Mari glanced over and noticed he had his game face going, but for some reason, she didn't fear it. It seemed he had control of his power. She then looked back at Kano with a glare of her own. She made another arrow and had it ready to fire at him.

*his eyes widened with the sudden change in smash's appearance. he then charged at smash with his sword out and thrust the blade at him*
*with a movement too fast to see, he grabbed kano by the throat and lifted him off the ground*
well i can't have all the fun here. someone else would like to get some revenge in
*he turned and held kano toward mari so she had a clear shot of him*

Mari fired her arrow that then broke off into three. All aimed at him. After she fired them, she held the bow as if it were a staff and swung it at him. A slice of light energy flew off the bow's bladed edge and at him after the arrows.

*without being able to move, he took full force of each hit. he sreamed out in pain as the arrows impaled him and blood showered from his body*
*he grinned as he screamed. he them let go but in a flash, he kicked his back, then teleported and unppercut him into the air. he put two fingers to his forehead and his hand behind him*
KAMAKAZI- HAAA!
*the thrust his hands forward and a huge beam with a smaller one circling it shot at kano, over whelming him and his body was completly destroyed*

The bow Mari had summoned earlier disappeared in a black mist. She bent down and picked up Odin. She still wasn't sure if he had full control of his power, so she didn't say anything and just wanted Odin in her arms incase something bad would happen. Her wings resting against her back.

*he breathed deeply and closed his eyes. when he opened them, his kind and gentil face returned. he looked at them with a smile*

She gave a small smile and a short sigh of relief. She held onto Odin and just hugged him, still in her demon form.

Mari rested her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes. "I'm glad you did." She just kept ahold of Odin and let Smash hold them both. It felt nice to be in his arms.

Mari went back to her human form and pulled away from his hold. Far away enough to look about the park. Something didn't feel right to her. Like, that wasn't enough to get rid of Kano. He wasn't destroyed with light energy and he wasn't destroyed with the keyblade. It just didn't make sense to her. She had a look of confusion on her face, but didn't say anything as she kept looking around the park.

*just then a voice was heared, but there was no one to be seen*
you think you really won? ha! this is only the start. there are far more of us and we're coming for you. we have endless amounts of night fiends and we'll throw them all at you. rest easy for now because soon we're all coming for you!

Mari clenched her fists and looked around to try to find the voice, but there was no trace of where it was coming from. To her ears it sounded like it was coming from everywhere at once. "I knew it..." was all she mumbled to herself as the voice disappeared.

Mari's hands relaxed and she kept listening around her. "Yea. We got some more trouble. Never seems like we can have a break." She had a look of annoyance on her face. She didn't like what was going on. She thought that after the war she could have peace, but it seems that it's just not in her cards at this point in her life.
