Emi felt herself quickly lifted up, then put back down. She followed Marco out of the water, and ended up shivering herself. Of course, it wasn't too comfortable coming out of the water after you just got used to the water. She rubbed her arms, nodding in agreement to the shelter remark. "So... It sounds like... we aren't supposed to be friends, huh?" She asked somewhat sadly. She sat down next to Marco, her knees coming to her chest, her chin resting on her knees.

This thought saddened Emi. "Nothing more than passer-by's?" she added to her question. She was a Mitsudori. He was a Leno. Her amber eyes closed half way, small droplets of rain falling onto the ground, soon turning to downpour.

The man in the dark grey suit came out from behind the tree, his gun in hand, and he put his hand on Marco's mouth, gun to his head.

Emi gasped, shooting up, but something rather sharp jabbed her in her arm, and she quickly fell to the ground. A drowse bullet, none the less, and could knock out Emi for quite a while, without causing damage to her body. "Marc-" she gasped, but her eyes closed quickly. The last thing she saw was another man in a suit, but it was a mob member.

Marco looked up at the guy with the gun to his head and he smirked bitting the guys hand hard with his sharp teeth and then did a back flip kicking the guy in the head and hearing his gun go off in the air as the bullet fall onto the ground and landed by Marco's foot. Marco looked at the guy then looked at Emi leaning down to her with a sad looked on his face, He slowly removed the little dart full of sleeping liquids then put it into the guys leg then took the gun away from him and then picked emi up gentely running away to the forest leaving the two behide him to fight with there selfs.

((I'm going to the forest, i'm going to post there first kay.))

Khaiden stepped onto the soft, snady bank of the pond, hands gripping at her thin waists. "Let's play some tag, Ritsuka." she said calmly with a slightly smirk, looking over to him for a brief moment. Looking back over to the variedly sized poles, she pressed a hand against her deep set blue eyes. Muttering hushed words, she slowly pulled it away as she graced herself with the sight of wind. She could see nothing except outlines of what disturbed the air, which was good enough for her. She'd grown used to using that sight to get around everywhere and had become skilled in using it to her agvantage. Hands gripping onto a slick, bamboo pole, she swung her legs up and launched herself into the air, landing gracefully on another a few feet away from where she'd launched off.

Ritsuka looked down, tennis shoes sinking in the soft sand below him. He'd actually worn something that was easy to move in today. Tight fitting jeans and a royal blue tank top. Giving a firm nod, he grabbed a pole taller than him, swinging himself around to the top. Pushing off the dulled edge with a hand, he shifted in the air to land on a seven foot pole, just a few feet away from Khaiden. Giving a slight smirk, he knew this would be a piece of cake for both of them. She had non-human sight to make up for being blind and he had the stealth of, well... A cat, to say. Pushing off the pole he resumed upon, he darted towards another and another. His ears gave a small twitch, hearing Khaiden close behind. With the gifted sight of wind and the hearing of a blind neko, Ritsuka was positive that Khaiden was going to win. Oh well, why not have a bit of fun while you're there?

Khaiden smirked, closing in twoards Ritsuka her movements were swift, silent, and sly. When she was one pole behind him, she crouched down at her knees, pushing herself upwards as hard as she could. Setting high into the air, she shifted and held her arms close to her to gain more speed, vaulting into the air with a twist of her small body. She knew Ritsuka was looking at her, for she stood motionless, almost losing balance. As she made her back down towards the Earth, she seemed to be on a set path for collision with with giggly kitten onfront of her. At the last second, she shifted onto her side and swung her legs around. Instead, she lunged down to the water, arms outreached as she landed on a small rock with ease. She didn't at all semed to care that the dress was flimsy and not at all tight, now rining up around her slim stomach. Shifting, she pushed her legs around and swung over to a three foot pole. She easily used it to vault herself upwards to a higher pole besides Ritsuka. "You lose." she said smugly.

Ritsuka could hear her getting closer and closer until she was right behind him. Knowing he was caught, he attempted to shift sideways to make his way to a lower set pole. He had stopped his plans when he saw a shadow cast over him, looking up to see Khaiden lunging down towards him. How could she jump that high? Ears pinned back slightly, knowing she was going to coliide with him. Everyone else seemed to go easy on Ritsuka because he was so fluffy and childish, but Khaiden didn't. It actually made him happy, a childhoof friend that treated him the same as her. He just watched in confusion, hair rustling with the wind she'd cause by getting so close to him. Then he felt it. A small poke against his stomach. He just watched as Khaiden shifted on the rock, blushing from embarassment to see her exposed. When she finally made her way back up, he looked a bit disappointed. As if he was going to beat Khaiden. It didn't take long for the game to end, either.

"No fair!" Ritsuka pouting, cruching down with a pout. Sometimes being treated fair was a drag, since being equal to Khaiden put higher expectations on him. In the silence, he stared down at the waters to see a frog leaping across the pond on lily pads. Sighing softly, he'd lost the bet. He'd have to pay for dinner tonight, and he usually was the one to pay for dinner. Hearing the soft steps of someone jumping from one pole to another, Ritsuka's ears twitched curiously. He made no move to turn around, just moving up to stand. He placed a hand on Khaiden's shoulders, but was sure that she already knew others were watching.

Shifting uneasily on one foot, she spread across to the nearest pole, glad it was the same height as the one her other foot was one. So her legs were spread between two poles maybe a foot from each other, hands resting on her sft hips. Ears twitched at the sound, closing her eyes for a moment. Whenever her eyes were graced with the wind, they were graced with heat when they were sealed. In other words, she could easily spot human body heat without them even knowing she was looking at them. It was a great battle technique, her opponents always thinking it was a weak spot. Giving a small nod towards Ritsuka, he hopped off towards Kai, who was set low in the bamboo. While Akira was distracted, she curved her way around towards him. Both just stopped, crouching down besides the two strangers like nothing was the matter.

Khaiden crouched down low besides Akira, a grin on her pouty lips. Standing, she brushed off her dress for a moment. Looking down at him, she put her hands on her hips as they gripped the tiny bones tightly. "Really now? Think you can beat me?" she asked, getting a bit cocky. Knowing not many people could tell she was blind, she had an easy advantage over them. Non-human, non-neko hearing and non-human sight. She seemed to be an odd one, but she was a gifted one as well. That's how she wound up here at Mirandal.

Ritsuka stood from his crouching postion, giving a slight quirk of a brow as he watched Kai jump into the air and land about twenty feet away. Shrugging it off, he leaped from pole to pole swiftly to catch up with Khaiden. Just catching a few words, he playfully rolled his eyes. "Another challenge? Good luck, person I don't know." he pitched cheerfully, giving Akira a thumbs up. Khaiden just pushed him with a slightly disgusted expression, almost knocking him into the water. Giving a shrill, Ritsuka caught himself inbetween two poles, shimmying up the one his legs gripped to. Watching Khaiden hop off to a higher pole, Ritsuka gave a soft sigh.
