Sheynara Coco Holi Bocchan isn't exactly his name, it's a title that Gremio keeps calling him(or everyone else, I guess) It means 'young master' or something. I always hear it when yakuza underlings refer to their master's son or something. Under that statement, calling Tir "Bocchan" makes about as much ******** sense as calling Frey "Oji". Both ideas are ******** stupid. Who the hell is Frey? And why is it stupid. It means 'young master', which Gremio always called Tir. It's a title, like calling your boss...boss..or something.

Exactly why it's stupid. It is calling him "Young Master" and is not a proper name. Just like "Oji" means "Prince" and is not Frey's proper name, see?

I don't think "Bocchan" is his proper name, so much as it is what Gremio, Cleo, Pahn, et all call him. I mean, Viktor never called him Young Master, so maybe Tir is also his Japanese name, but GCP just don't call him that.
The same goes for Faroush/Freyjadour.

Exactly, just like calling the prince 'Prince' aside from calling him that silly name I can't pronounce.

*sigh*
Fray-Ah-Door.
And Lyon calls Frey "Oji" in the Japanese game, and thus that was rumoured to be the fanon name until the novel came out.
Bocchan = Title. Tir = Name
Oji = Title. Freyjadour = Name

Wikitime. Quote: Freyr (sometimes anglicized Frey) is one of the most important deities in Norse paganism and Norse mythology. Worshipped as a phallic fertility god, Freyr "bestows peace and pleasure on mortals". He rules over the rain, the shining of the sun and the produce of the fields. Binging rain to Lordlake, and, duh, The SUN!!!! Quote: Freyja means "lady" in Old Norse...While there are no sources suggesting that she was called on to bring fruitfulness to fields or wombs, she was a goddess of love, beauty, sex, and attraction. She was also the goddess of war, death, magic, prophecies, and wealth. Correspondingly, Freyja was one of the most popular goddesses. Prince looks like a chick in the character art, Suikoden=War, and the Dawn Rune. Overall, it seems to be an appropirate name scheme. ...I still like the Faroush better. It's cuddlier.

Faroush sounds like a French dessert, and Freyjadour sounds like a German name for some kind of wig...
Kind of...

@ Chikuu Are you from germany?? I am and I can tell you there is no name like Freyjadour in german *g* To me it sounds french too because of the ou in the name. In germany there are a lot of surnames with a ou inside (my surname too) and thats because our ancestry came from france biggrin Ah I'm so smart today xp
Btw. I don't like the name....but it's okey for me. I'll get used to it like I get used to Lazlo too 3nodding

Meh... Fench, German, Italian.... They're all the same...
Except German always sounds so... angry. I mean, they like, scream at you! Take the German version of Barbie Girl for example... lol.
But in any case. Freyjadour = European.

I didn't mean it sounded like French or Italian... it's similar, that's all. Almost all European languanges are similar in some sense...
And French is an awesome language. Don't confuse the country itself and it's language.
