Sho-Totoron Utakan Sho-Totoron I'm trying to make a plush of Erik in his Red Death costume. (I would've made him in his regular outfit, but we didn't have enough black.) So far, I've got the pants and part of the boots done and sewn on the body. sweatdrop Awesome. Will you upload pictures when you're done? :3 I'll try. ^ ^ I'm done with the body, but the head's time-consuming... for the hair, I'm taking embroidery thread and sewing it through his forehead, then cutting it and letting it hang free so it's more like real hair. I'm really running out of thread, though. >< If I had the time, patience, and know-how I'd make a doll too. Unfortunately I'm lazy and I tear things up a lot. XD

I wish I knew how to use our sewing machine. >< Hand-sewing makes it all the more time-consuming.

I found a Micheal Crawford phantom and Sarah Brightman barbie doll set on ebay once upon a time...couple hundred bucks though confused I'm pretty sure you can always custom make a doll/action figure too, but I'm thinkin' those would be pretty expensive as well (I actually saw a show about how some rich guy got a doll made of him, it was pretty amusing). I know the costume tech class i'm planning on taking ends the semester by making a doll, I'd love to make a phantom plushie heart

AURGH! Now I wanna make a plushie! But, sadly, we have no cloth to do it with, and if I said I wanted to buy some, my mom would try to help me, and she does help, but she tells me things I already know! gonk (I will make one, someday...) EDIT: I'm gonna start once I can find my cloth, but he's gonna be red with a blue outfit...it's the only fabrics I've got, but I need felt! Wait...what if I get my dad to buy me fabric? He can't sew to save his life!

I'e been working on mine since january, I finally got one of my friends to agree to come over and untangle the yarn-y stuff I used for his hair, otherwise I'd still be doing that I'll try posting some pics, once I get a camera sweatdrop

There are other sites that offer the other size plushies. I know I have both the 10" and the 17". :3

Sharpened Crayon I would like to know how to make a mask. A mask for who? yourself or the plushie? If it's for the plushie then you can go with what Utakan said or make one with hard paper (like index paper), get the shape of the face, cut two holes for eyes and color it, if you want, and viola! 3nodding
