As Ani'et brings her song to a sudden stop, her Que works as the crowd calps and cheers. Alleah does stop singing, giving her bow. And turns to Ani'et . But not before she notices Ricril as he walks toward you but stops and turns away. The crwod is heading off to many other bards and singers around the area leaving you both alone to collect your money.


( noticing Ricril, I attempt a "lullabye", a soothing note hopeing to slow the bandit and render unconscious) DC 13 (will save negates),* any creature within the area that fails a Will save becomes drowsy and unattentive, taking -5 penalty on listen and spot checks and a -2 penalty on will save against sleep effects while lullabye is in effect. Lullabye lasts for as long as the caster concentrates, plus 1 round per caster level thereafter*

I don't think that would be a good Idea, he's not very far you could always shout out to him. But this is only a suggestion from you lovable DM 3nodding

(16 total ) * Now, if this attack succeeds, I make a strength check (which is 16=+3, opposed by the defenders Dexterity or Strenth check (whichever has the higher modifier). If i win the attempt, the defender is now prone an is on the ground, tripped, if I dail, the defender may react and make a Strength check opposed by my dexterity or Strength check to try to trip me .

(I forgot to mention, I gotta natural 20 on that conentration...since he is NOT an elf of any type not has sleep imminity, does he get the DC 13 save vs my spell from falling unconscious, or does is he automatically out?) *Btw, thx!*

Ricril can hear running and shouting coming from behind him and getting closer, but finds it hard to concentrate on it and he feels himself falling deeper and deeper into unconsciousness. He nods off deeper as he feels something slam into his back and knock him to the ground.

"I saw what your interntions were.....(finally realizing what strange race you are seeing clearly for the first time through her rage and continues) "was that strange accomplice of yours that disappeared your friend? trying to help you steal? well, I tell you what this is my first time out on my own and I am trying to earn a good living, you dont see me stealing do you? NO! I will see to it that you are justified!"
