Amor in the air? A walk for Yuki and Takairi

Yuki frowned slightly, his brows furrowing together as he drew closer to the feline, offering a hug, a bit hesistant to make contact still. He was always the type to allow the contact to be made, rather than forcing it. "I didn't mean for it sound like that." He shook his head as a small smile appeared on his lips. "You should know, your one of the smartest anthros I've know." He nodded as he looked down to her.

Takairi went into the offered hug without hesitation, a bush coming to the surface. Wrapping her arms around the angel, she never stopped listening to him, and blushed more when he called her smart. Looking up to him, the blush still there, she smiled. "I understand that you didn't mean for it to come out that way. Thank you for the compliment." He was completely forgiven for the unintentional slight. The idea that he viewed her as smart, even though she knew it to be truth, was a very high compliment in her book.

Yuki smiled, lightly hugging Takairi, not too close but not too far away. A blush appeared on his face by the contact as he nodded his head. "No problem." His eyes glanced away for her for a moment before catching her eyesight once again. "Shall we go outside now?" He asked, slightly motioning to break the hug, but hoping it wasn't offensive to her.

Takairi accepted the not too close hug. She wasn't far away, but perfectly close enough for her. She nearly forgot about the reason they were looking for the bottle in the first place, the hungry infant needed it. As he motioned, she pulled back from the hug, and offered her hand to him, a familiar contact that she enjoyed, and thus far had not been rejected, "I would love to go outside now. Will we pass Li? The baby sounded upset yet he hasn't come for the bottle."

Yuki accepted her hand, holding hers with his slightly larger one. "I suppose we can leave it on the counter for him to get when he comes back with the baby." The angel nodded as he looked over to the bottle before smiling to her. "Shall we?"

Takairi loved the feeling of his hand holding hers, she must think that line a thousand times, but every time it was true. Only giving the bottle one more moment of her thought process, she just hoped that Li would come before it got cool. Babies were not on her mind, far from it, and with thought on that little one's wellbeing done; it filled back to the far reaches of her mind.

"I'm sure he'll come in soon, the baby will see to that." As he spoke again, she nodded her agreement. Any verbal response was cut off before it begin because her irksome blue bangs had fallen in her eyes again, bring up her free hand, she fixed them back into place for however long they would stay this time. "I am ready." There, at least what she was going to say came out.

Yuki chuckled softly, watching the feline's attempts to fix her hair. "Mmn." The angel lead her back outside the kitchen and went out the back door to the garden. It was dimly lighted, trying not to take away the light of the moon that shone through behind the house. He stopped to look around, seeing if he saw any differences to when he had came out before. There were trails on the ground, leading to certain areas; like a koi pond, the far off river and trail that went around the house. The place was carefully landscaped but not overdone so, just as far as an amateur can do.

Gasping softly she nearly whispers purring out "Wow". The place was lovely! Her home looked nice, but it wasn't done with the love and care this place looked like to had received. The lighting wasn't needed for her, once her eyes adjusted, which didn't take long, she could see just fine, minus a lot of the color spectrum. As she looked around, her eyes tried to grasp every detail. Then looking up to Yuki she said, "This place is lovely." It reminded her alot of her home as well, the moon and the stars looked similar, but felt almost different here, must be the company, she thought enjoying herself

Yuki smiled and nodded. "I believe almost every anthro contributed to this garden, or at least tried to." He nodded as he looked over to Takairi. "Which direction should we head?" He asked her softly, even though his eyesight wasn't the best in the dark, the slightly lighted trail would help him go where ever he wanted to go.

Curious, she titled her head slightly to the side and looked to Yuki, "Did you add something to the garden?" That was something she would like to see what he added to this garden, something wonderful, she was sure. She wasn't sure where to go, where to start looking around so she asked, "Where is your favorite place here? I'd like to see it." Who better to show her more of the wonders this lovely place held, then the wonderful angel she was with?

Yuki nodded. "I did. I added a little patch of chrysanthemums." The angel looked about. "I like the pond. It's most amusing to visit a friend that lives there. I believe we'll be near my patch of flowers when we get close to the pond." The angel lead the feline on a trail to the left, passing by a few flowers and odd exotic plants.

She listened, her ear always on what he had to say. Chrysanthemums? Lovely flowers indeed, "A wonderful choice of flower, one of my personal favorites? " Was there an aquatic anthro here as well? She was very interested to see what this place looked like and to meet this friend. The patch of flowers also interested her.

She followed along, matching his pace, her nose picked up the wonderful scents wafting around from the flowers. It was a shame that winter would come and kill them off. However, with spring comes birth and renewed life.

The angel nodded. "It is one of my favorites too. I love the vibrant colors." He smiled slightly, along the way, he made a little stop to pick up a small pebble as they neared the bridge that lead over the pond. He lead her to step onto the dainty bridge and leaned over the railing to drop the pebble in.

Naiya gasped, feeling the pebble drop on her back. The koi swam away from her as she swam to the top of the pond and glanced up to the angel, not able to see him clearly. "'allo!" She greeted, happily. "Having a nice.. evening?" She asked, yawning a bit.

Safe to say that Takairi was very confused when he picked up the pebble and dropped in the water. Said confusion turned to flat out shock with a koi came up and talked. Her only outward show of how surprised she was was that she tensed up a second. Looking over the bridge, she couldn't help but smile lightly at the koi. Her free hand came up to wave; however, she felt silly unsure if it could even see her and since when did she wave? Putting her hand on the railing instead she spoke to the fish, "Hello, did we wake you up?" Her question came because she was sure it yawned.

The angel felt a bit bad for waking up the mermaid at such a late time. "I'm sorry for disturbing your sleep." He nodded. "Yes, I am having a wonderful night." He glanced over to Takairi. "Naiya, I'd like you to meet my friend Takairi; Takairi, Naiya."

Naiya let out a bubbly laugh as she shook her head. "It's fine! Don't worry about waking me up, the fishes don't seem to want me to go to sleep yet. Play, plaaay all day." She mumbled before waving one of her small hands to Takairi. "Nice to meet you!" The mermaid said as she waded in the water to stay on the surface.

Her eyes went from looking at the mermaid to looking at Yuki, she settled for her ears mainly turning and her eyes going with them. To her self, she thought about how wonderful an evening she was having as well. Smiling to the mermaid she returned the greeting, "It is very nice to meet you as well, Naiya." This was the first time she had seen a mermaid and she made her wonder what it was like to be an aquatic creature. She herself didn't hate water, per se, and she could swim, but it wasn't her favorite thing to do, still it was interesting to meet someone who lived in that world.

Naiya tilted her head. "What brings you two out here this late at night? Do I sense a little amor?" The young mermaid giggled before waving her hand off. "Never mind, I don't want to know. Night!" She giggled before disappearing under the water once agian.

Yuki blushed. WHAT?! He blinked, wondering what got into that kid's head and shook his head. He mumbled something about kids and not knowing what they're talking about.

She wasn't slow; she just didn't know French all that well. While trying to puzzle through what amour might mean. Yuki's reaction gave her enough context clues to guess at what the mermaid was talking about, and she went bright red a moment as she fought to fight down the blush, it was one thing to feel something for another, it was another entirely to have someone else notice.

It was getting later by the moment and she'd like to know where she would be resting for the night, "I am not ready for sleep quite yet; however, I was curious." Now just how to ask? Well, it wasn't like she was asking something wrong so she just came out with it, "Yuki, can I stay with you tonight or will you escort me home in a little bit?" Both options worked for her, the latter a bit more then the former because of the fact that she didn't know how comfortable she would be sleeping in a strange house with people she didn't know. If Yuki allowed her to stay in his room, even if she was just sleeping on the floor, the she'd be comfortable enough that it wouldn't matter.

Home was always comfortable to her and even though she was not worried in the least, she would gladly take a protective escort home.

The angel looked over to the feline. "Whatever is most comfortable to you, I'll be willing to do. I'm sure you can go into a guest bedroom or sleep in my room if you want? Unless you really want to return him, I am comfortable with taking you home as well." He smiled softly, guiding her across the bridge seeing that Naiya wouldn't be saying anything soon.

Takairi looked at the house, trying to decide what she wanted. To stay with Yuki, of course. "I would love to stay here, and explore more in the morning." Who knew if Rin had burnt down the palace or what trouble was going on at home, right now all that mattered was where she was and who she was with. "I'd like to stay in your room, I don't know this place well enough to be able to sleep easy completely alone in an unfamiliar room." Honestly, she knew for a fact sleep would be hard to have somewhere she was not sure of.

What harm could come to anyone under that roof? In any case, it just wouldn't sit well with her otherwise.

Yuki smile and nodded. "Alright. I'll take the floor and you can take my bed?" He said, while continuing walking towards his patch of flowers, knowing that Takairi had wanted to see them. The angel stopped at a patch of chrysanthemums, at least, thinking they were his. He could barely tell in the dark. "I believe this is my little addition to the garden." He smiled slightly.

Takairi frowned; she didn't want to oust him from his own bed. "You don't have to sleep on the floor. I don't want you to be uncomfortable because of me." She felt bad about it and would just as well suggest he sleep with her. Sure, she moved around but it wasn't too bad. He hadn't said anything about her kicking him or anything last time the slept on the same surface together.

It was not that hard to pick out the flower, the color was another thing all together. Sniffing, she took in the scent that distinguished the flower from another. Next to the smell of sweet pea and violets, it was her favorite. "They smell wonderful." Smiling, she just took in the scent.

Yuki blushed at the thought of sleeping next to Takairi. ".. If you are alright with it." The angel said, watching as sniffed. He nodded. "They do. I am happy that you are enjoying them." His wings twitched behind him as they stood there for a while.

Her attention was pulled away from the flowers as she looked back to Yuki, smiling at him she told him, "It is, I trust you." With a blush growing brighter she adds almost sheepishly, "I would warn you that I move in my sleep, but you already know that." Turning her attention back to the flowers a moment, she remarks, "You made such a great choice with these flowers. I can see well in the dark, but color and night vision don't work together very well. I'll bet they are as prettily colored as they are lovely to smell." Her eyes went up to the stars; everything about the night was beautiful.

Yuki smiled slightly. "Okay." He paused. "Oh, yes, I do know what." He chuckled softly. "Thank you. We might need to revisit them in the morning." He nodded, before looking up to the stars at well.

Smiling to him, she was glad he agreed to share his bed with her. She was content, happy that she would get one more night of sleeping near Yuki. Being near him had a soothing affect, she felt like nothing in the world could harm her when she was with him. Her loneliness was cured by the blue haired angel. Knowing that someone else cared for her eased her down to her very soul. "I'd like that." She remarked about seeing the flowers in the morning.

The stars twinkled above, and she thought for a moment about the view they must enjoy. Raising up her free hand, she muffled a small yawn.

The angel nodded before looking over to Takairi. "Do you wish to go back into the house now?" He angel asked softly. "We can always come back tomorrow." He smiled softly.

His soft voice drew her eye back to him, and she nodded, "Yes, I do want to go back inside." She brought a hand to rub her eye lightly, too tired to want to stay outside much longer. Then she agreed, "Yes, tomorrow, I look forward to seeing it in the day light." After rest, she was sure the garden would look even better.

Yuki smiled and nodded. "Alright." He lead her away from the flowers, back towards the house. They walked over the bridge once again, hearing a loup 'PLOP!' as they passed. "Hopefully we will catch the sunrise?" He said, but seeing how late it was, he doubted it.

She walked beside Yuki, her eyes looking around a bit. She missed seeing what caused the 'plop' sound, her ear flicked to it as it was made but she didn't try to see the ripples created. She was sure the little mermaid had created the sound. The sunrise, she had not seen that in a long time. "My secret place in the tree that I showed you when we first met, was where I used to go sometimes to watch the sunrise and even set. However, I haven't seen it in a while. If we don't see it this morning, there is always next." As she walked, she reflected on the tree, and forgave whatever had caused her to drop her book that day, for it changed her life by helping her find a friend, and more.

The angel looked over to Taikairi. "Mmn. Maybe we should go watch on from there again." He nodded. "It would be nice to watch from the very top." Yuki stopped at the door, opening it for Takairi to enter before he entered.

Takairi agreed and told him, "The view is wonderful from there. It will be nice to see it from there with you." It was always nice to watch the sunrise, but she was always alone. She was sure it would be better watching it with someone else.

As the door opened, her ears flattened against her skull and she blinked rapidly. Her eyes were so used to the lack of light that the inside hurt. Shaking her head, she recovered soon and walked inside, acting like it hadn't happened.

The angel smiled and nodded. "It would be nice." As soon as he entered, his eyes squinted, not used to the light but slowly adjusted. He shut the door behind him, locking it, in case any strangers entered during the night. He took the lead again and lead her to the staircase.

She heard the door lock, strangely that was something she had never done before at the palace. Perhaps she should pick up the good idea; she didn't want the home she claimed to be robbed or anything. Following where Yuki lead, she kept perfect pace and observed what was on either side of them as they walked.

Yuki continued, he began walking up the stairs, quietly, knowing there was other sleeping most likely. He looked about, wondering if there was anyone drifting around.

Takairi remained silent; it was late and like wise assumed people are sleeping. Looking around further, she her ear flicked around, both her sense were searching for the presents of others. A mean as it might sound she hoped no one else would be about, she wanted sleep.

