Rin watched him for a moment in silence, and then very slowly nodded her head. "It was no trouble," she replied softly. "I'm glad I... was able to help someone again. I'm sorry it didn't turn out right..." Then she bowed her head, eyes closing once more. The spirit emerged from her body, now floating beside her and staring warmly at Razzer, proud of what he'd done. Rin wobbled in place for a moment, and then leaned against the wall, breathing rather heavily. She still had her face bowed to the ground, mouth open as she panted.
She hadn't done that in a while, and the power she'd just used seemed to take up more energy than she would have liked. She took a deep breath, and the exhaled slowly, now breathing through her nose again. She wiped at her eyes and then pushed herself back up straight, though her shoulders were still sagging just slightly. She ignored it, and fixed Razzer with her regular stare. Her eyes swept along him once, flicking to the one remaining tentacle, and then settled upon his face. For a moment she just stared, and then she glanced off to one side, gaze upon the wall, staring right through the spirit who was still hovering at her side. "...congratulations," she said quietly. She blinked once, focusing upon the spirit now. "And.... thank you."

Razzer shook his head slowly. "Don't be. It's actually good I still have an extra appendage - I can still move it, so I can use it for water manipulation while my hands are doing something else." he smiled at the mention of hands. His memory gave him a small kick in the groin. "I'll keep my end of the deal, too." Razzer said. "Soon I'll try to contact that friend of mine. It may be tricky though - he doesn't seem to be favouring me very much." It was true - he had sent the wasps after Razzer that knocked him out his dormatory window. Why, Razzer didn't know, but he needed to find out.
He went to push back his hair while he thought, and his hand grazed over his ears... they were back to their original form - nice and not pointy. He'd miss the heightened hearing he got from his elven-styled ears, but they were damn ugly things.
"Would you like me to take you back to your dormatory, Rin?" he asked. "Or is there somewhere else you'd like to go?"

Rin took in his reply silently, expression not changing as he spoke of contancting his friend. Though, from the way he said it, the person didn't sound very friendly. She wasn't disappointed though. She wasn't really expecting things to work out anyway. She sighed quietly and slowly looked back at him. She stared for a couple seconds and then shook her head. "I have... no where else to go," she mumbled quietly, fingers playing with her necklace before she even realized it. She noticed though, and slowly dropped her hand back by her side, gaze once more upon the floor. She'd helped someone else out, and wasn't really expecting much in return. It was actually quite an odd feeling... and she wasn't sure what to make of it. But, even though she'd just left her dorm, it might not be a bad idea to take another nap after what she'd just done. She cast one quick glance towards the still watching spirit and then frowned back at the ground.

Razzer frowned. "You sure?" he asked, then shrugged. He got the feeling that she wanted to be left alone for the time being - perhaps she wanted to try out his theory of purifying the necklace?
"Once more I thank you." Razzer said. "I might never have been changed back if it wasn't for your help. As soon as I contact my friend I'll find you." He lowered his head in a tiny bow. "Until then, Miss Rin, please take care."
Now that he was human again... well, relatively human... there was a few things he needed to do. Without any more delay, Razzer closed his eyes and muttered the unintelligible words that caused his dissapearance from the Temple.

Rin looked back at Razzer, nodding her head again slightly before looking away once more. She didn't even blink as he disappeared, and instead just gazed straight ahead at the wall before her. But then she let out another sigh once she was sure he was gone, and pressed her hands firmly against her eyes. "His curse was fixed... so easily..." she whimpered, voice barely a whisper. She stood for a while like that, shoulders shaking every now and then as she forced back a few sobs. Then she slowly exhaled, breath a little shaky, and looked up to see the male spirit still in front of her, just watching silently.
She glared at him, dropping her hands to her sides again. "Wh-what do you want?" she snapped, accidentally letting out a stammer. She bit her lip and quickly turned, staring to walk quickly down the hallway. But she was stopped as she felt someone grab her wrist, and blinked a couple times, turning in surprise to see it was the spirit. He stared at her for a moment and then shook his head. "You're... heading the wrong way," he said softly. Rin stared at him and then glared once more. "I don't need your help!" she shouted, spun on her heel, and started off again. The male just shook his head and glided after her.

