I think I saw it and was looking for something to read and this looked interesting and I figured if it sucked I only wasted like 10 bucks instead of 20 or more since it was paperback and I just got hooked.

my friend was on the 4th book, and so he just recommended it to me. but it was really strange how the 1 book started out. Kissing. Interesting hook DJ MacHale used.

My aunt gave me the first book as a present...for my birthday.. I think. I liked it so much that the next time I went to Chapters, I bought the next 3 (that's all that was out at the time). Now, I own all of them, except for the 8th...

I was bored in the library, so I opened it because I liked the title. I found the beginning of The Merchant of Death very interesting ((like pinkteddy said)), so instead of standing there until the librarian yelled at me, I went ahead and borrowed it. Of course, I didn't get to starting it until it was almost overdue, so I just returned it.
About a year later, I borrowed it again and read it all and loved it. After that, I went to Barnes and Noble because both the school library and the town library only had the first one and saw that there were four, so I bought the third and the fourth ((they didn't have the second one in stock)). So I read them out of order. One, four, three, five, two, six, seven, then eight.
By the time I got to book six, I had gotten two of my friends into it, and now two more have come to realize the awesomeness of Pendragon. I'm so proud that the fanbase is growing!! xd

Me and my best friend were in some book store. She was getting something so I felt the need to get something as well. She picked up a random book and handed it to me. She was like, "This looks good for you, read it!" So I got it and now I LOVE the Pendragon series~ <3

Parents forced me to read it in grade three saying it was good for me. Kinda mean to me since I hardly understood 300 of the 365 pages. xd Now they regret it since I use their money to get it. twisted On a lighter note I love the book series. I am not a book worm. mrgreen