The angel lead the feline around a corner to another staircase, seeing he lived on the top floor. He slowly ascended the stairs, not finding any words to say to the beautiful feline that would be in bed with him tonight. His cheeks were set aflame once again, though he tried hiding by diverting his gaze or turning his face.

Takairi looked at the staircase before they went up it. It made sense to her that the wonderful angel would live on a high level of the house. She didn't mind the walk in silence; the silence wasn't awkward to her or uncomfortable. Having been looking the opposite away, she only briefly saw something out of the corner of her eye. She turned to see if she was seeing what she thought she had, but he had turned the other way. Her mind went back to wondering how far his room was. The walk did not bother her, she was just sleepy. She almost wanted to ask, but did not want it to sound too much like she was lazy.

Yuki smiled slightly, looking over to Takairi. "Sorry. When I chose my room, it was when I liked solitude and peace." The upstairs was pretty empty. All the rooms that weren't occupied with anthros, had their doors open to reveal the bare single beded rooms.

Takairi looked back to Yuki when he spoke. It made perfect sense and she responded back, "This looks like the perfect place for solitude. I'd imagine if there is drama downstairs; it isn't likely to find its way up here." She looked into one of the empty rooms as they passed. Now that she knew what one looked like, she'd be able to pick out the personal touches in his own. She wondered about the other anthros that might live up here as well.

Yuki nodded. "It usually doesn't follow it's way up here." The angel stopped at the very last door and jingled it open before entering. His room was rather plain, painted with crystal blue hues and white. To the right was his bed with a simple baby blue sheets and two pillows. His walls were air brushed to look like clouds and on the left, was a mural done of a landscape with purple-esque mountains off to the distance with a sunset. Underneat a mural was a rug and a tray for incense to burn. Off to a corner was a small wooden desk with a wooden chair drawn up under the table. Parchment paper and writing utensils were set on his desk neatly.

"That's good to hear," She said about the drama normally not finding its way to bother Yuki. At the door she awaited it to be opened, her imagination nothing compared to the sight before her when the door opened. She looked around the room, taking in all the wonderful details. "Your room is very nice. You have a great taste for colors." She complimented as she looked over it again to make sure she didn't miss anything.

The room fit the occupant, she could easily see that. Her eyes then fell on the bed, it looked comfortable. There was such beauty in simplicity, she thought before how tired she was feeling caught up with her again and she rose her free hand to try and muffle another sleepy yawn.

Yuki smiled slightly and blushed. "Thank you. If you wish, you may borrow my clothing for bed?" He asked. "There is clothing in my bottom drawer you can borrow. I will be back." The angel went out of the room to find another blanket for the bed, just in case it was needed.

As Yuki left, she went looking through the bottom drawer. Selecting a long shirt and comfy looking bottoms, she walked the wall with the door and quickly changed into the clothing. Comfortable in what she was wearing, she walked over to Yuki's bed. Sitting down she works her fingers through her hair as she waits for the angel to return so that she could comfortably go to sleep. It was strange wearing someone else's clothing but she didn't mind.

Yuki came back into the room, with a comforter in his arms. He placed it next to Takairi as he smiled slightly to her. "I got to go get changed myself." He said as he moved to go get button up shirt and pajama pants, first taking off his cape, and laying it over the back of his wooden chair and walking out to change in the restroom right next to his room.

She smiled at him as he came in and patiently waited when he left. While she was there waiting, she got up and fixed the comforter to cover the whole bed. It was funny to her to think of making a bed before getting in it, but that way it was convenient to either use the comforter or toss it t the side without much fuss. Sitting back on the bed, she looked the mural on the wall, just observing the detail further.

Yuki reentered his room with his clothes folded in his arms and setted it in the hamper for his dirty clothes. He looked back to Takairi, feeling a bit smaller, but his broad shoulders was still apparent in his button up shirt. His skyblue hair was tied at the nape of his neck. The angel moved over to the bed, sitting on it.

Takairi smiled to Yuki when he returned in instant greeting. Its easy to understand why the shirt she borrowed fit the way it did, his wonderfully board shoulders were not because of the clothing he was wearing. It was different seeing his hair tied back, not bad, just different. She made the observation quick so it would hopefully not look like she was observing him. The clothing she borrowed was of course not her size, but the difference was comfortable to her and she didn’t feel it made her look any bigger; perhaps it even made her look smaller? She really wasn’t thinking of her own looks at the moment but made mental note to check it out in the morning.

Reaching behind her she gathered her thick hair and twisted it before throwing over her shoulder to stay put. Wearing her warm smile, she says once again, "Thank you, for everything, Yuki." She really was grateful for all he had done for her that he didn't have to. "Ready for sleep?" She asks because she did want to go to sleep but if he wanted to talk, she was willing to stay up and listen.

Yuki nodded. "I am ready if you are, you seemed tired when you got up here and I do not want to hold you back from you sleep. He stood back up, realizing he would need to to draw back the covers to get underneath them. "It's no problem, I'm glad to offer what I can." He nodded.

Takairi got up as well and snuggled her way under the covers. She was careful not to take up too much room, at least first. Yawning again, she was too sleepy to remark to night, though she did give him a sleepy smile in response to what he said before drifting off to sleep.

Already, she was sure she would wake up cuddled next to him like she had the last time. It was such a pleasant way to wake up.

Waking up with Takairi and Yuki

It was not long after Takairi had fallen asleep that she shifted in her sleep. It was not until she cuddled up to next to Yuki that she stopped moving. a soft smile appeared on her lips.

She had slept well and was very slowly started to wake up.

Yuki had shifted in his sleep as well, the angel had moved onto his side, his arm laying over Takairi's waist. The angel didn't seem to be waking up soon. His wings were behind him, haphazardly laying on the bed or pressed up against the wall.

Takairi nuzzled slightly into Yuki and her eyes started to open. When she was awake enough to be aware of what was going, she started to blush hard. However, she was not about to wake him up. Closing her eyes, she pretended to still be asleep for as long as possible.

Yuki slowly awakened from his sleep. His crimson eyes revealing themselves as cloudy before the hand that was over Takairi's waist was drawn up to rub his eyes. His brain just clicked, realizing where his arm had just been resting and blushed. His eyes looked over the form of the feline before focusing his gaze elsewhere, moving over to rest on his back, to stare up at the ceiling, not wanting to wake up the feline from her rest.

Yuki turned his head to look over to the feline with a faint smile on his lips. "Good morning to you too." He said in a raspy-like voice, seeing he just woke up. He cleared his throat some, sitting up, and pulling the hair tie from his hair and ran a hand through it to untangle any tangles. His eyes followed hers, to the window across the bed that faced west.

Looking at the window, she guessed that it was still early morning. Not moving from her seat on Yuki's bed, her fingers nimbly went through her own hair. When she was satisfied that any tangles in her long wavy hair, she stretched a bit, her back arching as she did so. Now that she was fully awake she turned to look at Yuki and asked, "Did you sleep well?" Her stomach reminded her that it was time to eat, but she ignored it for the time being.

Yuki looked over to her, smiled and nodded. "Yes, I did. Did you sleep well?" He asked, watching her, but looked away one in a while to make it seem like he wasn't staring at her.

Takairi nodded, looking at him with a smile, "Thats good, I also slept well." The more she thought about, the more she had to hold back a blush, because the truth was she had not slept that well in a long time, the only other time she had slept very well was the other night when she was sleeping near Yuki in the forest. Of course, it didn't help her effort to hold back the blush when it seemed every time she started to look at Yuki, he was either looking at her or had just looked away. Finally she gave in and started blushing, looking away to try to hide it.

Her tail tip swayed a bit next to her legs as she told herself to get up and get moving. Finally she stood up and looked to where she laid her clothes when she changed the night before. She also knew that she hadn't taken a shower last night and felt she needed to make up for it. Turning to look at Yuki she asks, "Is it alright if I use the shower?" Already, she felt a little bit nervous of using the shower in an unknown home, but all bathrooms had locks, she hoped and that made her feel better. Despite her choice of clothing, the panther was a bit self conscious and certainly didn't want to risk someone seeing her while without them on.

The angel just smiled, still looking away with a faint blush on his pale cheeks. "That's good you did." He looked back over to her, and nodded. "Of course it is." The angel pulled back the sheets so he can move off the bed. "I'll go show you to the nearest bathroom." He said.

She went over to where she left her clothing and leaned down to pick the articles up. Turning to Yuki, the folded clothing in her arms she responds, "Thank you." Then she waits not wanting to rush him at all. For the past two days she had been in his almost constant company and wasn't anxious to leave his company.

Yuki went into his drawer, getting some clothing of his own to change into as Takairi looked for her own. He looked over to her and smiled. "No problem." The angel opened his door and exited, waiting for Takairi before leading her to a bathroom halfway down a hallway.

She followed Yuki out of the his room and stood beside him, very tempted to reach for his hand. A bathroom had to be on this hall, so she resisted for now.

Yuki opened the door, revealing a sea-themed bathroom. The soaps gave it a seabreeze like scent but the theme of the sea didn't seem overly-tacky like most bathrooms do. "There's towels under the sink, feel free to use any soaps in there. Most are unused." He nodded. "I'll be down the hall in another bathroom."

Takairi nodded, "Alright." Smiling, she turned and walked into the bathroom, turning around and shutting the door. After she locked, it wasn't Yuki she was trying to keep out; it was any other unknown anthro that might think the bathroom was empty.

Placing her clothing on the toilet set, lid already down, she stripped out of what she had borrowed for night wear. A slight giggle found its way out when she imagined what anyone else would think if they saw her in Yuki's clothing. After she was naked, she folded them up carefully and put them to the side. Pulling out two towels and a wash cloth, she placed the towels on the top of the toilet and stepped into the shower with the wash cloth in her hand. Closing the certain, she proceeded to take a hot, but short seven minute shower, well short for her any way.

Stepping out of the steamy shower, she dried her body mostly off before wrapping the towel around her small frame. Towel drying her hair with the other towel as best as she possibly could, she then got dressed again. The towel that was around her body was then used to clean away most of the cloudiness from the mirror so that she could make sure she looked decent. Satisfied that she looked okay, and that her hair was not sticking up in any sort of odd fashion, she was almost ready to leave the bathroom.

Folding up the towels and placing the clothing Yuki allowed her to wear on top, and carring them out with her, she left the bathroom and looked around, hoping she hadn't made Yuki wait too long for her to finish up.

Yuki settled himself in the bathroom down the hall, gathering his stuff and placed it on the counter. He took a decently quick warm shower, he redressed in his new clothes and folded his dirty. He dried his shoulder length hair with a towel, and when he was finished, he combed his hair letting it fall behind his back, somewhat wet and wavy.

He exited the bathroom, his dirty clothes and towel in hand and walked down the hall to the bathroom Takairi had used, waiting only a moment seeing her emerge once again.

She saw Yuki as she left the bathroom and had no idea how long he had been there, so she apologized just in case, "Sorry if I kept you waiting for long. What do I do with these?" When she asked her question she moved her hand that was holding the towels and clothing.

Yuki just smiled. "I wouldn't have mind waiting." The angel dropped his clothes into the hamper and placed his towel elsewhere to use next time. He peered out the window, and decided it was still early out. "What would you like to do right now?" He asked, quite curious. "Some breakfast?" He suggested.

Takairi heard him say he wouldn't mind waiting but she still didn't like the idea of making him wait on her. Seeing him put the cloths in the hamper and the towels in another spot, she was left unsure what to do with what she had. Would she stay there again? Sure, she would not mind going to sleep every night beside Yuki, the thought bring a blush to her cheeks. However, it sounded almost too depended on him and she felt that he also needed his own time as well.

It took her a good long couple of minutes before coming up with any sort of answer to her own question. Placing her clothing in the hamper, she placed the towels on the floor beside the hamper. If she ended up staying, then they would be there to use again, if not then they were neatly folded beside the hamper, the used side folded in.

When he mentioned breakfast, she stopped going over her decision, wondering it was right or not and turned to face him. Nodding she placed her hand on her flat stomach in emphases as she said, "Breakfast sounds wonderful, I am rather hungry."

The angel watched as the feline stood by the hamper. What could she be thinking? He blinked, about ready to ask her but she came to ask his previous question. He nodded. "Alright. It does sound good right now." He chuckled slightly before moving out of his room again, waiting for Takairi.

She follows the angel out of his room it the hall. Holding her hand away from her side, but still low, she reached for his hand. However, she still left it to be his choice to hold her hand or not. "Do you think anyone would be awake and about?" She didn't know anyone's schedule and was unsure if she would see more people at this time or even less.

Yuki looked back, to see her hand was extended. He smiled lightly, reaching her hand into his, holding it loosely. "It's always possible, but many like to sleep in." He nodded, oblivious to what happened the previous night. He decended the stairs, his hand linked with Takairi's.

She returned the smile when he held her hand. "Ah" she said in response to what he had said. Truth be told, she wasn't normally an early riser herself, then again she normally didn't sleep as well as she had the past two nights. Descending the steps, staying right next to Yuki, "If Mimi is still asleep, I don't mind making us breakfast." With that offer made, she looked forward, every once in a while turning her head to look at Yuki, before turning right back again trying not to get caught.

The angel nodded. "Alright. That sounds good to me. I would love to eat some of your cooking again." He nodded, with a smile. He made the turn for the other set of stairs, descending them as well.