After going a short ways, Rin slowed to a stop again, starting to feel a little dizzy. She set her hand against the wall to steady herself, watching the ground again. The spirit hovered up beside her, watching her with an almost concerned expression. She just glared at him and repeated what she'd just said. "I don't need your help," she muttered, and slowly started moving again. Though, after a couple paces she stopped once more, actually leaning against the wall this time. She breathed heavily, and then let herself slide down to the floor, left shoulder against the cool stone.
She looked up and noticed the spirit now seating himself in front of her. Rin glared, and then looked at the ground. "I'm just seeing if my necklace will purify itself," she mumbled. "I'm not tired." The spirit just shrugged and nodded, but stayed seated there. Rin didn't move either, just resting by the wall, her shoulders rising and falling with each shaky breath she took. Her eyes closed after a moment as she tried to calm herself, her vibrant purple hair falling around her face as it began slipping from the ponytail.

After several moments of not moving, Rin slowly forced herself back to her feet, pushing away the spirit as he made to help her. Of course, her hand went right through him, so it didn't really matter. She sighed and then glanced around before starting off again, towards where she thought the exit was. Once more the spirit trailed after her, but she still ignored him. Her fingers were lightly gripping the necklace she wore. She didn't think anything had changed, and was scared to test it anyway. If she did, it'd probably be wise to have someone there to keep her from doing anything. She had no idea who to ask though...
She frowned to herself, glaring straight ahead as she continued thinking to herself. Then, gradually, the tunnel she was in seemed to be slowly filling up with sunlight until she arrived once more at the bridge that was somehow floating upon the water. She frowned at it, glanced around, and took a hesitant step forward. But she paused for a second to look back at the spirit. She bowed her head once, and then raced across the bridge, boots loudly thumping against the stone. Once across, she regained her composure and walked casually back towards the school.
The spirit just watched with a slightly amused expression, and then slowly turned and drifted back inside the temple.

Tchai stumbled to the top of the waterfall, tears streaking down his cheeks as he stumbled down towards the base of the waterfall before he had even seen the temple. He took a step back and suddenly was overcome by the urge to enter. He walked bravely into the enterance and he saw the water under him. It's beautiful... He slowly came into the fountain room and was dazzled by the spectacular lights lacing the cieling, he stummbled towards the great fountain. There he sat as his tears fell into the bright waters and he ran his hands through the cool caress of the moist air. What have I done? Why did I do it? Why... He sighed and lay down beside the water, closing his eyes to try to forget about his life.

Souno walked out of the gates of Ria High, letting the chill wind tussle his hair. His head whipped back and forth, looking for some sign of his brother. He saw a beaten path through the forest ahead of him and he quickly followed it. His legs fluidly carrying him through the golden haven of the forest. A few golden leaves fell from the trees as he ran past them and they fell silently to the forest floor. Suddenly Souno came to a cliff edge and he skidded to a stop next to the waterfall. Souno could see a few footprints treading down the cliff side path and he carefully folloed them as they wound down the cliff face. Please, don't let him be dead. He came to the bottom of the cliff and spotted the enterance to the temple, he knew that Tchai was inside. He slowly walked in an was overcome with the mysterious beauty of the temple enterance. He came to a room with a great fountain in its center, and there is where he saw him.
Tchai head the scuff of foot falls against the stone floor, and he knew who it was. "Go away Souno." Souno's face was a mask of indifference. "No. Never." "Leave me!" Tchai cried as he sprung up from the edge of the fountain and fire flung from his outstretched hands in a great spread, aimed directly at Souno. Souno deftly raised his hands and an icy wall formed in front of him, deflecting the fire away from him. Tchai let the fire die down and Souno, without speaking, raised his hand and clenched his fist as a great hand made of ice formed from the fountain. "You are in my element Tchai, you cannot win." Suddenly a firey inferno erupted from Tchai's body, melting the ice and sending shards of ice around the room sticking them into the walls. Fire curled around his body in long tendrils, whipping sportadically around him and lashing out at the air. "I said leave me be!" He raised his hand as his body was engulfed in flames, a firey demon that released a horrific roar and charged Souno. Souno turned and ran, back out to the enterence hall, where water from the holes came up and surrounded him forming a great icy cucoon around his body and hatching into an icy demon that faced down Tchai. Tchai sprung towards Souno, sailing through the air. Souno grabbed the demon out of the air and smashed him to the floor. "No more Tchai...You will release this passion and come down from your pedestal and be equal with us." Souno reached into the heart of the demon and grabbed Tchai, yanking him out and engulfing him in ice that was so cold that the air condensed about him. Fire lashed about Tchai, but ice reformed where it melted it. He shouted at Souno before finally passing out from exhaustion. The ice slowly melted from around Souno and he stood over Tchai's unconcious body. He slowly bent and picked up his brother, throwing him over his shoulder and walking back out of the temple. ((exit to Ria))
