With a calm tone, "So then these are the dragoons then?"

"Where is he now?" Kinera looked at the rusted weapon that acted as a tomestone, "What was his name?" The way Leon was acting around this place seemed like he was almost reliving a painful memory. What also made Kinera's curiousity spike was the fact Leon said "have gone ahead", so who was the one that was left behind?

"Hmpf...I wonder if you have figured it out now Rayl...you and Kinera are so similiar to Erim and Shadowkite and yet so different at the same time..is it because of the time period or is it that I'm just getting weary of waiting?.." Leon turned around, completely different from his teacher's diguise. He stood proudly and stiff...until Shadow hit him on top of his head with the flat part of her halbard.

"Stop being overdramatic. Are you going to reveal to them who you are or what?"

Leon rubbed his head, "You know, you have to work on being impatient. It's not a very good quality you have."

Shadow looked liked she was going to have another swing at him but stopped when she heard a familiar name. "Say what boy? Speak up or we can't hear you."

Kenji sighed, "...His name was Lionheart, the second captain of Lonewolf's Dragoons. Legends have it that he and the dragoons fought against a demon lord and that Lionheart stayed behind to stop an enormous explosion...all they found was that gunblade."

Leon nodded and smirked, "I see you have been paying attentin to my lessons after all. I'm suprised since all you have been doing is staring out of the window daydreaming."

Having nothing to say to that remark, Kenji let Mr. Leon continue, "Yes. His name was Lionheart...and he is about..erm...I think about 624, 625, or something like that..I can't remember. He had a spiral shaped tattoo on his left hand.."

Leon pulled out a bottle and poured on his left hand then rubbed his two hands together, revealing a spiral shaped tattoo.



"..He also had four swords...his traditional weapon, the gunblade, Lonewolf's sword, and two katanas.." Leon unshealthed the sword he carried and stabbed it into the ground with great force. An emblem of a wolf howling was ingraved on to the blade.

"And his dragon, Shadow, accompanied him where ever he need her." His eyes darted to Shadow, who was slightly grinning from the three's reactions.

"You can keep calling me Leon or Mr. Leon if you will in school." After that, Leon stopped smiling, "As for the resemblence..it's all in the past, you don't need to worry about it for now." He walked over to his grave and picked up his broken and rusted gunblade.

"What happened after that battle..I don't know. I left afterward and been traveling for 600 years. When I came back here, the dragoons were disbanded..I could not believe it. The guild that Lonewolf had worked so hard to make had crumbled and I had not been there to stop it. From the information gathered, the guild had been corrupted and began to abuse its power instead of using it for the greater good." Leon swung the gunblade in a diagonial slash as if to cut something down. "If I had not been so reckless with my task then this wouldn't be happening."

Dropping his gunblade, brushed the dust off of his knees, "But..I can't do anything about that...All I can do is to carry on with my task and be done with it..I still have to explain what, why, and how you all have these abilites."

Leon sat down on his tombstone and sighed, "I suggust you all take a seat and ask me questions now before I explain it. I don't want to be interrupted during this important lecture."

Kinera took a seat next to her brother on the ground, it was like falling into a video game! Only she couldn't hit the restart button if she got inot trouble. She had been like a water ballon ready to pop with questions only now they all seemed to have gone poof. "One question, are there any dragons left? I had a dream about dragons once," Kinera looked at Shadow curiously. She didn't look like any dragon from the drawing she had seen. Then again it looked like Leon was the only one who knew the real history about things.

Kinera found it curious that Shadow mentioned dragons fleeing into the mountains. In her dream she had found a large green stone embedded in the snow and ice. Maybe it was just a dream, probably nothing, Kinera thought as she waited for Leon to go on.

"Demons? Like end of the world demons take over demon? Where did they come from though?" Kinera looked at Leon shaking her head in disbelief, "Tell me those things don't get bigger or meaner." Kinera looked back at the dragoon but he didn't seem to be joking. She gave a sigh wishing the bag guys wouldn't get freakishly strong like in a video game.