She blushed when he told her he loved her cooking. She didn't feel her skill was all that great; however if he liked it then she wouldn't doubt it. "Thank you, I am glad you like it." So long as she liked what she made, and he did, it really didn't matter that Rin loved to insult it.

Yuki nodded. "No problem." He said as he stepped down on the last step and made his way into the kitchen. He found Li at the counter, half-asleep with a cup of coffee on the table near him.

Takairi was surprised to see Li in the kitchen as well. He looked half asleep and she wondered if the baby had given him a long night. In an effort to be helpful to the man she says, "Good morning, Li, I was going to make breakfast for Yuki and my self. Can I get you anything while I am at it?" She would wait to hear what he had to say before asking Yuki what he wanted. It would help her to prepare if she knew how many she was cooking for.

Yuki looked up to see Li in the kitchen as well. "Good morning, Li." He greeted. The angel looked over to Takairi, hearing her kind offer to Li. He looked back to Li.

Li shook his head. "No, no. I'm --" He yawned. "I'm fine. I'll be heading back to my room." He jumped off his chair, with his coffee at hand. "Mrr.. By the way, --morning." He replied back before disappearing out a door.

Takairi watched the male leave, calling out to him, "Oh, okay bye, Li." She could do nothing if he didn't want to eat, beside sleep looked like it would do him good. Looking back to Yuki, she asks with a smile, "What would you like for breakfast?" She jumps into the air a few inches at the sudden sound of the door being practly bashed in. Tensed up, her tail fluffed to twice it size, she looks to Yuki for a clue on what to do. Would someone else answer the door or would they?

Li growls with ANGER. CAN A GUY GET SOME SLEEP?! His eye twitched angrily as he opened the door to his house, letting the couple dine happily. "WHAAT?!" He yelled out as he answered the door. His emerald green eyes looked to the form of an angry lust. "Who the f*ck caused trouble this time?" At least Lust didn't seem mopey the last time he saw him with Lee.

The angel looked to Takairi, trying to ignore the yelling now caused by Li. Poor guy. He smiled slightly. "Erm, cook whatever you can? But if your really want to know, is pancakes okay?" He asked.

Her ears twitched at the sound of yelling. It sounded like Li had it under control, though she felt bad for the male. She looked to Yuki when he made his request, smiling she said, using her free hand to make a thumbs up gesture, "Pancakes coming right up." Now she let go of his hand, pulling away as she made her way to the cooking side of the kitchen.

She hunted for the bowls and utensils she would need, for get box batter, she knew how to make it from scratch and that was just what she'd do, besides the mess was kind of fun.

When she had all the bowls, spoons, measuring cups and various other no edible items together, she started to get that playfulness about her again, cooking was fun when you make it fun. She walked lightly dancing about as she gathered each ingredient she need, wet in one bowl and measured out dry in another. With the egg shells, she gave a full twirl as she threw them away, washing her hands thoroughly after handling the shells. After she learned how eggs were made, she had been extra careful with how she handled even the shells.

She managed to get flower on her face when she opened the bag wrong. Blinking and laughing at her self she turn to Yuki a moment, saying with a laugh, "A good amateur cook always seem to end up wearing most of what they make." Really, she goofed and tried to pass if off as if normal.

Back to her cooking, it didn't take long to get the batter ready. Washing her hands again, and cleaning off her face, leaving a smudge on her nose, she took the syrup from the fridge and puts it in front of Yuki along with the butter.

Cleaning off the counter, she piled dishes in the sink to soak as she went to actually cooking the pancake. Really having fun now, she managed to even flip it right in to the air and catch it. Giggling at her success, she get a bit serious and puts the hot pancakes on the first plate, asking, "How many would you like?" She turned then too looks at him and waits for his answer.

The angel watched the feline with amusement. He would, of course, help her if she didn't know where certain utensils where. When the feline opened the flour bag, he bursted out laughing. "Mmn. Apparently." He chuckled, still watching her wash herself off. He would tell her off the spot she missed later when she was closer. He took a seat on the other side of the counter. "3-4 sounds good." He nodded.

She smiled to herself, if she could laugh at herself, and amuse him at the same time, and then there was nothing to be embarrassed about. She listened to what he requested and put four pancakes on his plate and three on hers. Placing the plate with four in front of him and the plate with three in front of the seat next to him, she walks lightly, still with that bit of a dance in her step as she gathers a fork and a butter knife for the both of them and two sheets of paper towel. Placing a fork and butter knife on one sheet of paper towel by her plate, no real order to it, she does the same next to his plate.

Staying standing next to him she asks, her head tilted to the side, "What can I get you to drink?"

Yuki smiled. "Let me take care of that." His hand reached out for her face. "May I?" He asked. "There's a little smudge on your face." He chuckled softly, backing out of his chair. "It looks delicious by the way and it was quite amusing to watch too." He grinned.

She blinked when he reached out for her face, only one conclusion hit her brain, there was flour left on her face. Blushing lightly, she nodded, "You may, and thanks for taking care of it." She was amusing to watch? The dancing around must have done it. Laughing softly she says, "Thanks. I have fun; I almost don't even realize what I am doing. It if was as amusing to watch me as it was to actually cook, then I have done a very good job." It was a great compliment, to know that she was amusing to watch, that her having fun was fun for spectators too. After all, cooking shouldn't just be for the palate.

Drake, Isis and Ra meet Dansu at the door.

DJ: Dansu walked on a vacant couch. It had been awhile since she came here, she wondered if anything happened while she was gone. She yawned lazily watching the door to see if someone would enter.

Ru: Drake approached the tower and came in, his kids in his arms. He was dealing with Isis being squirmy and even though Ra was just sitting in his arms, Isis was causing enough trouble alone that he almost needed both of his arm. The poor guy was in over his head trying to take care of two of his three children at once.

DJ: Dansu rised to her feet, feeling tired of waiting. She giggled a bit, to think how impatient she was. As she eushed quicker, she reached the tower entrance, and opening the door she saw a naga. "Woah!" she exclaimed as she jumped back. "Hello!" she said trying to not show how suprised she was.

Ru: Drake blinked as the young woman jumped back in apperent suprise. He smiled to her and spoke, "I am sorry if I startled you, miss." He wanted to get inside so that he could put his children down but he wasn't going to be rude and push past her.

Isis struggled in her father's arms, startting to get fussy. With the sudden noise made by the surpised female, she hushed a moment before starting to cry.

Ra's responce to his sister's actions was to start to shake his tail in warning.

DJ: Dansu shook her head. "Nothing is wrong, I was just startled," she said. She looked at the female baby and leaned over a bit before petting the child's head. "Did I scare the adorwable baby?" she said in a childish voice as the didn't notice Ra shake his tail.
Dansu sraightened her back looking back at Drake and said, "Are these two your children? They're just too cute!"

Ru: Isis's crying calmed down to just a frown as she was talked to and patted. With her head tilted to the side, she looked a the woman tiring to figure out what she should think about her.

Ra calmed himself down, due mainly to he father's doing. So long as his sister wasn't hurt, he would remain placid.

Drake was relived that the woman was okay. "I didn't mean to startle you, I am sorry." Smiling with pride he looked to his children and told her, "Yes, they are. My daughter's name is Isis and my son's name is Ra. I have another child, Set, but he is with their mother." He was so proud of his children, he loved them and his mate very much. The was the only time the normally humble naga would allow himself to feel pride.

He caught himself before loosing manners over pride and asked the question "What is your name, miss? I am Drake." He hoped she wouldn't have caught the slip.

DJ: "It was that obvious that I was startled?" she asked as her tail curled around her. I'm so predictable! she thought before setting her attention back on Drake. "It must be wonderful to have children. Children are cute, but I'm afraid to have them with my love." She didn't mention the phoenix/fox hybrid's name, she thought it would confuse the snake.
"My name is Dansu, it's a great pleasure to meet you Drake," she said smiling a bit and making a quick bow. She didn't notice his proudness showing, she too would be.

Ru: Isis was now facinated, this female's tail didn't make noise! Why didn't it make noise? Her head tilted to the side her little mind worked on that puzzle.

Ra looked to his sister then his father before looking back to this person talking to them. He did not utter a sound.

Drake remarked qucikly, seeing as she seemed displeased about it. "It was not obvious, miss Dansu, the only clue was you moved back." Nodding his head he told her, "Children are a lot of work and responciblity. Although they are very well worth it, if your worried then remember one thing, its never too late to have to rush it. You have all the time in the world." He was unable to use his hands as he might have otherwise done when talking, but that was fine the load he carried was not a burden.

"It is a pleasure to meet you as well, miss Dansu." He bowed his head lightly, all he was able to do.

DJ: Dansu giggled. "I guess, I do get startled rather easy." She looked at the two babies and smiled warmly. "Yes, waiting would be the best I think, I need to first for the responsibility I need."
Dansu opened the door saying, "Maybe you should go in, Isis and Ra must be hard to carry without putting down." She hoped to be polite, and the snake did look like it was hard to carry

Rin finds a new friend and explores with Belarion

Belarion stood in the shop, near a mirror, studying himself, looking a little puzzled but fascinated. "Why did... Papa Pride.... glare at me so...?"

Rin passes by Belarion as she walks around the tower. Seldom had she seen such a handsome anthro, but why was he staring at himself? She remembered when she acted like that but it wasn't her she was looking at. So who was he looking out. "Is something the matter?" Sure she heard him, but that would be eavesdropping.

Belarion turns, startled, and stares, then smiles. "I... um... recently grew... and... um... My father, one of them, Pride... when he saw me... Oh he looked at me so odd, and muttered something, then stormed off. I'm trying to figure out why." His eyes were filled with innocence.

She smiled back and listened to his tell. Pride? She wondered if the man named was just named that or if his name was descriptive. Since she didn’t know the male personally, she left him alone. Instead she gave the male she was talking to a once over and told him, "I don’t know why he would act like that, but I can tell you I see anything wrong. Unless, being handsome is a crime." Her, complimenting people, it was far too long since she had done that and she hoped it didn‘t come out wrong.

Belarion blinked, startled, then his eyes widened. "That... may be it. Not a crime, per say... Dad Dorayno was saying I was better looking then Poppa Pride... No wonder... Pride couldn't STAND it if his own son out did him... Its a blow to his very nature."

She was pleased to hear the response. Not that his father was jealous of his own son, but that she was correct. Frowning slightly, she remarked with her ears twitching, "Perhaps he'll learn to be proud he had such a handsome child. If not, the it is his loss." This consoling thing was very new to her.

Belarion shrugs. "I don't know... I just... its weird, I'm used to him telling me I'm not good enough. So its weird, realizing I'm... good looking?"

She felt bad for the male and spoke what she hoped might be comforting, "Perhaps he was in denial. I was always told I was not good enough by everyone I knew. I know they were wrong, now." With a smile she adds, "Just don't take your self too seriously, people around her can be cruel if you do that." Granted she was acting back then, but it doesn't take away the reactions she received.

Belarion smiled slightly. "Thank you... I just was confused. I'm used to Papa. They made sure I knew not to hear his words on that before they let me meet him."

His smile really made him look even better. She felt a little silly, she thinking about how hott and nice he was, but she hadn't even asked his name. "You have a wonderful smile." This complimenting thing was getting a whole lot easier and more natural. "Thats great that you were looked after like that." Finally, she brought our her question, "I don't have very many friends, I hope I can count you as one of them."Honestly, she was half expecting him to laugh at her, everyone else she had asked that to all her life had but she didn't think it was something he would do.

Belarion blushed at her comments, unsure what to make of this. "Yeah Dad was worried, and everyone in my family group kept Papa from me til I was ready." He blinks at her second comment. "Sure but... I don't even know your name, nor do you know mine... I'm Belarion by the way."

She got him to blush! It was cute, but it wasn't her intentions to flirt so she stepped back a bit, at least for right now if it proved she had a chance and they were compatible, then she would start really trying to flirt. That whole acting like a tramp thing was part of who she was made to be and she refused to go back to acting like that.

Smiling to Belarion she says, "It sounds like your whole family was supportive and wise. My name is Rin, it is great to meet you and I am very glad you will be my friend, Belarion."

Bel smiles and offers her his hand. "Its a pleasure, Rin. You can call me Bel, most people do. Its much easier then the mouthful Dad and Salgiel blessed me with."

Rin put out her hand to his offered hand, smiling as she said, "Bel, yeah its a lot easier to say. At least its assured your name will always be unque." Koga was right, just being herself gained her a friend. He was great company thus far, what she had been searching for was great company. Yes, this kitty was very happy for once.

Bel smiled. "Well thats true enough, it IS unique." He shakes her hand, then tilts his head. "What kind of stuff do you like to do?"

It had been a long time since her hand was shaken, and she returned the hand shake, her grip was firm but not close to being too firm. What does she like to do? Well she answers that the best she can, "Besides messing with Takairi, I really like to explore. The area around here is lovely, the water is expecally nice to be around. What about you, what do you do for fun?" Takairi left, she assumed she left to be with Yuki the male that would be Takairi's mate if the panther was smart. Because of the lack of the panther, half her fun was taken away. Though now she felt no need to be mean, just teasing.

