limit herself. With the way she was feeling as it was, too much and she might say things she really shouldn't.

He lifted his own glass with a little bow of the head. "Most welcome." He sipped on his. It was hard for him to get drunk, given his vampire blood. "So what else would you like to do?"

Her first thought to his question, 'get to know you better.' It was so strange to her, she slept with him, twice, without even knowing he was a vampire. She didn't feel as bad, at least she knew his first name. Alright, she would be sappy once, at least find a way around not sounding so bad, "It will be winter in all of a week or two, then its going to be too cold to be outside for more time then it takes to get from one place to another. I would like to bundle up a bit and take a walk before everything goes into hibernation." The world was dieing for a few months, it would be a bit sad but would give them time to talk more.

"A walk after dinner after we get you bundled up?" He offered. He too had wondered about the winter months. It would be sluggish for the next few weeks as the cold settled in. As long as he was kpet warm and his surroundings, he'd be fine.

Rin nodded her head, agreeing with his suggestion. "That sounds nice.", her acceptance came and she sipped on her wine wondering what in the world she would do all winter, and what he would do. Could she get him to stay with her? Its been what she has been wondering since she decided that she wanted to sleep with him. Although she wasn't voicing it, she was thinking and planning.

He watched her above the rim of his glass. What was going through her mind? He wondered. Sure he could have peeked but he gave her her privacy to her own thoughts. "Do you have anything warm enough to wear on our walk?"

Rin continues to think about what she could do, or if she should actually say anything at all. When he spoke, she blinked her thoughts away and sipped at her drink. "Yes, I have warm clothing. I don't use it much because I normally stay inside in the warmth of my home." She didn't speak it, but her time inside was normally spent in her own room, primping, sleeping or reading. "I have plenty of cloaks and other warm garments, some are made bigger if you happen to need any of them, your welcome to them." What was hers, she was more then willing to share with him.

"Thank you for the offer." He smiled as their meals showed up, her fish settled in front of her and his steak. Warm clothing was something he'd have to invest in. Especially warm Coats. He lifted his fork and knife and started to cut his steak into bite size pieces.
