"Oh, you are a spunky one, aren't you?" Dr. Hakan chuckled, instructing his research assistants to place Loki in an insulated cage. He wasn't stupid and he wasn't taking any chances. They'd gas this one first, then he could take his time with the injection. He'd have to, what with all that wool to deal with. It'd take a while to find the skin on this one.
Locking the door, Dr. Hakan smirked evilly as he flipped a switch on the wall and a small hiss marked the beginning of the gas flooding the plastic cage.

Loki swayed ever so slightly. What was that awful smell? Ugh!
'I...I have to be strong...' he moaned. One attempt at shocking the hold proved useless.
'Hayden...' he garbled a bit as he sank down...
'Come visit me soon, 'kay?' and with that he fell asleep.

"Hmmph...now that the drama has been taken care of..." Flipping another switch, Dr. Hakan began venting the gas from the chamber before daring open the door. Loki would be out for several hours, especially considering his small stature, so the doctor had plenty of time to do his work.
All this wool...what a pain. Forget it. Sending his assistant running again, Dr. Hakan was soon armed with a simple electric razor. Flipping it on, it buzzed softly as he casually shaved a small patch of wool from Loki's flank. "That's better."
The injection took only seconds after that and Loki would awaken in a few hours in a sparse cell...with a new bald spot.
