Shido Burrito How about if someone in the Crew is not a part of Hobey for over a month (more or less) then they will have to step down or be challenged by another member who wants their spot. So, if the Crew member isn't there to accept the challenge, then the newer more fresh challenger will get that absent Crew's spot! Does that sound ok? Sounds like a Pendragon celebrity deathmatch but it is an interesting idea