He smiles softly, listening. "Takairi? Who is that?" He sounds curious as he looks at her. "Yeah the water is nice, don't go in it much. Wet feathers are a PAIN. I enjoy hanging out with others though. Morgath is fun!"

She thought about the panther a moment before telling him, "She is a black panther anthro that let me live with her. Right now I think she is with her friend probably mate. We fight like sisters a lot." As she listens to what he says, she could understand its possble problems. "Try sun bathing, it helps things dry faster. Oh, its great you have fun people to hang out with." Besides Takairi and Drake, she didn't know fun company.

Bel finds a seat, and takes it, gesturing for her to sit as well. He considers her comment. "Hmm well I hope she is happy with her friend or mate, whomever that is." He shifts in his seat. "Sunbathing helps, but it still takes a while with thick feathers. At the least the other wings are leathery and dry fast."

She walked over and sat next to Bel, sitting two closed hand spans from him at a comfortably, friendly feeling distance. "His name is Yuki, a really nice angel."

Looking at his feathers, she could just imagine the time it would take, "I can just imagine, I am lucky with just fur, its easy to groom. Do you have a favorite place here?" Granted, she said hers, it was interesting to hear his.

Bel blinked, a little surprised at her action, but shifts, turning to face her. "Hmmm well thats nice, I would hope he's a nice person."
He tilts his head, then shrugs. "I like exploring, its rather fun. I have yet to run out of new rooms to explore."

She nodded, Yuki was the first to be nice to her, and that was back when she was behaving rotten. "I was a little surprised because of what I knew of her, I had always heard that opposites attract, but I am happy for her." She always imagined some bad boy, probably another panther or arboreal anthro to come in and take that panther right off her feet. Or maybe she was getting one of her book characters confused. Shaking her head, she let the irrelevant thoughts go and focused on her friend.

"Oh, you explore in here? I actually never considered looking around in the inside the tower itself." That was a new idea, it sounded like fun. "Have you found any really good rooms?" Best to know where to start, and how better then to ask one that already looked?

Bel tilts his head, listening and thinking about that. "Hmmm well I've heard that too, but who knows?" And then he looked eager at the discussion of the tower. "Oh yea, this place is great. It's got all kinds of things. Theres an arcade, and a bar, and... well almost anything people could want..."

She smiled, pleased that she reached on a topic that her firend liked. Her ears were fully on him in attention as she listened to him list of places "Oh wow! I didn't have a clue all that was in here. Would you show me a few places? I'd love to see the arcade." Maybe there was a land of chocolate? She didn't want to ask in case it sounded like she was thinking he was making all of it up.

He smiles. "Sure, come on! Morgath showed me, he said a bunny man showed him!" He stands, and looks around, orienting, then points and heads off, assuming she would follow.

Rin got up and happily followed Bel, only a few paces behind until she started moving a bit faster and to the right a little so that she could get to the point that she was almost walking at his side. When he said bunny man she wondered if it was Usagi or his attractive brother.

He led her to the room, and inside, with a happy smile. The bright lights and all amused him highly, he still was something of a kid at heart. "Here we are!"

Rin stood, her eyes taking all the bright lights and sounds. Smiling, it was still hard to believe she was in an actual arcade! With a slight grin, she looked to Bel and asked, "Wanna race?" She waved over to the two player racing games.

Bel blinked, confused, at that. "I... um... never played one of those. I tried the dancing machine, Morgath said he liked it, the bunny man had shown it to him." Morgath had barely hidden that he thought the bunny man was HOT.

She looked to Bel, deciding that she'd have to go easy on him. "I don't know the dancing game, but racing I find amusing, and the traditional arcade games. If you want, I can show you the basics of the racing games." They were fun, but she wasn't going to try and make him do it if he wasn't interested.

"Sure, that sounds good, I just never played it. So I might be bad at it!" He laughed, and goes to one, curiously.

Smiling she says, "Bad or good, I think you'll have fun with it." As she walked over to one of the cars for the racing game, she hopped into the seat with grace. All those years of being something she wasn't weren't shaking off too well, but she would live with that. This would be fun, she was sure of it.

Bel took a seat in the other one, and looked at her. "So how does it go?"

Rin pulled her long skirt up to just above her knees, holding the excess fabric to the side opposite of Bel so that her feet could be clearly seen. "Here are the controls. This petal is the gas" Her left foot tapped the gas petal. "Here is the break." Her same left foot then tapped the break petal to the right of the gas. "The gas makes your car go faster, but push on it too hard and its even easier to lose control of the care. Best advice for the petals is to break when you go into a turn and hit the gas when you go out."

Letting go of her skirt, the fabric slid slowly back down her legs. Her mind wasn't on what her skirt was doing, she was already starting to instruct again. "The wheel tells the car what to do. Gentle movements, unless your out of control, is the best. The whole object is to reach the finish line before everyone else. You can crash other cars to make them have to stop and regenerate, or simply cut them off as you speed past." The game they had here lacked the complicated shifting issues for which she was glad.

"You also pick your car using the wheel and the gas peddle to confirm your choice. You'll probably have to try out different cars and tracks before find what works best." It took her a while, but it didn't help that she crashed for ever until she finally got good enough to win without going up in flames.

Bel watches her, and listens to all of this now, focusing on what she showed him, then tilts his head and considers then nods. "K... lets try it!"

She smiled and nodded warning him, "I am captive, but I'll give you pointers as I see them." Shifting slightly in her seat to get comfortable, she hits the start button and picks out her car and hitting the gas peddle. Now she waited pleasantly surprised that the seats vibrated. Oh, this was going to be fun when crashes happened!

Bel nods, and shifts a bit, then worked out what car he liked, and picked it. He was startled by the vibration but accepted it, and hit start.

Rin watched the countdown on the screen, her foot resting against the gas peddle as the number got closer to Zero. When the green light was shown, she laid her foot down and smiled as her car zoomed off. She was a speed queen, loving fastness with most passion, racing being one of her passions.

Bel blinks then HITS the pedal when it hits GO, startled. He clearly wasn't steady on the wheel but he was trying!

Rin watches his car's movements from her screen while she struggled herself to get to the head of the pack. "Your doing great for your first time. Remember, some times steadyness is better the speed." Praise and redirect, a learning method she had picked up long ago. She hoped it would be useful.

Bel nods and tries to slow down, and move straighter, then looses control and his car slams into another, not hers, with a BOOm.

Rin got distracted by the boom, amused greatly by the show of fire, that she gets rearended by another car and spins out of control on vertual gravel. She laughs and says, "Wee!" This was what
she loved, the action!

Bel laughs a bit. "That was fun, if a bit insane. Wanna try again?" He looked a bit eager.

Rin smiled and nodded, "Glad your having fun." Nodding her head, she hits the start button and begains to pick a new car then hit the gas peddle. Now she waited on him.

Bel nods and gets the same one, wanting to get used this and waits.

Yuki nodded. "I know.. I bet he's tired after doing all of this." The angel cringed as he stepped into the room, his feet making a crushing sound as he stepped into the sand. ".. It really feels like the beach." gonk He felt the need to shed off a layer from the very warm room.

Takairi looked at Yuki when he spoke and thought on what he had said before speaking aloud, "I wonder if he just finished when we found him this morning." She followed Yuki in, thinking about how wonderful a sun bathing spot this was. The feel of the warmth of the room was pleasant to her.

As he spoke of it feeling like a beach, she had to agree. To the point, she was very tempted to go into the water. However, her clothing stopped her, it would cling to her body to the point there was no reason to where it if she tried to go in with it on. Thats when it hit her, she was wearing a lot less then Yuki and although she was comfortable, was he? Turning her head, her blue-green eyes fell on the angel and she held a look of concern. The only thing was, she wasn't sure how to phrase her question.

Yuki shrugged. "I don't know. It would seem most likely so." His wings twitched out from his body, not wanting to warm it seeing it was already hot enough. The angel shrugged off his outer cape, setting it down near the entrance, but didn't want to take anything else off. His crimson eyes looked off into the distance of the water to see if there was any mermaids up and about.

Takairi stood silently, worried Yuki. Her worries lessened when he took off his cloak. At least now he didn't look like he would over heat. "Are you cool enough?" her question came with a tone of deep concerned. Right now, he was her concern, but her ears did flicker to the water, listening for the sounds of the mermaid she knew or another that was supposed to be there.

Yuki looked over to Takairi, smiling to her. "I'll be fine, don't worry about it." The angel offered his hand to her, to lead her down to the waters, wanting to see if Naiya would appear if he was near the water.

Takairi was not completely convinced, but she smiled back to him and took his offered hand. Her attentions were split between watching Yuki from the corner of her eye, and looking at where they were going.

Yuki stopped a couple steps from the water, looking around before raising his voice to call out Naiya's name. "Naiyaa~!" He looked around before seeing something green catch his eye. Before he knew it, his mermaid friend jumped out onto shore.

Naiya giggled. "Hello Yuki and Takairi." She flopped onto her back, her wet body getting sand plastered on her body. "Like my new place?" Her tail smacked against the water everytime the waves crashed it.

Takairi smiled happily, joyed to see the little mermaid she had met the night before. At Yuki's side, she speaks, "Hello, Naiya, it is great to see you again. Your new home is very lovely, are you enjoying it?" Looking out to the water a moment, she wondered if another little mer lived here or perhaps an older one?

Naiya nodded happily. "It's nice to see Takairi again!" The mermaid flipped back onto her stomach and moved her hand to move her hair out of her vision. "Yes I am! I'm even happy I have a roommate rather than having fishes as my friends but they live with me too." She nodded.

Yuki still head Takairi's hand as he looked down to the mermaid. "I'm glad to see you too Naiya. It's nice to see your enjoying your home. Where is your roommate by the way?" He asked her, not seeing the other possible mermaid in view.

She was glad the little mermaid was happy with her roommate. A child should have friends. As she thought that, she thought of the fish and amended her thoughts, friends similar to her. Yuki spoke before she could ask her question.

She asked her other question it its stead, "It looks like you have a lot more room in here then your pond. How deep does the water get?" It was hard to tell from the surface, but she was curious enough to ask. She was aware that her hand was still being held, the action was now so frequent and comfortable, it was as if her hand was made to be held by his, so natural and pleasant like the warm breeze that was nearly year round.

Naiya tilted her head. "She went out for today and was carried out by Renji who was led by Li." The mermaid nodded before looking to Takairi. "It gets pretty big! She nodded. "It's about three times my height at the very bottom." She smiled brightly, looking down to Takairi's and Yuki's hand before looking back up to them.

Yuki nodded. "I see." His head tilted. "Really, that's really deep Naiya." He chuckled, smiling to the young girl.

Takairi only knew one of the names mentioned. Renji, was a name she was sure she hadn't heard before. Perhaps she would inquire about it later, now was not really the time to get herself possibly confused further.

Her eyes were on the merchild, and it wasn't hard to guess where the merchild was looking before looking back up to her and Yuki, from her gaze she was sure. Recalling what Naiya had said before, "amor in the air" she has a light flush escape to lay very lightly on her cheeks and she responded to the answer to her question, "Wow, three times? Sounds like there is lots of room to play and swim freely for both you and your room mate. Do you get to play a lot?" She was happy for the merchild, and astounded by what Li was capable of doing. If he could do this, was their anything the fox could not?

Naiya nodded. "Yep! Naiya gets to play a lot. Ichigo likes to play with me when she can but she likes doing girly things when she too tired to play." She stuck out her tongue slightly. "But sometimes I do those things with her." She nodded, as the merchild looked up to Takairi, seeing the blush on her cheeks.

Yuki just smiled and looked over to Takairi before down to the merchild as he moved to sit down on the sand, but yet still holding onto Takairi's hand. "It's good you have somebody to play with, you always seemed bored whenever I come to visit you before."

Takairi sat down right next to Yuki, folding her legs under her as she did so. She moved carefully so there was never even the slightest jerk of her hand that was being held and holding to Yuki's. "Ichigo? Oh, thats her name, is she your age?"

With a small chuckle, the merchild's response told her that Ichigo probably was older, "It is wonderful that you have a playmate besides your nice fish friends." She then looked to Yuki a moment, having heard what he had said before she echoed the sentiment. Looking back to the water, she thought on the time she first met the child, fish certainly would be hard to catch a child, before more so one that knew the water just as well or better then them. Her life was like the child's in a way, alone from her own kind. She had the birds, and the merchild had the fish, it was a funny little parallel that she did not comment on preferring to keep to herself.

Drake meets Solstice and speak of truths and water.

>>solstice hummed lightly, her back against her tree as the grass brushed against her bare legs. She took a bite of the apple she had taken from the kitchen earlier<<

Drake did not have his children with him this time, he left them sleeping beside their brother with his mate. He looked up into the tree as he passed, the humming grabbed his attention. "Hello, Miss." He greeted her with a smile and paused.

>>her eyes flickered up at the snake, her song cutting off<< Hello. >>She responded, voice like velvet sliding over steel<< May I help you?

Drake shook his head an remarked, "Miss, you have a wonderful voice. My name is Drake, may I know yours?" It was a little strange to converse again, before he had his children but now it was just him. He was thinking ways of being himself without being too complimentary, never had he thought about if his words, but now that he had a mate, he felt he should.

>>she blinked. Complimented on the spot...not bad start for the day<<...Solstice. A pleasure.

