The kiss seemed to last an eternity, and yet not nearly long enough. When it was over, Iki pulled her head back slightly and smiled up at her new love. This was perfect, what more could she ask for? When she'd come to this place, finding love was one of the last things on her mind, and yet she'd found it in such a great person. Iki smiled again.
"We should rest soon, so we can tell the others in the morning. They will be so excited."

Aoi Shinu Dillan went into a small closet and grabbed a blanket and a spare pillow for himself. He'd sleep on the couch again. As he settled onto it, he made a note that it would probably be wise to expand on the house a little, now that Jelly was here. Of course he hoped she'd stay for....well...forever.
"Have a good sleep, Jelly," he said with a smile at her.
She'd need to learn one thing though... the ole hit and run wasn't good anymore, for she had pledged herself to Dillan and with Dillan she would stay.

"You're right of course." He laid his flute on a table nearby and waved her over to a wide hammock in the corner. "I usually sleep there." He went over and got on it and moved the blanket around. He left room for her to join him.

Dillan was awake surprisingly early (at least for him) the next morning. He was a little more anxious than he'd expected to be about his little hunt for food with Jelly. He was planning to gather wood and materials as well while they were out, so that he could build onto the house a bit. If they were going to live there together, he knew they'd need another room or two to accomodate then. Dillan's home was really only built for one. He got up and looked about for Jelly. Was she still sleeping?

Iki climbed onto the hammock with Lex and settled in instantly. It was nice to have a warm body beside her as she prepared for her dreams. Perhapse they would even share a dream tonight...that would be divine... With a smile, Iki closed her eyes.

It could be said the new mistress of the house was sleeping, but actually she was just thinking with her eyes closed, alert for everything that moved. The very sounds that she hear tweaked her slightly and sitting bolt upright she knew Dillan was slinking around.
She pulled back on her normal clothing thinking to herself how she'd need to get new ones perhaps, and then she set out to find Dillan in his house before he found her, which she did easily because of the houses small size. "There you are..."

Dillan turned at the sound of Jelly's voice and gave her a wave.
"Hey, you're awake!"
He grinned his happy grin at her and raked his fingers through his bed hair.
"So you wanna eat somethin before we go or take something with us?"

"Let's take something," she said softly, and sadistically as she half laughed half purred at him. He was amusing with his bed head and even more amusing was that he was so excited to go.

Lexander was up early. He didnt' get a lot of rest. He slept all right, but his mind was so overworked with the whole idea of Iki being with him permanently. He went to visit his would be sister Keala. He shared with her the news, and her adopted daughter Chrysa was completely exstatic. Now, It happened that Chrysa was a baby and new to the house when Iki first came to stay there, so she always liked Iki a great deal. She always called her aunti anyways. Lexander just smiled and laughed lightheartedly at how exhuberant Chrysa was over the whole thing. He stayed downstairs a while longer having breakfast with the others in the house.

Fallyn sat napping beneath a tall tree. She'd been there for nearly two hours by now and was surrounded, and partially covered with, fallen orange and yellow leaves. Yes, the seasons were changing and Fallyn was growing lazier for it. It was the chilly weather that did it to her. She'd only left the house with the intention of catching some fish, but a nice nap was just too tempting for her to pass up.

"Great! I'll grab a pack and some food and we can be on our way."
Dillan opened up a small closet, out of which fell pots and pans, fishing poles, old books, and who knows what else. It took him a minute to rummage through the junk to find a pack and an old blanket. He folded up the blanket and stuffed it inside the pack before going into the kitchen and grabbing enough things to make a couple of decent sandwiches out of, and some lukewarm cider. With a grin on his face he stepped out.
"All set."

Iki rose a bit later than she usually did. Maybe it was how comfortable she had felt through the night that had given her body the extra incentive to stay asleep. With a soft smile on her lips, she sat up and stretched her arms up over her head. It was still morning, not late enough for the rest of the house to be completely up and dressed yet, so she didn't bother to rush. She draped a silk robe over her slender body and decended the stairs. It was downastairs that she found the others having their morning meal.
"Good morning," she chimed as she stood behind Lexander's chair and gave him a soft peck on the cheek. She smiled at the others as well, letting them know that her greeting was meant for her entire company.

Watching him with a raised eyebrow she shrugged off the need to get something more hygenic and smiled, "Alright, let's go then." She began to head out the door.

Dillan followed after Jelly, going out the door and down the stairs, then over the lake to the shore. Honestly he didn't know much about hunting and gathering anything besides fish, but he'd put his best foot forward.
"So what do we need before the winter? Berries? Meat? And wood so we can build onto the house."

Chrysa nearly tackled Iki when she saw her. "Oh my gosh! This is super cool! Man.. I could so tell you guys were liking each other." Then, she turned and gave Lexander a playful slug. "Man.. what took you so long?" She started to laugh.
Lexander just kind of gave a blush and ran a hand through his hair as he drank some coffee. He decided to ignore that comment. "As you can see.. everyone is very excited. I hope it was ok that I told them. I should have waited till you were here, but I just had to tell someone."

"No, no. I'm glad you told them."
Iki smiled and turned to give Chrysa a tight hug.
"You seem almost more happy then I am, young Chrysa! I am happy for your enthusiasm though. I am so pleasd to have all of your blessings."
