"Here, I guess." Heather said. She kept looking over to the bushes. She just knew there was someone else around. And with Pauls question, Heather did live here, but always felt like she never belong here.
(We're going to need the Show characters. I'll play as Sonic is it'll help, and any other characters if needed.)

"It must be nice.....," Paul said, looking towards the sky.
He imagined what life wouldv'e been like living in the little town. Paul knew nothing of having the freedom to run around lush surroundings. Growing up in a rich family, Paul's ambition never seemed gentleman-like. His father never approved of his behavior and wanting to go out and play with the "commoners." His stepmother was a goldigging harlot who wanted nothing but his father's money. He constantly had to endure piano, violin, proper etiquette, and other mundane, snobby activities despite his constant protests. The only one who seemed to care about his feelings was his grandfather. Paul remembered going fishing, playing catch, and going to movies with his grandfather up until his passing away when Paul was 11. He missed him dearly. During his early teen years, Paul was sent to a boys-only boarding school. This was his first true outing among normal people and Paul decided to never look back on his upbringing and lost childhood.
Still, he wanted a friend and was hoping Heather could fill that gap in his heart.

"Only if you belong." Heather said, as she continued to look in one direction. She lived alone actually. Her parents were never home, and she never had any true friends.
(Yeah, if only more people would join. Hey, do you know how to play as Knuckles?)

Judging by how Heather said that, Paul deduced that Heather was feeling the same way he felt. Alone and without friends.
Paul still felt that there was another person somewhere in the woods. It was quiet but he still felt like he could hear voices. Kind of like a loud silence.
"So where exactly are you headed?" Paul said, in a feeble attempt to start some conversation.
(Yeah.)

Heather thought a moment, "I don't know." She said, "I'm just going forward." She looked harder into the trees with her eyes, and thought she saw something running deeper in the woods. She stopped as she tryed to see it again, but didn't. She ran into the woods as she tryed to see it again, thinking it was why she was here.

Sonic was running around the woods, trying to figure out where in the world he was. How did he get sent to another world again?! It was so strange, and he hasn't seen any of his friends since he got here either.

(Yeah, I can play as knux.)
There was a weird blur in the woods. Paul didn't know what it was, but he'd noticed Heather running after it.
"Hey, wait up," Paul said, running after her. "Don't you know not to follow creepy blurs in the woods?" Paul was filled with an uncertainty about the thing in the woods. But for some reason he felt like he had to go, he had to follow it.

"Where am I?", Knuckles asked himself. He tried hard to remember. Sonic and Shadow were at it again, a flash of light, then landing in the woods. He didn't fully understand it. "What happened?", he thought. "This is probably another world, like Chris'." His mind then trailed off to the thought of the Master Emerald. What would happen to it if he wasn't there? "Hmm....well, standing around isn't doing anything," he said with assertiveness, despite his insecure feelings. "Maybe Sonic and the others are here......" So he decided to venture further into the woods.

Heather didn't answer to Pauls call as she continued to follow the blue blurr.

Sonic continued to run at a fast speed. He felt like he was being follow, so he picked up the pace to see if they could catch up. He quickly passed by Knuckles without noticing him and kept running.
--
Heather saw that the blur was getting further away, and she couldn't keep up, but she kept her eye on it, not seeing Knuckles, she ran right into him and fell to the ground after tripping over him.

Knuckles quickly shoved whoever it was off of him. "Hey, watch where you're going," he yelled. He turned and looked up to see a young girl in front of him.

Paul caught up with Heather, not noticing the red echidna. "Man," he said huffing, "I shoulda never quit the track team. I'm outta shape." He looked up and saw Heather on the ground. "You OK?," he asked. He then looked up and saw the echidna. "Who....or what, are you?"

Knuckles ignored the boy's question. "Now, I know that was Sonic," he thought. "I better go now before I lose him." He started off in Sonic's direction.

Heather sat up, "Sorry!" she said as she rubbed her head. She looked up to see a red Echidna. She blinked in amazement. He could talk? Heather heard Paul talk to her and looked at him, "Uh.. Yeah, I'm fine." She said and saw the Echidna run past her, "Hey! Wait a second!" She called after him, not sure if he heard or not. This was unbelieveable. 'Sonic?' Heather thought. Did he mean that blue thing that was running at high speed? What were they? Heather stood up and watched a minute wondering if she should run after them. She wasn't sure. But something told her she should.

Sonic was still running pretty fast, he looked back to see that no one was following him. "Heh. Guess they couldn't keep up." Sonic said. He wasn't sure if it had been friend or foe. He stopped and looked around. "But now I think I'm more lost then before." He said as he looked in every direction. It all looked the same to him. Where was he?