Drake decided just to be himself, it was easier that way, "Solstice is a beautiful name, very befitting for your own beauty. I am very glad I have this chance to meet you." Coiling up, he settled himself still. Winter was still a few months away, this chance to make a new friend and to be out side was very welcomed.

>>Was this guy for real? She smiled lightly<< And why is that?
Drake responded, "Because lovely one, I can tell you are a remarkable person. I do hope that we can be friends. With winter coming I many not have been graced with the chance to otherwise meet you." To make a new friend would be wonderful. Thinking to himself, he couldn't help by notice that it seemed everyone he met was female, besides Yukio that is. Strange but he was happy to have the chance to met the nice people he had.

A remarkable person... >>she said dryly. Oh, he must not know of her<< Oh yes...snakes like to be kept warm...I myself do not like the cold. You can't swim.

He heard her dry tone, and saw that he could probably be of help, "Why, yes, remarkable. I can see it, don't you?" He heard her out, she knew snakes liked to be warm, but he did wonder if she knew how fatal not being warm was. He certainly wasn't going to ask, raither he let it go as if he hadn't even wondered.

"I take it swiming is one of for favoraite things? During winter times, a heated pool or a hot tub would be a great choice. If your home does not have one, you could alway try looking through the tower. Winter shuts many in, I am sure there is one or the other there for you." He had to go looking himself soon. After all, he wanted to teach his children how to swim and that would be a great place to try if they grew up to during winter.

I am not the most...rememberable of anthros. >>she responded, taking a bite of her apple<< As for the heated pool...I suppose I could try it. I prefer the lake though. >>She nodded to the lake infront of her. Soon it really would be to cold to go swiming unless she wanted to become deathly ill<<

Drake answered her back, smiling, "You underestimate yourself, lovely one. I do not think one such as your self would be easy to forget. You don't need to be in the front of someone's mind to be remembered." He wished there was something he could do, but he had no idea of a heated lake unless she went south for the winter. "The heated pool, I hope, will prove a great substitute for the winter. Winter hear only lasts two months, but I know the lake shall miss you as it hides under its icy blanket."

>>she barely refrained from blinking. Really, was this guy for real? She hadn't been this complimented in years! The dragon chuckled<< How kind of you to say. Do you prefer the lake or the pool?

Drake answers her, " I am not much of a swimmer myself, but I would have to say the lake because of its senery. The lake holds a special place in my heart." It was a lovely area, and where he and Myaku shaired their first kiss together.

So do I >>she lightly closed her eyes. Swimming here at night was the only time that she was alone<<

Pillow talk between Drake and Myaku

Her body relaxed after... what seemed like hours of endless... love making with her mate. She wasn't used to it, so her body was sore and worn out. Wrapped loosely in the blankets, she had snuggled up close to the snake that was her mate. Her fingers lightly tracing his chest as she relaxed o her side, curled into him. "I love you Drake.." She whispered softly as she kept her warmed golden eyes up at him.

Drake just shifted back into his serpentine form, he was very, very pleasantly tired and sore and this form was a whole lot more comfortable. His arms around her body, he just smiled at his beloved mate. Kissing her forehead lightly he whispered back to her, "I love you two, Myaku."

Almost roguish he adds, "I have missed you and our alone time, my beloved." She was his first and will forever be his only. With their children teens now, able to care for them, he hoped for more and more alone time, not just in the lusty manor but for the connecting time with the woman he loved more then life itself.

Taking a warm smile in return to his gentle kisses to her forehead... his sweet words and tone... she couldn't help but let a hand linger across his serpant body, feeling the glass like scales to her touch. Oh how she loved everything about him so much... if only he knew.
"I love the time we get even if it's not alone... and soon, our children will be grown and we will be able to have more!" Of corse she was kidding... three was JUST fine for her... she didn't need to worry... she'd just rely on getting to be a Grandmother one day.

The muscles of his lower body constricted and loosened under her touch, a touch he was addicted to for lack of a better term. He very nearly paled at the idea of more children, she blessed him with three lovely kids, he could never ask for more then that.

Smiling very lightly to her, he speaks back, "As do I, every moment with you is heaven on earth." With a soft chuckle he adds, "You blessed me with three beautiful children, I could ask for no more. Besides, for the time being, I'd rather be selfish and not share your attentions further." He stroked her hair then kissed her softly. Never had he felt threatened by his children, he loved them dearly and always enjoyed seeing them interact with their mother. Now, there was no need to jump out of bed to soothe a cry or many cries. He could relax with her and indulge in their time together that would be hard to give up again.

Drake adored her, greatly enjoyed their closeness. She was his everything, his world. He felt so strongly for her, that he doubted words could ever fully explain how much he cared. Nuzzling into her neck slightly, he gave her a soft, kiss before telling her, "I adore you, my beloved dearest one." She seemed to be thinking of something so he asked her, "What is on you mind, beautiful?" He wanted to hear it, her voice and anything on her mind.

His words warming her flesh more then he did, she made sure to press herself more so against him to show how much she adored their closeness. Those words all the more assuring to her... she loved hearing his romantic ways of putting things.... it always melted that cold heart of hers.
"Hopefully..." She trailed off in thought.
Her fingers trailing over that tensing serpant body of his... she loved him with everything... there was no way of him ever knowing just how much she fell in love with him.... her whole body was his... her mind and spirit... she only wanted him and never was there a question of the matter in her head.
The type like her... Myaku... a voice of seduction/lust and mischeviousness.... she was in love with a romantic big hearted rattlesnake.... and she birthed his children happily.... a rare thing to happen in her line of voices, but all she'd do over and over again for him

Her attention being caught by her mate, her golden eyes locked up to his won. Lifting her hand slowly to corse through his soft locks, she leans forward and returns the affection he so kindly gives to her.
"And you are everything to me, Drake..." She nearly whispered.
Closing her eyes, she pressed her cheek against his chest, nuzzling into his warmth as he questioned her.
Peeking up at her, she blinked and slightly folded the small wings on her head back.
"I'm lucky is all.... to have you" Simply put... nothing more, nothing less.... she truely was lucky.

Drake smiled at her, closing his eyes a moment to just enjoy the feeling of her hand going through his hair. When he opened his eyes, he watched and felt her return his affections. He still blushed, even after all they have done together, she could and did still bring him to a blush.

Her whispered words, music to his very soul. He stroked through her hair as she nuzzled against him. With her words, he replied back, "I feel so fortunate that you picked me, am glad you feel the same." A small grin appeared and he added, using the nickname he had given her during their first meeting, the second one leading to where they are now, "little volcano." He loved her, there was no doubt, and being playfully teasing came along with it. She was a bit annoyed with him when he used it before, but now he could make it up to her.

Takairi and Yuki walking in fall

Yuki nodded as the feline moved to enter the bathroom. The angel just stood by the door, leaning slightly against the wall. He, of course, easily strayed his mind away any perverted line of thinking. He turned his head and turned his gaze to look at the doorknob, hearing the doorknob turn and then looked up for Takairi to emerge.

Takairi stepped out of the bathroom, unwilling to cover up with the cloak until they were outside. It was funny to her, her top and bottom did not match, but she really didn't mind at all. Yuki was the only one she felt would see her, the only one that mattered, and he without a doubt wouldn't care. The cloak would fix everything anyway.

Smiling warmly, she held out her hand for him should he want to take it. It was a small gesture, but one that was priceless to her and one she never felt that could be taken for granted. "I am ready now, thank you for waiting." It was kinda of funny, they looked different in figures, yet he did happen to have something that fit enough to be worn.

Yuki just smiled to Takairi, taking her hand in his own, squeezing it lightly. "I can half-see so." He laughed lightly. "No problem. Are you ready to go to the garden now?" He asked her.

She smiled a little warmer as he squeezed her hand lightly and she chuckled softy as he spoke about half seeing so. "I'll put on the cloak when we get outside; I am still not used to covering up, even after years of it." She didn't go into detail about how many years, after all, age didn't matter anymore, she was adult and thats all that mattered.

Nodding she responded, "Yeah, I am ready." Her eyes didn’t leave Yuki the whole time.

Yuki nodded. "Alright." If she wasn't used to it, he wouldn't force her to do so unless she was shaking from the cold, then he would need to tell her to wear the cloak. The angel trusted her enough to know she'll make the right judgement. He gave the feline a smile leading her out of the hallway to the back of the house to the backdoor to the garden. He opened the door, feeling a chilly breeze of wind blow against them.

Takairi silently followed beside Yuki. When the chilly breeze hit her bare shoulders and mid-drift, she gave a small gasp and shivered, hating the cold. With one hands she pulled the cloak over her shoulders and drew the two sides together in front of her with that same hand. The other did not once jerk or move to help the other.

She did use it as an excuse to draw herself closer to Yuki. Her ears twitched slightly and her tail clung to her leg but she didn't need it, the paints did the job well.

Yuki frowned slightly. "Do you still wish to go to the gardens?" He asked her, pulling her to his body. His wings flared out slightly to block the wind away from Takairi somewhat.

Takairi easily went where he pulled her, very, very content where she was at the current moment. She flushed pink, and not in reaction to the chilly air but Yuki's considerateness. It seemed in every kind thing he did, the more she felt she was falling for the angel. "Actually, I do still want to walk through the gardens. If you’re comfortable in the weather, that is." In a softer tone she said, "I am very comfortable." Winter just might become one of her favorite seasons if this kept up.

Yuki just smiled down to Takairi. "I am perfectly okay in this weather. Most of my clothes are wind resistant, which really helps when I'm flying." Slowly, the angel drew himself away, but still kept his hand laced into hers.

Takairi wouldn't take that completely, she would accept not being able to be as close to Yuki as she wanted to be, but she would only go so far away. Moving just slightly, she put herself closer, than but not as close as they had been before. Sure with their close proximity as it was, after all there is only so far as you can go when you’re holding hands with someone, but to her, even a few inches made noticeable differences.

"Thats great. It will be a little sad to see everything ready to die. The trees will make a great show for it." She always loved and hated when the trees changed colors. It was beautiful but she couldn't hide any more in the trees and that takes away the fun of it. Spring would be so beautiful, silently; she made a promise that if nothing was said before hand, which would be when she admitted her feelings. It was easier to hold of the great fear of rejection if she set a date that seemed so far off.

Yuki just let go of her hand, letting it rest on her opposite side to pull her closer seeing she might still be cold. With his free hand, he pulled the door closed behind him as they exited the house. "I suppose so, but everything will return in time." He smiled and nodded, looking around noticing that the leaves cluttered around many of the flowers that were still trying to survive under the cold conditions.

For a second, ice hit the pit of her stomach. She felt scared that her action had scared him off like her shameful display of competing with Rin. She felt extremely relieved when his arm when around her and she very happy to be closer to him again. "I know, they'll be back stronger and better then before." Most things tended to do that in spring. All she knew of death her whole life was what was happening now, plants dying and returning in the spring stronger and more fragrant.

Yuki just smiled. "That's a good way to look at it." The angel nodded as he walked along with her, following the dirt trails. "Is there anywhere specific you'd like to go?" He asked her.

She nodded her head and followed in easy pace with Yuki, looking around at the world receding and the life still there. Winter was alway lonely for her, this one would be different, she knew that.

Yuki kept the slow pace with Takairi. Everytime the wind blew hardly, he gently pulled her to him and relaxed when the wind stopped. His eyes sometimes would drift onto Takairi before glancing off to the maple leaves that were almost the same color as his eyes.

Suddenly, she realized the wind was her friend in every season. It was extremely hard to restrain a purr every time he pulled her closer. She loved it, and wasn't ashamed to admit it.

She gazed up at him often, only looking away when she thought he might catch her. Of course, she did have a flirty side, some times she would allow herself to be caught, and others she looked away right away. It felt sort of juvenile, but it was fun.

Yuki at times caught her looking at him and quirked a brow at her for a bit before turning his head away. He blinked and shrugged it off before reaching the house once again, since the dirt paths went around in a circle. "Hm.. Shall we go back to your house?"

Takairi looked around trying to get her bearings. She didn't know the exact way to her house from his, but she had a pretty good idea of where to go. For someone that forgot everything about where she lived before she fell from a tree when she was younger, she did have a remarkable sense of direction. Sniffing at the air and taking in the fauna she finally said, "Yeah, lets get going." She took a step forward, but was unwilling to pull herself away from him and his arm around her.

Yuki nodded, smiling to the feline. "Alright. We might need to fly up just to get there." He nodded as he released her slightly to lower himself for her to climb on his back.

Takairi took his invitation without a second thought. "Flying sounds like a great idea. Can we land right outside the gates?" She doubted she would ever turn down flying, there was nothing more wonderful then being that close to him flying above the trees.

Yuki just nodded, awaiting for her to 'climb' on. "Of course. I don't see any problem with that."

Takairi climbed on his back, her arms going around his shoulders to hold her comfortably in place. "Okay, I am ready." She was, another magical chance in the clouds, and the closet contact she got with Yuki, what could be better at the moment? Well a few things but what could be realistically better? Nothing that she could think of.

Yuki slowly stood up, his arms going underneath Takairi's clothed legs hauling her up just a bit higher. The angel slowly walked, quickening his pace as he started to flap his wings and then took off. The angel flew up to a reasonable height to figure out where Takairi's home was before he headed off into that direction.

