Skipping merrily into the club room, Lorelai smiled as she made her way over to her beloved pet egg. Picking up the flower pot she'd planted it in, she grinned as she noted it had gained even more weight. Something was definitely happening inside there! It would be so exciting to see what sort of creature would hatch from this thing!

"Oh, little egg..." Lorelai sang at the pot, "I've brought you something good to eat and drink!" She grinned as she found the watering can, giving the egg its requisite supply for the day, and then began fishing around in her pocket for something, eventually coming up with a small unlabeled vial of some unknown powder. "Here you go! You can eat this too, it should be good for you!" This was a special vitamin, mineral, and nutrient supplement that Lorelai had concocted in the lab - she hoped it would help her little egg grow even faster.

Nodding to herself after she'd fed and watered her little pet-to-be, Lorelai gave the flower pot a hug, set it down, and traipsed gleefully out of the club room.

Risa walked in the next day wondering, How long will this take? Well...I hope it's cute! NExt Rosa walked over to the bed of soil and walked over to her egg. "Oh eggy! I got you some food and water! well...actually water for you food for me cause you can't eat yet!" Joked Risa as she droped some water onto her lil egg. "How you doing eggy?" she asked the egg. "........" the egg didn't say anything of course. "Well I hope you can talk or purr or do somethign of responding when you hatch! Well till then... I still love you!" Risa kissed her lil egg softly. "I know! Lets go into the sun!" Then Risa took the egg put it in a small wet towel and walked out side to the warm and sunny day. NExt she sat down.

Roxy yawned and smiled. "I guess I fell asleep. Whoopsies." She scratched her head as she stretched her back muscles, then her arm muscles. "Hmm....what time is it?" She glanced around, but there was no sign of a clock. "Oh well." She shrugged and rubbed the top of her egg. "Did you sleep well?" She giggled and slowly uncurled her legs out from under her and shakily stood up. "Owwie." Her face scrunched up into a look of pain before it relaxed into a blissful look. "Time for water?" She skipped over to her bag and pulled out the can. "Oh dear. It needs to be refilled." She ran over to the fountain and filled it up with fresh spring water, then returned to the pot and poured the water in, although not as much this time. She sat back down and smiled. "I can not wait until you hatch!!!"

Naomi sighed quietly, lifting one hand and peeking under at the egg beneath it, which was still settled comfortably on her lap in its little nest. She couldn't stop picturing random creatures in her head, things that existed and things that didn't. She had no idea what it would possibly be, but she honestly hoped it'd be something fuzzy. Though, I'll love you even if you aren't, she assured it quickly, giving a small nod. She smiled and then glanced around the room, seeing others caring for their eggs and pets as well. She was happy to find everyone seemed to be taking good care of theirs. Then her gaze shifted back to her own, once more hidden beneath her pale hands.

Lorelai once again made her way into the club room, carrying along a watering can and another small packet of the special nutrient powder she'd engineered in the lab. Smiling as she picked up the flowerpot with her egg in it, she shook it up and down a few times to test for the weight, nodding in satisfaction as she noted it was still getting bigger.

"Hmm... it might be time for a bigger pot soon," she mused, smiling. "Well, at any rate - time to eat!" she declared happily as she began watering the egg, sprinkling a liberal amount of the strange powder on the topsoil as she did so. Making sure to dig up the soil a bit and turn it so it would all soak in before she left, Lorelai smiled once again. "Guess that'll do it for now. Your next scheduled visit is around this time tomorrow," she told the egg before merrily traipsing out again.

Roxy stared at the can in contemplation. "Ok...so....I watered you a couple of days ago, so I'm gonna water you again!!" Her face scrunched up as she picked up the can. "Talking like that makes you sound like a plant..." She looked at her little egg surrounded by all the dirt in the pot. "Which, you kind of look like one in that pot! I can't wait until you hatch! Then we can go outside and play!!!" She poured some more water into the can and put it beside the pot. "I'm going to go now. Bye bye!" She rubbed the egg and slowly walked out of the center.

Yume cradled the egg in her arms, heading towards a bed of soil.
She maintained a calm, blank face, walking in rhythmic steps.
She stared down at the egg, utterly curious of its simple being.
Erin-san said that you need water, she thought, .. and soil..
She blinked, those were quite odd for an egg to.. well..
Yume shook her head, no. "Here we are.." she whispered to it.

Setting the strange egg on the damp soil, Yume smiled again.
She carefully pushed some soil along its sides that it almost hugged the egg.
Yume found that sort of cute, and she didn't even use that word.
With a little giggle, she sprinkled water over it.
Yume half opened her eyes, staring at it with content, her arms across her chest.
"There," she whispered, bending down to it a little, "I'll be back for you soon."

Yume turned away, leaving the miraculous little egg.