"He looked like one of those red creatures in my dreams," Paul thought to himself. "Sonic? This is weird......maybe I should follow it..." Paul had a gut feeling that this is why he was here, why he came to these specific woods. Maybe these.....things could tell him what his dream was about.

Knuckles tried his best to catch up to Sonic. "This isn't working..." he said. He decided to take to the trees. Maybe he could spot Sonic from afar. He scrambled up the nearest tree and and looked deep into the forest. He had a better view, but the forest was still pretty dense. "Hmm...I beter keep going...", he said. He started gliding from tree to tree.

Heather was still standing there, a frown on her face. Not because she was angry, but because she was thinking. 'That was him?' She wondered. that echidna looked like from her dream. Even sounded like him. She didn't take anymore time to think if she should chase after it. Heather took off running after Knuckles. As she ran through the forest, she didn't see him anymore. 'Where did he go?' She thought. She looked up and thought she saw something red jumping.. or flying, tree to tree. 'There.' She kept running, keeping up with Knuckles, though behind him a bit. He might lead her somewhere that could explain the feeling why something was calling her.

Sonic was still in the small clearing. He was only standing there now thinking. He looked at a tall tree and backed up a bit. He took off in a fast run up the tree until he reached the top. "oh?" Sonic saw a city not too far away. But there was still alot of forest. He grinned, "Perfect." He said, glad to see that there was a city around here.

Paul noticed Heather running again. "UGH!," Paul said in frustration. He started running after her again.

"Hmm...."
Knuckles looked onward in hopes of seeing Sonic. "He couldn't have gotten that far....," he thought, "I better pick up the pace." As he "flew" through the air, his mind wandered back to his days guarding the master emerald. He remembered the peaceful life style; just him and the emerald. "I have to get back somehow," Knuckles said to himself. As he kept gliding, he felt something was behind him, but he had no time to stop.

(Hey, I have an idea. How about we make it where the Master Emerald ended up getting transported to this world too(or Angel Islands[not sure how it all works]) It would make sense a bit to the 'calling our characters are feeling. becuase doesn't th master Emerald sense when a Chaos Emerald is near and vise versa?)
Heather was breathing a bit hard as she tryed to keep up with the echidna. As she continued to run, something entered her mind. Her dream. This running after it was getting her no where. She stopped and was still breathing a bit heavily. She looked around. 'Think. He must be heading somewhere.' She thought. Her heart beat hard as she looked in one direction. The thought of water entered her mind. She ran in the direction and her heart beat faster. She can to a hault as she saw a lake now infront of her. "Wow..." She said as she took another breath.

Sonic looked around as he stood ontop of the tree. He looked at his sorroundings, trying to figure out a way to the city. Or where he could look to find his friends. "Let's see. We were all together when we got separated, so all of us have to be in this forst, right?" he wondered as he thought aloud. He ran down the tree and zig zaged through the forest. He didn't notice that he was heading for a lake. As the water came into few, he skidded to a fault, nearly falling into the water, but caught his balance, and sighed in realif. "That was close." he said, nt noticing he wasn't the only one in the area.

Paul kept running but was losing momentum fast. He ended up grinding to a halt. "Man, I officially hate running now," Paul said wheezing. He had lost sight of Heather and the echidna. "Great, alone again," Paul thought. He then stood upright and he felt a very powerful force calling him. "That freaky feeling again," he thought. He looked around. As he turned to his right, a surging heat overcame him. "WOW!," he said. "Ok, that's where I'm heading." He ran in that direction and came to a lake. "Water.....," he said gleefully.

Knuckles saw a lake in the distance. "Hmm....something tells me that I should go thattaway," Knuckles said to himself. He shifted direction and headed towards the lake.

Heather looked to her right, almost near the other side of the lake, she saw what seemed to be a blue Hedgehog! She blinked once in amazement, he was like that red echidna they saw. "Hey, you're that blur we saw!" She yelled at the hedgehog while pointing at him, making him jump in suprise to hear another voice around. "Wha?!" Sonic jumped in suprise as he heard a female voice in the area. "Huh?" He looked over to see a female human, "Oh, I though I was alone." He said while he smiled a bit, "So, you were the one chasing me?" He asked while keeping his eyes on her, and grin came across his face, "I'm impressed that you could even keep up with me." He said with a little cockyness in his tone while he braged. To him, she must have kept up to be in the same area as him, not thinking it could just be a quoincedence. "What's you're name?" He asked her.Heather blinked once again as she listened to him talk. He sure seemed to brag alot, "I'm Heather," She introduced, "Who are you?"Sonic closed his eyes as he stood proud, "I'm suprised you haven't heard of me, but I guess that only means that we are in another world again." He said with a shrug and opened his eyes to looked at the girl once again, "I'm Sonic the Hedgehog." He said with pride in his tone. "It's nice to meet you, Heather." He said with a friendly grin.