Takairi just held on tightly to Yuki, the closeness helping with the chilly air. She looked over his shoulder as they took off, looking around to remember the way next time, not that aerial views were the most helpful for a land cat.

"Are you cold?" The angel asked, lowering themselves a bit closer to the ground to get away from the cold winds. He kept a reasonable pace, knowing if he went a bit faster, it would be much more colder.

Takairi lightly shook her head and said, "No, I am okay." Actually, she was really comfortable. She loved the speed he could get up to, but wouldn't ask it of him.

Yuki smiled and nodded. "Just tell me when you are uncomfortable." The angel slightly quickened his pace, flying past the tops of trees making some of the leaves drop down.

With a soft smile she said, "Alright, I will." He had yet to make her feel uncomfortable, and she honestly didn't expect that to change. Watching the leaves fall, she remembered the years passed when she would sit in the trees and watched the leaves fall around her. The perspective was strange and not as lonely as before.

She could see a few squirrels and knew that soon, even their lively chatter would be gone for a time.

Yuki saw the nearing of the gates of which he presumed that Takairi was talking about. The angel decended, taking the first rough step on the ground followed by quick small steps that allowed them to stop. He slowly released his grasp from Takairi's legs, letting her slide off.

Takairi slid off his back and made her way right back to his side. Her ears flickered forwards as she heard barking, Cale came running to her side, wings out and even managed to glide the last six feet. The pup was ecstatic that she was back. Takairi laughed softly and kneeled to pet the pup, frowning as she felt some knots in her fur. As she stood, she had Cale in arms and her cloak showed open. Though she was cold, her mid-drift area especially, the pup had her concern.

With a slight frown she said, "Trust Rin to take care of anything I care about." She didn't take into account that Cale hated Rin and wouldn't go near her. She had no choice; she put Cale down and drew the cloak close to her.

Yuki looked to Takairi as she held Cale in her arms then looked to Cale, as the demonpup himself. He still had quite the disliking towards anything demonic but wouldn't hold it to Takairi. The angel drew closer to the feline. "Why not bring him next time around..?" He knew there was another demonpup lying around in Li's house, but he never knew where it was.

She looked to Yuki as he made the offer, she was so happy that he had suggested it. "Really? Oh thank you!"

Cale seemed to sense it and barked happy, her tongue only Takairi's hold kept her from licking him. It was her masters joy was easier to pick up.

Takairi enjoyed being close to Yuki, "We better get inside, I need to make sure she has food and I need to water my plants, I am sure they are dry as a bone." She worried about the things she had that Rin was certain not to have taken care of.

Yuki just smiled and curtly nodded. "It's no problem really. I believe there is another pup in my household and the pups could play together if they get along." His lips drew to a fine line, knowing that the other demonpup seemed to be a bit vicious. The angel nodded, waiting for Takairi to lead him in.

She looked down to Cale and said, "Besides Rin, I think Cale could get along with anyone. She really is a sweet pup." Takairi never had someone to love so when she got Cale, she went a bit crazy with her affection for the pup, even going as far as letting her sleep in her bed. At least, she never tried to dress the pup in human clothing.

Taking a step forward, she was reluctant to walk away from him so she went slow until they could walk at a better speed, side by side.

Yuki shook his head. "It's not Cale, seeing she does look like a sweet pup," he smiled slightly, "the other pup can be quite vicious but that's only been the times I've seen it around the house." The angel walked with her at a comfortable pace.

Takairi frowned slightly and looked down to Cale. She was sure the pup could take care of herself if it came to that, but then she didn’t see why she wouldn’t just be able to keep and eye on her since the pup normally stayed glued to her side anyway

"Ah, I see, maybe its just people shy. Cale doesn't like Rin at all might be something similar to that." She walked into the house, letting Cale down to play around. "I am going to make sure she has water and food, her bowls are in the kitchen. Then I'll check on my plants." She felt it was just a good idea to let him know what she was going to do. That way they are not walking in different directions or such.

Looking around, and sniffing lightly, she couldn’t pick up Drake’s scent at all. With it being as cold as it is, she figured he was with his mate. Rin’s scent, she found, the girl wore too much perfume some times, but the scent was a bit strange, it didn't smell the same and she wasn't sure why. She just hoped what ever it was, Rin wasn't going to cause trouble all she needed now was to get into another spat with the feline, all sort of trouble might come up from that.

Yuki eyed the pup before looking back to Takairi and nodded, listening to her. The angel followed the feline into her household, feeling not as out of place as before but starting to adjust to the different surroundings. "Alright." He responded, not having objection in just following her. Since the angel didn't have a better sense of smell, he wouldn't have picked up any other scents in the household.

Takairi walked at a pace natural to her as she walked to the kitchen. Once there, she blinked, she was puzzled that the food and water bowls were filled. Someone had to have done that, but whom? Her head was tilted to the side as she puzzled through it. It must have been Rin, though why was the question.

Letting it go, assuming that Rin had grown a heart to take care of her pup. Moving over to the cabinet, under the sink and pulled out a watering can with room temperature water, special fertilizer already dissolved giving the water a blushish tent.

Turning around she said, "I guess Rin doesn't hate Cale as much as I thought she did. The plants are in my room. The room is grand but I didn't really decorate it, just picked colors and let the remodlers do their job." She was acutally a bit embarresed by the grandness of the room. Honestly, she liked Yuki's much better but delt with what she had. In the back of her mind, she whinces about how spoilt it sounded to her.

Yuki, too, noticed the water bowls were filled and then looked back up to Takairi. "What made you think Rin hated Cale in the first place?" He asked before blinking. "Have I not been in your room before?" He asked, not sure if that had been her room or just a room to eat their meal in.

Takairi responded to his question, looking to Cale a moment then back to Yuki, "She always seemed to care about what was best for her and thats it, she once said something mean about my Cale. Maybe she changed while I was away." Shrugging lightly, she would puzzle over it. Thats when she heard the question and says, "That was just the sitting room, what I consider the bedroom is beyond the certain." She considered the bedroom was where her actual bed was.

Yuki just nodded. "I see.. Maybe you caught her on a bad day?" He reasoned, unsure. The angel slightly blushed, feeling embaressed that was a sitting room and not her bedroom. Li didn't have any of those rooms, but instead had conference rooms if there was serious private matters. "I see..." He replied.

Takairi listened to him, and wondered if he could find the good in anyone. But she did see the logic in what he said, "Maybe, I think you’re probably right." Nodding when he said he understood, she ascended the stairs, wondering what his reaction to her actual bedroom. She didn't say anything further until she opened the door to her bedroom. Continue on to the curtain that separated the sitting room from her bedroom. Pulling it back, she held it open for him.

Yuki just nodded as he followed her up the stairs then into the sitting room once more. He blinked and entered through the curtains before looking back to Takairi.

Takairi looked around her room, the sunbathing spot was about the only that she really missed. Her large bed was something she had liked, but it didn't seem as nice now for some reason her mind couldn't touch. She spoke lightly saying, "Welcome, to my bedroom." Turning to the side, she walked toward the light oak table that held her flowers. Again she was puzzled, the soil was damp, sure a little bit more water wouldn't hurt the plants but who had watered them? Obviously, Rin had to have come into her room. Her tail swished angrily at the intrusion before she calmed down. Her diary, she hadn't touched in a long time so there was nothing the other feline could use so it wasn't as bad. "I believe you’re right about her, Yuki. A much as she mess with me, it seems she took care of something while I was gone." This was startling news.

Yuki blinked feeling waaaay out of place in this room. He wasn't much for luxury stuff and was fine with plain and simple. He smiled to Takairi, nodding to her. "Thank you." He watched her as she went over to her plants. He nodded once more. "Hm. To me, you two just seem like sisters. Very unagreeable sisters, but you both see what eachother cares about." At least, he from what he can infer.

Takairi could just imagine how uncomfortable it might be to be in her room. It was so vastly different form his room. At what he said she smiled and shook her head, chuckling, "We kind of do, though I think I act more like the older sister then she does." Rin was something in her middle 20's when she was 18. Age didn't matter much to her; just knowing that she was adult was all she cared about age wise.

Yuki just kept his gaze on Takairi, not particularly moving from his spot near the curtain. "Hm. Really? I would have maybe suspected you to be more of the younger sister seeing most of the time older sisters are either portrayed evil (thinking Cinderella) or the wiser, and leader type." He slightly shrugged, seeing that she could've been a little of both.

Takairi considers that a moment and remarked, "I thought she was evil. She might just be wiser, though I have the street sense as they say." That she knew, she raised herself after all. Now that was taken care of, she looked around her room a moment, only seeing a slightly disturbance in her sheets from where Cale had jumped up to sleep with nothing the matter she turns to Yuki and asks, "Would you mind taking this back down stairs so I can clean up?" She doubted it would take to long; just drying her hair would cause the time issue. She felt bad asking though, so used to doing for herself that it was strange.

With her head tilted slightly to the side, she silently awaited his answer, her black tail swishing lightly behind her.

Yuki looked to her bed then to her again. "I see?" He wasn't sure what she meant by the street sense, but he hoped it was a good kind of street sense. He walked over to her, seeing she wanted him to take something down. "Alright. Where does it go exactly?"

She could hear the question in his tone and supplied the answer, "I just mean I learned by experiences, taking care of myself my whole life, or as long as I can remember. No one taught me, I didn't learn from elders or something that helps breed wisdom." Holding out the watering can she answered, "Right under the kitchen sink, and thanks." She was already planning what she would do and in which order so that she could be done quicker and not leave Yuki waiting on her.

Yuki just nodded. "Ah, I see." He smiled, thinking he had lived his life much like hers. The angel took the watering can into his own hands before looking back to her. "Would you like me to empty out the remaining water?" He asked, curiously as he began backtracking to go to the curtain upon waiting her answer.

Takairi shook her head and says, smiling at him, "No, but thank you, it needs to stay at room temperature." She thought about a second and was sure that she set up the water right before she met Yuki, it would be fine for a few more days.

Yuki just nodded. "Alright." He pulled the curtains back and exited, letting the curtains to fall close. He exited the sitting room to descend down the stairs and look for the kitchen.

Takairi turned to her left and walked into her closet and pulled out her winter outfit and went into her bathroom. Hanging the clothing on the towel rack and shut the door. She took a hot shower, a very fast hot shower. It was more grooming, getting the sand out of her tail and the bottom of her hair.

Jumping out, she was quick to dry off, except for her long hair which seemed to gain inches and straighten right out. Changing, she put on her winter outfit. It covered every inch of her body from her wrist to her ankles. It was stylized to accent her curves and chest. It showed her off well, not that it was what she was going for. It was warm enough but not to the point that she would over heat. It was the cloak for that made it supper warm.

Her hair was still damp when she went into the waiting room to see if Yuki was there or if she'd have to go looking for him. Already she knew she had taken a lot of time, probably 30 minutes. It was sad but she had to take care of her clothing that she was wearing before hand.

Yuki eventually found his way into the kitchen. He eyed around for the kitchen sink before moving around to open the sink cabinet and place the full watering can, almost sure it would still be room temperature despite the cooling temperatures outside. He closed the cabinet and then made his way out of the kitchen, listening to see if he can hear the water running and if so, that would mean that Takairi was still in the shower. He gazed about wondering where to go and just decided to go back up the stairs and wait in the sitting room, sitting on a nice pillow.

Takairi poked her head into the sitting room, a tiny drop of water running down her face and then down her neck, hiding into the collar of her dark green outfit with blue accents. Walking into the sitting room, she saw him sitting and was glad he was probably being comfortable. Smiling a bit sheepishly she says, "Sorry if I kept you waiting for too long, Yuki." Her tail swish behind her, not at all damp unlike her hair. The reason for that was she spent time grooming it and the fur on it was shorter unlike her every long hair.

A short talk between Rin and Cirila

Rin walked into the tower, taking a seat on a near by couch. She was bundled up to fend off the chillyness outside. She hated the cold, but loved to buddle up, she was a feilne of comfort and that was one way to get it. She wondered if the cold would bring anyone in or not.

Cirila was sitting in a large chair by the fire, not cold, but only enjoying the warmth. She looked up at the feline walked into the room and studied this new personality.

Rin had randomly decided to look around when she caught sight of someone very unfimilar. Looking at her a moment, Rin gave a soft smile and waved over, "Hello." came her greeting as she watched to see if this person would be unpleasent or not.

Cirila straightened her posture as the cat came near to her, closing the book and setting it on the table next to her. She stood up and smiled slightly. "Hello."

Rin was comfortable in her seat, so she waved, inviting Cirila over. Sure it might be a little egotistical of her, to expect her to move when she wouldn't but so be it. "Are you new around here? I am Rin, nice to meet you." It was nice to see someone different that didn't appear gloomy and angry.

Hide, Isis and Ra spend time together in the lounge.

Hide sat there on the couch still feeling a bit down. He pressed his wings tightly onto his back and remained curled up on the couch. "Wonder if daddy's brother is nicer..." He siad lightly to himself feeling like he wanted to have a talk with Mitsuji.

Isis slithered back in, finally able to get back into the main room where she left Hide. She had gotten majorly yelled at, yet she didn't show how hurt she was, how much she wated to curil up and cry. None of that was allowed out, instead she acted happy, and was actually happy to see Hide, "I am back!" Smiling she slithered over to him

Ra followed, watching Isis closely to keep her out of trouble, never mind that he told his father what she did picture.

