=As he continues to feel the ground beneath his feet growing weaker by the moment, the unnamed's pupils dilate. No. He is not surprised at Humbra's action, present or future. He feels Momijis Earth and Wind unlock. As the doors representing their power in his mind swing open, he watches the metal sheets 'block' Lion's Cry's movements. It was cunning of Humbra to use his own metalic sheets to cause the chains to move when he couldn't use metalkenesis on them. In the end, it's a crude means to an end, and one that had little advantage. With two new Momijis open to work with, the unnamed could give Lion's Cry more of what it desires.=
=In the meantime... That magnetic countermeasure is an interesting one. The chain is undetered by the lightning blast coming it's way. In fact, what sounds like a cry of hunger emits from it...and it's two counterparts. They surge with electricity, themselves, as they are 'forced' to converge upon each other. They begin sating that hunger on the metal sheets that Humbra had wrapped them in, slowly consuming them. If it is a purely psionic connection he uses in his metalkenesis, Humbra would begin to feel a tickle at the back of his mind. Otherwise, he'd merely watch as the metalic sheets are slowly absorbed by the chains upon colliding...and the fact that they redouble their force of movement towards him.=
=Lion's Cry is behaving in an unsavory fashion, and it's something the unnamed is feeling displeasure about. Even as he keeps his eyes on his opponent, he remains attentive to those chain's intentions. He also is amply aware of how his Momijis are reacting. He knows why they were unlocked. The static created by Momiji Lightning upon him wore upon the chaotic mixture that create it. It was merely an aspect of time. Once more, his hair flashes gold and straightens out. This time the flash lasts longer, but it quickly goes back to an unkempt blue.=

(( This fight is going to be a long one. ))
The small pellets beneath the feet of the unnamed continued to swirl around his feet. They broke the ground that he could stand one, most probably hampering his over all stance. Probably.
By now the large 'chain' that was flying upward would have a large negative charge (from the lightning/electricity). One of Humbra's magnets, the one to his right, also had a large negative charge. So the metal kinetic moved the large wire ball below himself, to where the incoming chain was coming.
Humbra then moves the ball on his left, the positively charged ball, downward along the incoming chain. He closed his eyes in focus. The man also moved himself a couple of feet upward, away from his negative ball of metal.
If the chain were not immune to science, the negatively charged chain would be pushed away from the negatively charge ball of metal. The chain then would be pulled toward the downward moving positively charge ball on a heading toward its master, Mr. Unnamed.
However, if the items in unnamed's possession were immune to the basic law of nature ("opposite charges attract and alike charge repel"), a blinding flash of light would burst from in front of Humbra. The strongly charged items would then let their built up electrons flashed downward along the massive chain. If the charge didn't fly down by the chain, it would go by another conductor: air. The built up charge would sear toward the ground-either by the metal in the Unnamed's chain or by the air around it-unleashing gigcoulumbs of charge upon the ground that his opponent still stood on.
If the second option happened the ground would turn to glass in the same flash that went off infront of Humbra.

=There are ways of making objects neutrally or positively charged, not that the unnamed would recognize that it was necessary...immediately. Though not immune to the magnetic charge Humbra had allowed build up naturally through magical means, this conundrum still means that the Soul only 'immunizes' from the metalkenesis. The immediate response to the magnetic 'thrusts' from Humbra is to repel from the negative and...discharge the electrons upon the positive. Momiji Lightning does come in handy to move such things, afterall. The whole discharge happening only after the unnamed feels the chain tug away from its wanton trajectory, and hearing it complain. It takes a mere moment, however.=
=This action, of course, neutralizes both the positive sphere from Humbra and the negative chain from the unnamed, and the Soul-attuned chains, once more, begin their charge towards Humbra...only to set off his second chain of effect. Nice theory, one problem. The energy runs straight down Lion's Cry...only to be grounded out upon hitting where the chains intersect the ground and go underneath. The unnamed watches the...interesting waste of energy as ground nowhere near him becomes glass, but he still pays close attention to the shifting ground beneath his feet.=
=Even as Lion's Cry continues it's trajectory, now charged only with Soul energy, the unnamed begins seemingly minute alterations to his stance. He picks one foot up and 'stamps' it into the ground, and he repeats with the other foot in short order. What this causes is an interesting chain of events underneath his feet. He's actually pushed a column of air into the ground directly beneath his feet while, at the same time, hardening the ground upon which he stands. The bulbs/pellets continue to deteriorate the stage, but the unnamed, whom seems to have his hair flashing gold every few seconds now, is, all in all, undetered.=
=In case a recap is needed. Both Humbra's effects went off with relatively no hitch, except for the fact that his energy unleashed nowhere near the unnamed. He's still watching his opponent like a hawk while paying attention to the bulbs under his feet and two spheres in the air, one negative and one now neutral. The area immediately around the chain's 'excavation' point has become covered in glass, likely due to the heat of the energy. The unnamed is starting to use the new Momijis open to him. Then his lips slowly part as he has something to convey to Humbra in that same three-toned voice of his, the one that sounds dull upon hearing it.=
I think it only prudent to give you fair warning, much as you did earlier. I will accept whatever outcome, but I recommend you walk away from this fight.

((Life has been insane. sad ))
The ground beneath his opponent was being stamped down, the ground level also compressed downwards as well. After a few moments the unnamed's feet were an inch below the flat arena floor. The several few gloves of metal underneath the unnamed would then stop. It would be a waste of energy, Humbra thought, to battle against his opponent's feet.
He brought back his two large ex-magnets to himself. They'd spread themselves out, making themselves back into one, and wrapped around Humbra to form a large metal sphere once more.

(( stare You're lucky somebody I know said you posted. I thought you timed-out... No offense, but I want some guidelines to stick to.))
=As Humbra had done nothing, this time, to deter or dodge the chains, they easily latch onto the reformed armored sphere surrounding him. The unnamed watches this as he can hear the hungry growls reverberating through those amassed chains. The three had 'seperated' back out and latch to different 'sectors' of the armored sphere. Even if those chains cannot penetrate, it is the Soul energies that are quickly forming anchors. That is, unless, Humbra has a way of dislodging those energies. For a moment, the unnamed wonders why his opponent had stopped working to deteriorate the ground beneath him.=
=In the end, wondering on things won't matter. With that taken care of, he 'stubs' the tip of his foot towards the ground before kicking it up, just a centimeter or two above said ground, for, apparently, no reason. The reason would become clear looking directly beneath Humbra's armored sphere as a rather large chunk of ground dislodges itself and begins floating, again, just centimeters above the ground. With a swift motion and no hesitation, he kicks his foot, and the large chunk of the arena floor hurtles towards Humbra. With just as little hesitation, the unnamed follows through with a slice of his sword through the ground, and another sizable chunk of earth is hurtling towards Humbra's front. From below and the front, it seems this attack is merely created to hammer Humbra with blunt force. The wind does pick up, though...=
=Of course. It is safe to wager that the unnamed won't be living potholes for him to stumble into or across on the ground beneath him. Though...that hair of his seems to be getting a bit livelier.=

((Ah.. Shoot. I did time out, didn't I? I guess I lost.
Or, if I didn't lose, I forfeit. I don't have the time to make any good posts/counters anymore. Sorry Unnamed Angel for cutting this short. School is just getting too brutal for me. sad Sorry.))
