When I force myself too I ate relatively healthy small portions but when it comes to small indulging I can't help myself. Dx Oh well a few gummi bears and a brownie bit after a supa healthy lunch is better then avoiding all snacks and BKing fir dindin.......right? x.x

Hi there! I just wanted to pop by and congradulate you on your efforts. We all need a little encouragement now and then after all. Don't lose hope. If we make New Years Resolutions, then why can't we make New Day resolutions? I have faith that both of us will beat the bulge in time! You have your deadline, as do I. =]
