((i posted in the pride lands but i'm transfering it here! ^.^))
tawili enters the land, her ears were pricked. her coloring resembled any other antelope, brown with white spotes. her grey eyes scan the land as her head lowered to the ground. she slowly picked up grass and chomped on it, the grass was alive and was refreshing. her head shook slowly, then she looked around to see lions about. her body froze as she watched them intently, if they were to approach, she would run. although smaller then average adult antelope's her legs were quick. she watched them, her legs wobbling slightly.

Oga knew she had been spotted but was too scared to move. 3 different creatures that she has been hunted by before. Granted, they are cubs but that didn't lessen the fear. She continued to get as low to the ground as she could. It was really difficult considering her size. When she felt comfortable she continued to listen.

Ciyari doesn't need a second bidding to launch into her story. Encouragement is bad if you want her to stop talking. "Yeah, bandits," She says, sniffing. "My dad's a murderer for hire, an' he had left me at a waterhole while he went an' talked to a nearby pride, the Shadowstar Pride, right, 'cause the eldest daughter of the king was going to be married to another pride's second son, but the first son wanted to be married to her 'cause he wanted both prides. Anyways, he hired my da' to kill the second son, so me dad does so, only it turns out the second son, Jiro, that was his name, his ma' got word of it and sent out bandits to git my dad, 'cause she didn't know it t'were her son that did it, she thought my dad just killed 'im because he was a no-good rogue. So he runs after me, he says, 'Run!' so I do, before the bandits would come and get me." Bloodthirsty little git, isn't she? At least she has an imagination...of sorts. She's so engrossed in her story that she doesn't notice the new arrivals as of yet.

Mizaku closes his eyes as he listens to her story, picturing the whole thing in his head. As she finished, he hung his paws over the edge of the branch and smiled at her oddly. "Gosh, sounds like you've had a bad day---...I didn't happen to get your name..." he says as he stares at her, "I'm Mizaku, incase you're wonder'n...." Mizaku pulls his tail around his feet as he looks at her. He was actually wondering himsell why he was talking to a lion in the first place. He didn't pay much attention to anyone esle, since he felt safe and secure in the tree.

::One paw steping infront of the other, he made his way through the lands. His head bowed low, ears flicked back against his scalp and his eyes half lidded. He was feeling rather weak at the moment, his body appering to weigh a ton! Aside from feeling that way, his stomach was begining to growl! The last thing he could remember eating was... well.. He couldn't even remember what the last thing he ate was! He hardly remembered anything. His memory seemed to have been shattered, pieces lost in oblivion. All he could truely recall was his name, Hodari... His name was Hodari!::
::One of his small white paws lifted up, curling a little before setting down. Hodari lifted his head up to glance around, hoping to find something that would explain to him where he was!:: His tail flickered a little, ears perking foward at the noises he was hearing. Voices? Someone was nearby! He could hear the talking! But, where were they? He couldn't -see- them!:: His small mouth opened as he attempted to say something, no words spilling from his mouth. He closed his mouth, taking in a breath before opening it again to speak.:: "Is anybody out there?!"

Pleased with herself for such a fantastic story - even if it is all a complete lie - Ciyari is happy to see that the leopard cub seems to agree with her cleverness. Well, this might be promising. "Ciyari," She says comfortably, giving him her real name...something she hasn't done in quite awhile. "It means 'silver princess.' Pleased to meet you, Mizaku," She adds, with that added haughty tone that she seems to have perfected. "An' yeah, it has been a bit of a trying day. I'm famished." She says the last as if she were expecting dinner to pop out of the bark of the tree and present itself on a platter.
The sudden voice penetrates her thoughts, and she glances up, sharply. Sounds like a young voice... "Yeah, we are, if you're not bandits or hyenas or pridal lions or snakes!" Particularly snakes. Ciyari has a thing against snakes.

Just then, Oga heard a loud snapping noise behind her. She didn't look to see what it was. She jumped over the bushes in front of her and landed in the middle of a gathering of animals. Terrified, she froze and was unable to move to safety.

((I better make my sig smaller @_@ ))
Mizaku thought of her name, Ciyari. It sounded beautiful to say or even think of. He smiled and looked around at his surroundings. "Silver princess? I goes perfect with you! Mine means 'Ghost' " he said, explaining his name. Hearing the voice from behind him he glared towards it and wondered what it could be. Clawing into the wood and setting himself firmly on the branch he waited to see, incase it could be something dangerous. "...yeah, who's there?!" he added to the end of Cyari's words.

A small wild pup walks in accidentally. Her blue eyes glancing over the scenery wildly. Her small paws pull her foward...She is dazed and confused with no sense of direction... She glances to the hyenas and the lioness. Her fur bristling in sudden fear.

::Hodari paused, ears flicking straight up as he heard a response. It took a while for his mind to process what had been said.. Once he knew what had been spoken, he took a few steps foward, stumbling a little, his stomach growling rather loudly.. He forced himself to ignore it, holding his head up high.:: "I'm sort of lost! Can.. You tell me where I'm at?" ::What a question to ask.. He knew it sounded... rather.... need he say?::

((Ok, just got off the phone with my friend in California and I'm ready to go. ninja ))
Drool flooded the full-grown hyena's mouth. He was cautiously approaching the Eland, silent as he could. When it came to hunters, hyenas were definitely not in the top five, but desperate times called for desperate measures. Besides, it might even be fun. A lot more fun than just sitting in the graveyard all day as Ed sniffed his butt.
He took a nice whiff of the air and caught the scent of another antelope. If he could kill this one silently enough, he'd have enough food to last him... A day! And all for himself too. He didn't need to share. Especially since the clan didn't think hunting was a good idea. Those losers would regret it.
Then noise reached his ears. Darn! If those little rascals scared away his prey, he'd- been discovered? He heard Ciyari's harsh words, "hyena" catching his interest immeadiatly. So, on tonights menu was a nice entree of antelope, served steamly with fresh lion cub. Hahahaheheha! Fresh, yeah, fresh was right.
Doh! The thing must have heard him! Grr... This was getting aggravating. He needed food NOW! Without another second to spare, he pounced at the Eland in front of him (That being Oga =P), ready to kill.
((EDIT: AHHHHH! My post is inconsistant now! gonk I'll edit it... Hold on... And now Daqi has to change her post because I'm in the group. XP))

From the southwest, a small black speck can be seen moving in on the Mistweaver lands. It's coming from the elephant graveyard, slowly and steadily. As the figure nears, everything is clear on what it acctually is. A rather small balck and gray hyena is slowly making its way closer. As the hyena gets closer, it is apparent that there is nothing to be afriad of, for it is only a lone, scruffy looking pup. Without a pack, without a friend, the pup slowly trots toward the lands, head high, tail wagging. Suddenly, the pup stopped, one paw in the air, ready to make another step, both ears perked and listening. She had heard something, voices, the voices of others. A smile widened the pup's maw. With her tail wagging furiously, she took off in the sound of the voices, maybe they were the voices of some other hyenas that she cold play with! As she got close to the talking group she stopped, toung hanging out and panting. She tilted her head, these thing didn't look like hyenas... Suddenly the pup was scared and didn't want to get any closer, but it was probably too late. She was standing only a few feet from the group, head hung low, tail inbetween her legs. She stood there, barely moving and whimpering ever so quietly.
((Dang, sorry it took me so long to type this shortness, but my dad keep insisting that I help him clean everything stare
I guess we'll just say that the pup hasn't noticed the other hyena yet, or summat xd ))
