She smiled earnestly and relaxed a little, formalities wouldn't be needed after all. "Ofcourse Serefina, I never liked the protocol anyways. Could you do me a favor in return and call me Rose? It's what all my friends refer to me as." She smiled once more to the her, it had been a while since she had someone to talk to normally. She would try to enjoy this as mutch as she could who knew when the next oppurtunity like this would arrise.

((Serefina will be headed back to Camelaird to have dinner with her brother then they will be leaving for Laburnum in the morning))
"It would be my pleasure Rose" ,she answered the question with a soft grin of her own, the smile lighting her face. Finally someon who knew who she was and yet didn't mind to do away with formalities. "Do you mind if I enquire why you are headed to Laburnum?" clicking her tongue at the horse as she nudged it with her knees like the expert horsewoman she was.
She would honestly like to know, Rose seemed like an interesting person. One of the few women she knew who rode astride instead of side saddle. And seemed more inclined to informality like herself. She would love to know what the woman did that allowed her such liberties.

"I am simply headed home to go back to my duties. Although I enjoy the countryside I am needed elsewhere." She pointed to silver embroidery of the gavel "As long as I have this I will always be needed somewhere." She didn't know why but she wanted to avoid her title at the moment. It wouldn't have been a problem to tell her espicially if she didn't want to do things by protocol. But the nagging idea of her mentioning it made her think she would have to start to act the role. She moved a hand through her hair and scooted it behind her ear, flicking away the silly notion.

"Oh..." noting the silver embrodiary, she was a silver arbitor, that was very interesting indeed, she hadn't realized there were any female ones. The one time she had inquired about them to her tutor he had mentioned that they stuck their noses in something that was none of their business. And that no there were not females ones before she even had a chance to ask. It was seem she had been lied to, yet again.
"It must be terribly fascinating doing that, and terribly hard to make the nobles espcially listen to you, probably need someone like you before it's over tomorrow." the last part mumbled under her breath, she was a bit worried about how the meeting would end up with hot tempers and her brother's manipulations.
She wasn't sure who all was supposed to be there but she knew that one of the shogun's sons was supposed to be there, she still wasn't sure why Stazi wanted her to attend but it was a chance to get away from Camelaird and she would take any chance to travel. She turned her attention outward to listen to the woman,making remark of everything she did.

She caught the remark muttered under her breath but made no motion to question about it. She had no idea what she was referring to and commenting about something she proably wanted to keep to her self would have been rude. But then again if she wanted kept to herself she would of thunk it and not said it. If it came up again she would question about it.
"Yes i do quite enjoy my work, even if it is bothersome and annoying at some points and being one of the few women, makes it a bit lonely sometimes. But I still wouldnt give up what i do for all the gold in the world. Its always pleasing to see a man shake in his boots when he knows hes been outwitted by a woman." She grinned to herself recalling a few times where she had done that.
"O and the nobles are always the worse, they have this fine air about them thinking that there more human than peasents that plow there land and the easterners.." she stopped herself in mid sentence just realizing what she had said. She could get into some large trouble if someone heard her words and she prayed to the spirits she wouldn't take offense. "Well the Easterners are a whole different story" She finished her sentence quickly and statrted to worry if she was to relaxed.

"Easterners?" her blue eyes lighting up at the mention of them, "Have you known many of them, I've only known easterners who were my tutors, The woman now had her complete and rapt attention. "I'm going to meet some tomorrow and I would love to know what they are like" Her hands remembering to keep her horse trotting as she talked to the woman. Anastazi probably wouldn't want her talking to an arbitor but she didn't really care.
She would like to be as prepared as possible for the meeting tomorrow, she was still unsure why she was going but she would make sure it's fun. "Please Rose, I want to hear all about them ....if you have the time that is" Realizing how late it was, and that Anastazi was probalby already looking for her.

She smiled and almost laughed she had gotten all worried for nothing. "Well theres lots about the people of the East just like there is of the West, I couldn't just sum it up to you all at once. Though there ways may seem strange to you they arn't that mutch different for us. The only reason they seem different is because they have a different past than the West."
Her curiosity returned Serefina mentioned two maybe three times about something happening tommrow and it sounded like her brother was coming along to. And if she was meeting Easterners that day it sounded like something important was about to happen. Something the Silver Arbiters would need to be a part of, specifically her. "Sorry to pry into your business but what is this meeting you keep mentioning about?"
She was hoping that it was merely a friendly meeting before any business whould be talked about, but Rose knew better. The Silver Arbiters had been kept away from this meeting, her fist clenched around the reighns of the horse already getting frustrated about it. BUt her face didn't show it she had enough control over her temper at the moment to keep it from shwoing.

She listened intent on the woman's words. She knew they werent' different just with a different culture and the like, but it still fascinated her. It was nice to know that someone thought that they weren't that strange at least and hopefully had nothing to worry about. She brushed some stray hair from her face, forgetting about her brother as the woman asked her something about the meeting.
"Umm..." She replied a bit uncertainily, she would have liked to be a help to the woman "To be honest I'm not sure, Anastazi is going and wanting me to tag along. Still not sure why tho" Shrugging it off, if Anastazi didn't want her knowing, there was little she could do, she had learned pretty quickly, that if he wanted it kept quiet it would be so well unless little sis decided she had to know, then she wasn't above finding a way to get what she wanted.

"O alirght then.." She sounded a bit dissapointed but only because she didn't have evidence for what she knew what was going to happen. Leaders of countries were always so arrogrant thinking they know whats best when they only thought of themselves. Farmers who fought over cows had more brains than them sometimes. She sighed and let it go for now, she wasn't suppose to be thinking about politics she was suppose to be enjoying the moment.
She smiled once more and began to speak in a cheerful tone "So what would you like to know. Im sure I have time to explain atleast one thing before i should start to ride off and you return to your brother."

Then she heard the other woman's question. A million questions ran through her mind, and she couldn't figure out which one she wanted to ask her. The a more important one popped up in her mind, as fascinated as she was by anything eastern she was more interested in something that could affect her. "What do you have to do to become an Silver Arbitor?" wondering if she could possibly have that to look forward to someday, instead of whatever Stazi had planned for her.

Rose blinked a bit suprised abobut the question, she expected a question of the cuisine, or there mystic maritals arts not something about the Silver Arbiters. When it finally came to her she smiled a bit embarssed, if someone like Serefina wwas interested there was hope for the Silver Arbiters yet.
"Well really to put it into a few words, you have to be able to be non-biased. The Silver Arbiters are a group who are trying to find a peaceful resolution between two conflicting arguments. Whether it be land disputes or peace treaties, it does not matter. Though it does help to have other skills if your able to do that you can consider yourself part of the Silver Arbiters. If your truly interested in the Silver Arbiters there is a headquarters in Labrum. There you can take a test to see if you could manage to stay non-baised and where you would prove to be most useful in the orginization. That doesn't mean though that you will be put out to work immedietly theres usualy training one must go through so your able to do the job you were meant to do more effectivly."
The question came so unexpectedly she didn't have time to prepare her words. It had all came out so fast she hoped she didnt confuse the girl. She thought about resaying it in a better manner but thought she would be smart enough to grasp atleast most of what she said. She paused for a moment not sure what to say next"..I hope that answered your question Serefina."
