my first real anime is fushigi yuugi! I went nuts over it! I still say No Da on a daily basis! I got almost all the eps, some subs, some dubs, sorry but I like both voices(japanese or english), but one volume, I think 4, when tamahome is first captured and chiri switched with hotohori, and sadly my fav volume, when tasuki shows up, was stolen, and I cannot prove that the witch stole it. damn her..... but at least there is chiriko plush, wait....I used to dress and do my hair like him.... but gotta love the fact of possible boy boy action(sorry rabid fangirl here!)

I first started Alice 19th. I saw it on a shoujo stand and thought the cover art was awesome. Plus I really love Alice In Wonderland so I thought it'd be really cool. And now it's one of my fav series 3nodding Then I read Ceres, then Imadoki, then Fushigi Yugi, then Zettai Kareshi, and then Fushigi Yugi Genbu Kaiden. I love them all! heart

I started liking Watase's work when I first read Fushigi Yugi. I bought an Animerica Extra book and enjoyed FY out of most of the stories. Then came along Alice 19th (3/7) and Imadoki.

I saw a fansubbed version of Fushigi Yuugi when I was in 9th grade, I think... Watched the whole thing twice before giving it back to my friend. I'm a senior now...so that'd make it 3 years

When FY started selling in my country, my friend L became obsessed with it and everytime i talked to her she went like: "On Fushigi Yuugi #?? someone does something and that other person goes something etc etc". I was tired of hearing she babling about that manga. One day my friend M lent me the DVD with the 2nd movie of InuYasha. I liked it and decided to visit the store where she bought it. I saw FY selling there and decided to buy the first volume... I ended up becoming more obsessed with FY than my friend L. xd That happened on 11/23/2003, and after that I started looking for everything from Yuu Watase.

I started less than a year ago, just when I was first introduced to all other manga and anime. I started with Ceres Celestial Legand.

Hehe, I'm not sure how long...2 or 3 years now...and Yuu Watase just kept popping up in my manga. I got Fushigi Yugi from a friend of mine, and borrowed the anime to watch from her. Then she got Ceres and I borrowed and watched that. Then just last year another friend bought me Alice 19th for my birthday ^^; Imadoki was actually a random accident...I was browsing random manga in the bookstore and I had money and it looked cute so I randomly bought it. It wasn't till I had it home and was reading it a second time that I realized that Yuu Watase was the author ^^;

Ceres was the first manga I've ever bought and that's what got me really hooked on Yu Watase. It was only about seven months ago. I haven't been into anime and manga that long. But anyway, after I bought Ceres one I got whatever Ceres they had available, which was 4,5,6, and eight. Got 2,3, and seven later. Got nine and ten right when they came out. After that I got hooked on Fushigi Yugi and loved it. Imadoki after that, which I also loved. Now I'm on the end of each one waiting till the next one comes out. Started recently on Ayashi No Ceres. The voice characters bug me.

The first of her series I was was Ayashi no Ceres. I picked up volume 1 at BnN one day, and started reading it. I was like, this is so cool! So, I looked for volume 2, but it wasn't there. At the time, only up to volume 5 was out. I looked for vol. 2 for awhile, but didn't find it until a few months later. I eventually bought the books, and now I have up to vol. 10. I got started on Alice 19th as soon as it came out in the U.S. I noticed it was by the same author as Ceres and Fushigi Yugi, so I picked it up, and loved it. When Imadoki came out, I immediatly picked it up. And now, I can't wait to see if any of her other series are coming out.