Hide blinked seeing Isis come over once again. "Welcome back." He told her dully before waving to Ra who was being silent as always. Her just curled his tail around himself more as his eyes moved around a bit. He wasn't in the mood for talking that much except with Mitsuji who wasn't there.

Isis beamed at him and moved to coil up near her friend. He didn't seem to want to talk and she loved to talk but didn't want to bug her friend. Thinking it through she starts to hum softly, grainted she didn't have the greatest voice, but she could hold a tune and it distracted her.

Ra waved to Hide and kept watching.

Hide blinked a bit when he heard Isis humming. "I like to sing..." He told her shyly as his blue tail fell limp beside him and he continued to look towards his friend. He didn't know what else to say, so he remained quiet.

Isis looked to Hide, smiling and commented, "Really? Do you have any particular favorite songs?" Oh, it would be so much fun to sing with Hide, at the vary least she could provide background music.

Ra didn't say anything, he just hoped Isis didn't drag him in to, he was used to rattling along with her when she sang, she wasn't great but both of them tended to have fun.

Hide thought for a moment and only could remember one song that Ruki had on one of his mixed CD's. "Umm my favorite song is called It's Sad by Hyde." He told her blinking his eyes a little knowing she most likely never heard of the song.
Hide was right, she had never heard of that song or the artist before. However, looking as eager as she felt, Isis said, "I don't know that song, but I would love to learn it. Will you sing it? I am a pretty fast learner, I am sure I could join in with the course if nothing else." Singing felt like the ticket to have fun with her friend again, and if it might make him even a little bit happy, she was all for it.

Ra awaited silently for Hide’s reaction. He didn’t form attachments like his sister, but he did view the teen as a friend, step above friendly acquaintance where as Isis saw him as a close friend. At that level, he still cared enough that he didn't need his sister's encouragement to try and be of some help

Hide nodded to her before getting up off the couch. Stretching a bit, he looked to them both shyly before shutting his eyes. He worked better when he didn't see anything that would make him nervous. Taking a deep breath, he thought of the song in his mind before fluffing his tail out.

"Sou ware wa ningen to
Yobareru saiaku no warusa
Arayuru seimei no shihai
Tenteki wa doushuzoku
Arasoi ni kizamareta rekishi kara
Kesshite kyoukun wa erare nai
Karada ga akitari nai

Rewind the times so crazy
What right have we to kill? Full of conceit.
The worst creatures in history.
The ground will find some
peace when we’re gone. It’s sad.

Hanketsu hikoku no tsumi wa genzai yori omoi
Osoreru koto nakare shikkou nin ga fuzai
Sono aku naki hakai wa jouki wo itsusshi
Jigyaku wo kiwamete nao
Karada ga akitari nai

Rewind the times so crazy
What right have we to kill? Full of conceit.
The worst creatures in history.
The ground will find some
peace when we’re gone. It’s sad.

“A verdict has been reached
The court finds the defendant guilty”

Once more, the hunting season
We shoot at will Why does God permit it?
Rewind the times so crazy
What right have we to kill? Full of conceit.
The worst creatures in history.
The ground will find some
peace when we’re gone. It’s sad."

When he finished singing the song he looked to Isis with a small smile feeling a bit better even knowing the song was sad like in it's title. "That is my favorite song." He told her as he hugged himself a bit.

Isis was a fast learner and she was able to join in in the second coruse, but mainly she coiled up and enjoyed the song. Even though she didn't understand what she assumed to be japenese, the emotion of the song was easy enough to pick up. Clapping didn't seem apporiate with the song.

Watching him hug himself, she reached out and very gently put a hand on his shoulder as she said, still in a bit of awe, "That song was so lovely, sad but nice. You sang wonderfully." She wasn't going to kill him with complements, but she felt it right to let him know she loved hearing the song

Ra likewise enjoyed the song, and nodded his head agreeing with his sister. He was a slightly dark serpent, and the song fit very well with him in a way.

Hide smiled and let out a giggle. "Thank you Isis and Ra." He said to them both feeling better now that he sang that song. He liked the song because of it's sad nature. He felt like that sometimes because of his father. "Now what should we do?" He asked her curling his tail up around himself again and pressing his wings tightly onto his back.

Isis was delighted that he was cheering up and went through her suggestions, "We could explore.." She paused a second to look to her brother, at the sound of his tail rattling. For once a smile turned into a pout, something she normally didn't do, but it was in a playful sense. Turning back to Hide, her pout turning back into a smile as she says, "In side the tower. I know there is a game room around here. I could share a song I know, most of what I know is country though." Her father told her that not everyone liked those songs, but she did. "Or we can play like we did when we were younger, tag or hide-and-go-seek." Granted most of what she offered was juvenile, but there is no need to be serious, its about having fun.

Ra looked between his sister and to Hide, where ever she went, he would unless she was able to ditch him again

Hide heard her speak of the tower and was only in there a few times. "Umm I suppose we could go in there to the game room." He shrugged not caring what they did. Looking to Ra, he smiled slightly and flicked his tail. "Are you coming as well?" He asked before looking back to Isis still smiling and not knowing which one of the games they could play. "What will we play in the game room though?" He asked her as he began to walk away towards the tower slowly.

Ra nodded thinking 'leave my sister alone? Not likely'. Of course, he never spoke a word of it.

Isis smiled, delighted not only that Hide had agreed with the idea, but that her brother agreed to come with them! "Alright, I'll lead!" She started through the hall towards the door. At his question she turned around, pushing her golden bangs out of her eyes, "Oh, there are lots of games; pool, table hockey and arcade games like pack man. There is a DDR machine only Ra and I can't play that one." Her father hadn't told her about the ability serpents have to shift there lower body into a humanoid one.

Hide looked back to Ra when he didn't hear him speak and wondered if in fact he was mute. Sighing lightly, he looked back to Isis and nodded. He then slowly followed her into the game room and looked around not sure what he wanted to play. "Umm can I play something alone really quick?" He said to her before running over to a crane machine and peering into the glass wondering what he wanted to win.

Isis smiled and followed Hide to the machine and said, "Sure, we don't mind at all." With her brother always being silent, she got used to talking for him. It frustrated her to no end that he wouldn't talk but instead of voicing it or showing it, she hid it all behind a smile.

Ra nodded his agreement with his sister, he didn't care so long as he was able to look after her. Looking around he eyed the machines with a careful eye.

Hide giggled as he took the control of the machine. Putting in some change, he moved it around until the crane hovered above a red dragon plushie. Turning his smile into a smirk, he pressed the button to lower the crane and it gripped the plushie by the head. Pulling it up into the air and over to the deposit box. When it dropped it, he jumped into the air flapping his small wings happily. "Yay I won it!" He said before taking the plushie and hugging it. He then moved back over to Isis and Ra with a slight smile still. "Alright now we can play whatever." He told them.

Isis applauded as he won the plushie, "Wonderful job, you have quite the skills, Hide!" She was thrilled for him winning something in the machine. Thinking of something they could play, she suggested, "How about air hockey? Ra could play the winner?" She looked between her brother and Hide awaiting a response.

Ra didn't repond besides nodding to his sister in acknowledgement of her comment.

Hide hugged his plushie and looked to Isis. "Hmm can you and Ra play first, so that I can see how it's played?" He told them not knowing how to play that. "I will play the winner." He said to them both as he moved over to the air hockey table and stood off to the side waiting for them to start.

Isis nodded, "Alright, come on, Ra." She waved to her brother before taking position at one end of the table and waited.

Ra slithered to the other end without a word. Starting up the table and hitting the puck with the handle thing and sent it gilding to Isis.

Isis smacked it back and they went back and forth. Her fingers got smacked by the puck on accident but she did not much as hiss. Instead, she brought her grip higher up so that it wouldn't happen again. In the end, she beat her brother, and suspected he let her.

Ra just moved to the side, clapping for his sister and smiling lightly to her.

Hide clapped a bit, but hugged his newly acquired plushie before walking over to where Ra once stood. "Okay I guess it's me and you Isis." He said to her before placing the red dragon plushie on the ground. He then got in position waiting for Isis to hit the puck to him.

Isis smiled and grabbed her handle thing and smacked the puck to Hide awaiting the game, just enjoying this time to hang out and have fun with her friend and brother.

Hide giggled slightly as he hit the puck back to Isis. After they hit it back and forth a few times, he seen that he lost. "Damn..." He muttered sadly, but shrugged it off as he picked up his plushie. "I am going to go to bed you two. Goodnight and seeya another time." He smiled and waved to them before walking out of the arcade. He made his way outside and towards his home.

Isis told Hide, not at all celebrating her victory, "You did very well." She nodded and waved to him, "Good night, Hide. See you another time." Smiling warmly, she watched her friend leave.

Ra waved to Hide but didn't speak a word to him. A real trend with him.

Rin seduces Asher

Rin was in the kitchen of the Tower. Why? Because there were already people in the lounge and she wanted to get away from people for a while. That and she is hungry. Her lack of cooking skills made her wish Drake was about. The rattler would cook for her; she didn't even have to be nice about it. Sighing lightly, she hunted for food.

Asher grumbled at Raven for waking him up so early in the morning. He didn't want to go to the shop today. He had a little headache and wasn't liking the sunlight or sounds. "Raven!"

"Asher!" Squealed the female wolf who gave a swish of her tail as she half dragged the black mamba with her. "I want to see who's all there!"

"You could have done that without me ya know."

Asher grumbled and moved away from the 'crazy' wolfess, slithering so he could find something for his headache, evidently leading him to the kitchen. His tongue flickered about as eyes of husky blue looked about. "If I was advil where would I be..?" He muttered to himself.

Raven sighed in exasperation at the snake as she darted about, looking for someone to chat with or pester.

Rin turned as she heard the mamba talk, her lips curled into a small smile as she replies to him, "You'd probably be in a medicine cabinet." He looked like he just might be pleasant company, might as well start off that way herself. Walking over to him, her hips swaying naturally, she says, "I know were some is, I'll get it for you if you wish." Well, it was a friendly gesture, now she awaited his response.

Despite his head hurting, Asher smiled at her. "I'd like that. Thank you, miss." She was pretty and she reminded him of Jin. "You're beautiful. May I ask what your name is?"

Rin nearly purred as she smiled warmly to the male. It had been so long since she heard compliments. Safe to say she instantly liked the male and was more then happy to retrieve what he needed. She listened to him fully, then with a wink said, "Thank you for the compliment. My name is Rin." She left the kitchen after saying that and went to the closet bathroom. Checking her reflection, she made sure her hair was behaving before grabbing the bottle of Advil and turning around.

Back in the kitchen, she held out the bottle to the mamba and spoke, "Here you are. May I know your name, my very dashing new friend?"

Golden hair covered the right side of his face as he smiled and thanked her for the advil and fetched for some water. After taking it, he looked to her. "Asher."

He finished his water and sat the empty glass down. "I shouldn't confuse you with Jin. She looks a little like you only s he's in golds."

Rin smiled at him, committing his name to memory. After all, someone that would smile and compliment her was worth remembering. His comment about confusing her with someone caused her a moment of confusion. Who was this Jin? Besides the fact that there was one letter difference between her name and Jin's, they also looked alike?

With her head tilted to the side she asks, "Are you and Jin close, Asher?" His name was pleasant to say, but her mind was more on finding out about this Jin, to know if she was a replacement or such.

"Somewhat. She's more of the sister type or aquaintence type though we both live under the same roof. Raven's around somewhere but she seems the little sister type." He shrugged. He hadn't had a romantic relation with anyone...not even with Arioch though the demon was off limits. With time, Asher would see that maybe Jin and Rin didn't look all that alike but he could be wrong.

The sister comment was a bit of a blow, there was absolutly no way she could think of someone with any bit of lust, if they were confusing her with a sister-type.

Leaning against a counter slightly she says "Ah, I see." She learned a bit as well, it didn't seem that either were lovers to him, thankfully because that would have been a turn off big time. Her tail swayed behind her and she says, "I hope you can see me as a friend, Asher." A great place to start any way.

She couldn't cook, so that was out but she did ask, "How are you doing?" Thinking of Drake, she was a bit concerned and added, "It will be winter in a few weeks, where will you stay during the cold months?" Drake had told her once of the weakness a sperent had to cold, she wasn't sure if it was just him or maybe others had it as well.

"Friends would be nice." He wasn't entirely sure how to explain his relationship with either Jin or Raven. Sisterly seemed the closest but even that too didn't describe it.

Being asked about the cold months, he smiled. "I'll be tired more then usual but I'll be around...Plus I've been staying in the same house with a cat and a wolf...well heat's usually about. What about you?"

Rin listened, smiling warmly as he said firends would be nice. So long as he didn't see her as a sister, she could work with it.

Nodding, she wondered why he just didn't stay here, there was heat enough, but that was his own choice in the matter. Rin didn't have the cleanest mind, so when he spoke of there being a cat and wolf around for heat, she wasn't thinking innoncently about that. However, he had said they were like sisters to him, leading out of her thoughts on that matter and back to his question. "Oh, I am fine with the cold, I have warm coats and a heat pillow to keep me comfortable outside or in. The home I stay at has a great heating system as well." She would have preffered a body to the pillow but thats what she had so she'd deal.

