Kasumi ignored the massive chakras clashing nearby and stood again, going to the water's edge. An otter lazed on a rock before her, and she locked eyes with it. focus, Kasumi, please focus! BE STILL! YOU. WILL. DIE! The otter paused, mid-stretch, and rolled over. Kasumi narrowed her eyes and rounded the rock to glare at it again. YOU. WILL. DIE! The otter shook itself and twisted around again. Kasumi growled under her breath and rounded the rock again. YOU. WILL. DIE!
And the otter was still, quivering slightly, but frozen in place, its breathing wild, matching its heart that Kasumi could almost hear. She grinned a slow, bestial, toothy smile. Kanashibari no Jutsu, accomplished!
Feeling satisfied with her training for the day, she went to go get lunch.

The Mizukage appeared on a rooftop, staring at the surrounding area. His eyes bled blue for a second then back to their normal colour. He sensed something and went to check it out.

Kasumi returned to her training spot, her face grim In silence, she carefully placed a circle around her, made of senbon in the ground. They were coated in red, and when they entered the hard earth, they glowed. She accompanied the last needle with a swift series of seals, and a transparent, but faintly red dome sprang up from the little pieces of metal. Kasumi gazed at it, then nodded to herself, mentally preparing for the next step of her plan for escape. Just as the other's death cursed me....
Next was more blood. Obtaining a kunai had been moderately difficult, as she never used them outside of the classes she had attended last year, but she had found one, and her ever-present brush soaked in the red ink before following her graceful pathways about her feet, her hands, her forehead. Her hands were brought into a prayer position, and her eyes closed. The section of cliff that held her little circle cracked and broke from the rest of the mass, plummeting into the sea, ice closing over the spot and holding fast for several moments, before dissapating. Kasumi is gone. May the curse of Haku's bloodline live on.

"HAGANE," Midou called out at the top of his lungs. He fell silent and waited for the Mizukage to appear. He knew it wouldn't be long. He created two clones and sent one to the Cloud Village and sent one to the Sound Village.

"I have come to get you. We must gather with the other Demon's and with Orochimaru and make plans to confront the Akatsuki. They have grown stronger." Midou tooka a deep breath. "I have been watching them closely as of late. They know you, Aka, and Nayumu have demons sealed inside of you. I do not know if they have discovered mine, but it won't be long until they do."

"One of my clones is there now, and one is seeking Aka." He smiled. "Otokage and Raikage are busy but will join us in the Otogakure shortly. If you wish to saty here then that is fine, but I have other things that need my attention in the SOund Village. You must come to the meeting though." In a puff of smoke Midou dissappeared.((Exit to North Gate))

Shade was running to the ramen shop to get more food after his training but saw Midou vanish into thin air. Shade side steped into an ally way with the faintest sound, holding his breath while peering to see what was going on. He couldnt here anything but he could see everything. He saw Mizukage standing there in the open all alone. Shade was confused why he was just standing there still as a wall. Shade's mind is racing to think why Midou would use jutsu to leave the Mizukage instead of just simply running or walking. Even though Shade is a genin he is curios in the ways of respect here to the higher people of the village. Shade thought it best to leave it alone, so he cleared his mind and walked down the ally way to get some ramen.

Kurome stood on a rock, letting the salt-spray from each wave shower her with moisture. She glanced at the position of the sun. Late. Just like I used to be. Stupid kids. The she flicked the neko-te on one hand down, into a ready position, and then back up, idly, as she waited.
