Any ideas for a member drive?? I don't want just a bunch of random people...people who can actually add to the dynamic of the guild.

...you know, how everyone has interest links in their profile? I mean, c'mon.. what else are they for, right?

Or, you could do what I do..

...meet people in the most random ways, and then invite them after having quite a few conversations...

...though my method's always taken longer to gain members... I think i've only ever invited two people... sweatdrop

I generally just talk to someone long enough to make sure they can type and speak in somewhat well thought out sentences. I also make sure they seem nice. Yep there is the screening process.
