The pain would not go away and he couldn't hear Cullen. Then suddenly, the pain driftled away. His eyes went blank and he was motionless. Only the beating of his heart would tell you that he was alive. But, that only lasted a few seconds. The next, his eyes angry and he backed away quickly from Cullen.

Cullen stared, blinking out frightened tears. She looked at her friend, her best friend and only saw angry eyes staring in return. This wasn't Kiyo, something must be wrong with him. It's not the Kiyo she knew. The Kiyo she knew was kind and caring, timid but very, very sweet. Cullen had to put him right. "Kiyo?" she asked timidly, slowly getting to her feet and walking over to him. She was frightened but she had to be brave, like her mommy always told her. She had to be brave for Kiyo.

The current Kiyoshi hissed ((Do dragons hiss???)) at Cullen as she got closer. "What is she doing?!?" he thought angrly as he kept backing away. He didn't not like where he was nor did he like the dragon Teyco. He could see she was frightened and that was enough to sent a smirk to his face.

Cullen put her arms around Kiyo, tears wetting the dragons clothes. "Please, turn back to Kiyo! Please!" she cried, warm tears streaming down her face. She was scared but she had to make him go back to what he used to be, the Kiyo she knew. The Kiyo who was kind and caring, not a mean spirited person. "Please Kiyo, Please!"

Kiyoshi was about to push Cullen away when his heart hurted and he clutched it in hope of stopping the sudden pain... But it would not cease and then he lost conciousness, leaving him in total darkness and total silence.

Cullen felt Kiyo going limp in her arms and looked down at him to see he had collapsed. "Kiyo?" she asked, her voice shaky. "Kiyo!" She shook him, trying to wake him up again. "Come on Kiyo we've gotta get up, we've gotta go play! Come on Kiyo!" she shouted, her chin quivering, panicing.

Kiyoshi remained still for a few more minutes. The slowly his eyes opened. His fingers twitched and just as slowly he moved them up towards his head. "Where am I..." he whispered, barely audiable. He looked up at the little Teyco and whispered witha confused look on his face "... Cullen?"

Cullen smiled back and him whiping her eyes. "Kiyo! You're alright!" she shouted happily, hugging him. "I was really worried about you!"

Kiyoshi shook his head as he got a hug from Cullen. When he pulled back he saw her eyes were red adn puffy. Alarmed he forgot what had happened and wiped her eyes "Cullen! Are you okay??? Why are you crying???" he asked with much concern in his voice

Cullen smiled "Yeah I'm okay, I was just worried about you was all" she said, smiling weakly not completely over the shock of what had happened to her friend. "Are you alright I think is more important?"

Kiyoshi sat back relieved but then his face when pale as he remebered where he had been. Shaking his head to clear he he gave her a shakey smile and whispered as calmly as he could "I'm fine... Just a bit shaken.. That's all..."

"Are you sure?" Cullen asked, still a bit shaken herself. "Maybe we should go inside and get something to drink or something?" she suggested.

Cullen slowly got to her feet, still a little shaky and walked with Kiyo to the kitchen. "Are you sure you're alright?" she asked again.

Kiyoshi jumped at the sound of her voice but calmed down. "Umm.. yes " he paused, then said "never been better" and gave a smile as best as he could.