Risting the sigh, she just felt accepting it was the best thing she could do at the moment.

Asher's mind was less then innocent. He studied her for a small moment. "You seem a little down."

He slithered to the fridge and looked around for a little something, his tongue still flickering.

Rin looked at him, smiling as she said, her tail batting gently into her right leg then sliding down her leg only to do the act again. She was not some innocent school girl, she knew what she wanted and was not ashamed of it, "Oh, sorry, I was just thinking how regretful it is that the pillow although warm, doesn't have strong arms or anything else but the warmth." She herself found a bit of fruit, a banana to be exact and started to eat the soft, slightly curved fruit.

Asher chuckled a little as he withdrew nothing. He watched her. "Lonely at night huh?" He wasn't one to automatically sleep with someone on first meeting them...even if he had done so before and a long time ago.

She looked back at him, winking slightly, a smile never leaving her face, "Very lonely. What about you, do you get lonely?" Her tone was soft as she spoke to him. He obviously had a reason to go into the refrigerator which did give her an idea. Leaning on the counter, she reached over and pulled the fruit basket closer to her; she had finished the banana and reached for a grape. Holding the purple fruit between her thumb and pointer finger she asked. "Hungry?" Again her tail lightly stroked her leg as she felt flirtier every moment that went by.

"Occassionally." He admitted. The cat was flirting with him. It was going to take a little more then the meager tease to get this mamba into playing seducer or in this case seduced.

His tongue flickered a little. "You're seducing..." He murmured softly.

Ah, words she liked, something she could work with. Her smile turned in a bit of a smirk as he accused her of seducing. Oh she had a bunch of tricks to use, maybe one of them would work.

Taking the grape, she held it firmly in her mouth, puncturing it a bit with her fang, letting the juices flow at the corner of her mouth before she took the grape completely into her mouth and coyly licked the juice that had escaped. With her head titled to the side she asked, pretending innocents, "Am I?"

Asher nodded. "Indeed you are." He knew flirting when he smelled it...or tasted it. His tail snaked over to steal a grape before it was placed into his hand and he rolled between his thumb and finger. Husky eyes twinkled at her.

Rin smirked leaned a bit further against the counter grabbing another grape before standing up and leaning closer to him, her violate eyes sparking as she winked and said, "oopse." As if she was sorry, though it was easy to tell she wasn't. Bringing up to her lips lightly licked before eating it. Her tail once again stroke her leg before going within a hairs breath of him as she recalled.

Asher just grinned. "You apparently know what you want....However, it'll take more then just one meeting to get me, ma cherie." His tongue flickered out a bit.

Rin very slightly stuck out her full bottom lip, not in a pout completely. Her thoughts ran down the same seductive line, 'Doesn't mean I'll stop trying.' This was more then just for a bed mate for as long as they could keep each other, it was for fun as well. Although she had only been with one guy, she had a love for being flirty. Her very body language was put to that, seducing and having fun. Her fingers had a bit of grape juice on them, and she took care of that, licking her finger, her violet eye never living his eyes.

Her words came out in a low tone, "Oh, and what to you want, handsome?" She emphasized 'you' in her question.

Asher flashed a fangy smile. He slithered towards her side of the counter. "What I want I may not tell thee, ma cherie." He lucked another grape and ran it gently over her lips.

Rin watched him, her violet eyes sparkling with inward mischievousness and her seducing nature. She was slightly curious about what he meant about not wanting to tell her. The grape touching her lips stole away the question. Her response to said action was part her lips slightly and lick at the delicacy. Once again, her eyes didn't leave him and the smile didn't leave her face.

Her tail lightly brushed down his serpentine body as much as she could reach. Her hands had their own jobs, one rested on her hip, and the nail of her other hand lighty grazed his hand a faint touch before it fell to the counter.

Asher chuckled before he eased the grape into her mouth. He slithered behind her, one hand sliding along her waistline and spanning her stomach as his lips found her neck and nuzzled a little.

Rin took the grape, puncturing it with her fang, enjoying the juice before swallowing it. The action of his hand sent pleasant tremors through her body and she leaned her body against his. Tilting her head to the side to allow more area to be accessed, a low but deep purr came from her as she greatly enjoyed the feeling of his lips on her neck.

Her left hand trailed a finger along the hand on her stomach before coming down to lightly stroke the skin and scales that she could reach along his waist area. The other rose to feel the texture of his hair also, to make sure it was no where in the way of the hand on her stomach. This little kitty was in 7th heaven at the moment.

He tensed a little only because of the scars on the right side. Otherwise, he was perfectly relaxed. He continued to explore safely with his hands but his lips were kissing and licking.

Rin purred louder at his actions very much approving. She couldn't have hoped for more pleasureable company then what she had thusfar found in Asher. Besides lightly rubing herself against him, she was also relaxed doing nothing to hender his exploring. Her own touches were light, the feel of him so wonderful that much thoughts beyoung the hear and now were lost.

If there was one thing that she didn't excatly love, it was that there wasn't a way to kiss back, yet.

Asher murmured in her ear. "Nous devons prendre ceci ailleurs, petit l'un." His breath warm as it fanned against her skin, yet his tail coiled about her. He just waited for her reaction on the scars for he knew she was bound to discover them...

Rin didn't know what the words meant, but she knew the meaning. His body language and the way he said the words told her exactly what he meant. As he coiled around her she did see the scars, but instead of showing disgust at them, she lightly brushed her lips against one, a brief kiss. She was curious as to how he got such interesting marks, but right now there was only one question on her mind and it was on a different track, she'd have to remember to ask later, though.

She turned a bit getting the chance to lightly kiss him on the lips before she whispered warmly in his ears, "I don't understand the exact words, but I love the way you said them. My place or do you have somewhere else in mind?" Her words were said with a purr in them as well. Lightly kissing at his ear and then jaw, she raised her violate eyes to look in to his, desire burning like a fire as she awaited his response.

Rin and Asher talk in bed

Asher stirred that evening, husky eyes fluttering open to find a feline in his arms. He blinked and realized he went out of the ordinary. Ah well...it's good to do that sometimes. A hand drifted up to tease the hair nestled above his arm. He admitted to himself she was beautiful....

Rin woke up slowly, a smile on her lips and a purr lightly humming from her throat. She was very glad a purr was natural to her; else she may not have been able to do it as she woke but it came on its own accord. Her eyelashes fluttered as her eyes opened and she tilted her head up so that she could look into the face of the man she woke up beside.

Yep, this was a lot better then a pillow and nothing compared to the hours they spent doing something else besides sleeping. Nuzzling lightly into his chest she murmured, "Good morning, wonderful. How did you sleep?" It probably wasn't morning, but she didn't really care at the moment. She had what she had wanted for very long time, strong arms to wake up to.

She just hoped she could keep him, although it started as many do, a one night stand was not what she was interested. One the other hand, she also wasn't after forever, exactly.

If it was day he'd be even more lethargic then he was. His tongue slithered as he cupped her face and kissed her soundly before replying to her. "Wonderful ma cherie. What about you?"

His eyes looked into hers as his thumb trace the outline of her jaw. his tail was coiled about her, almost in a protective dominant state.

Rin watched him smiling upwards. It was only when he kissed her did her eyes close for the sweet moments it lasted. To his question, she purred out, "I have not slept so well in ages or felt so safe."She absolutely loved the way he made her feel. She felt beautiful, sure she knew it but to feel it too was another thing, and she felt so safe. There was no way she could have guessed that something this breathlessly wonderful could have come from flirting.

He most defiantly put the man who taught her to shame. She purred out his name in a whisper type volume, "Asher." While trailing a gentle finger from his jaw down to the smooth scales of his serpent waist, "never had I known someone so wonderful to me then you." She still wondered about the scars, and as her mind started out of its lust filled euphoric haze, she was starting to get the mind to ask. Before she did anything, there was a sinfully great kiss to return to the mamba naga. Tilting her head upwards she lead up a bit and proceeded to kiss him back it was a strong but slightly subdued passion behind the kiss aimed solely on being pleasing.

Asher grinned a little when the kiss broke. "I've had years of practice. I would hope I was wonderful." Ever present was the curtain of hair, though this time he made a little exception as he revealed the other eye that was hidden.

His tongue flickered out, licking her palm and fingers.

She expected that he had experience, that or he was a love god reborn to flesh, maybe both actually. Matching his grin slightly she remarks, "Wonderful might just be an understatement. I hope my lack of practice wasn't displeasing." She hadn't seen the one and only guy until Asher that she was with in ages.

Giggling as he licked her palm and fingers, she reveled in the feel. Though it brought her to a state where she had to decide to be playful, like she normally was, or finally ask the question. Reaching out her other hand, first kissing her fingers before laying them a top one portion of his scared side, she asked regarding the scars with curiosity, "How did you come to get these?" They didn't disgust her, though she felt empathetic towards the immense pain that must have occurred during the creation of the marks.

He just kissed her. As he didn't want to be insulting because he was use to 'breaking in' young ladies. He had continued to tease her when she'd asked about his scars. She didn't show disgust even when his right side was in nothing but scars.

"A long time ago...a couple of preists decided to try and excorist the devil out of me and used holy water to do so." He didn't reveal that his love, Julianna had been burned at the same time he was being agonized and tormented....nor that his creator and bloodline, Belle Morte, was known for seduction and sex.

Sometimes, its what you don't say that speaks loudest. She took it worse the what he probably meant. However instead of getting at all upset by it, she vowed to improve. She just hoped she'd get the chance, many, many times over. The starting point was in the kiss, though she did so enjoy playing more of a submissive role, being very active was in her as well and she knew she could do both. When he answered she frowned and responded, "How awful that they would do that to you. They are the true demons. It must have hurt so terribly."

Reaching out, she stroked his right cheek before laying a gentle kiss where her hand had been.

Asher blinked at her. Most of the time he expected revulsion from people, which was why he was usually covered and his hair only sheilded half his face. "Agonizing...I'm still recovering from the ordeal."

Actions did speak louder then words. His eyes half closed as he snuggled into her, wrapping arms around her. Loosing so much only to have something precious placed in front of him...

She listend, her ears never leaving their straight up position. Her eyes were softer in sympithy, then she said, "If there is anything I can do to ease the pain and help the healing, just let me know." She want so much to help him, how she could grow so attached to someone she had just met the day before, she didn't know but she was sure it had to do with how well he treated her.

Nuzzling into his neck she lightly kissed the skin, purring as he snuggled into her. This was simply heavenly.

"I'll be fine." He murmured. It was kind of funny how some people just automatically attatch themselves to others in so short a time. As much as he didn't like sympathy from anyone, he'd let this slide. He nuzzled her tummy, sending kisses to smooth skin.

Rin accepted Asher's responce and relaxed a moment. The nuzzles and kisses to her stomach causing her to sqeauk lightly and squirmed ever so slightly, light termors of pleasure hit her along with goosebumps. Giggling lightly, one hand went to run through his hair and the other lightly ran down his arm. She was one very happy kitty, she just wish she knew how to make him very happy like he managed to make her in moments like this.

Asher snuggled and licked her belly with tiny laps. Whenever she giggled, he looked up at her with sparkly blue eyes.

Rin found it hard to restain a bit more of a giggle. She could see him looking up at her and she just smiled at him and continued her gentle light actions, adding in a soft massage.

Asher chuckled. "Ticklish ma cherie?" He inquired, taking another lick to her belly and his hands caressing her sides.

Rin giggled more, her violate eyes sparkling with mirth as she squirmed lightly. Smiling she says, laughter in her tone, "Just a bit." That was a bit of an understatement but the truth none the less. Although she was trying to remain focused on her light action but his licking her stomach and hands made it harder.

Asher smiled. "Good. All the more pleasure to give." He found himself liking her laughter. He admired her beauty. He nibbled a little here and there.

Rin thought about it, caught from responding until she could get her laughter under control. Finally, she was able to speak, a light laugh still in her voice, "The question is, how can I return the favor?" Then she gave in let go of her restrained laughter, purrs intertwined because of how much she enjoyed what he was doing.

"I believe you are already returning the favor." He slowed his tickling assault so she could catch her breath. He propped himself up beside her, smiling a smile that suited a lazy feline that just lapped up cream.

Again, Rin was absolutely amazed how gentle and caring he was with her. Looking into his eyes, it was a bit difficult to catch her breath but she did manage. The smile he was giving her was priceless, causing her heart to skip a beat. Leaning forward she pressed her lips against his lightly, and said, "I am glad that I am not the only one greatly enjoying my self." Bringing her hand up, she gently stroked his cheek, both of them before the finger trailed down the side of his neck before resting on his shoulder.

Asher nodded, kissing her fingertips. He even drew one of them into his mouth and suckled. He then leaned in to suckle at her neck.

Rin giggled as he suckled her finger, she hadn't expected it and the response worked. That giggled turned into a sharper sound of pleasure and a deep purr as she dropped her shoulder slightly and turned her head in the opposite direction of the side of her neck receiving the fantastic attention. She had to do something, even what little she could do at the moment. One hand did travel between them, stroking his stomach.

Asher's breath pulled in as they explored each other. He breathed her scent and continued to lavish her neck and shoulders in attention.

Rin continued to be vocal in her enjoyment of the attention she was receiving. Lightly licking her own lips, she kept her wondering hand around his stomach regin, stroking sometimes teasingly so. Good thing they hadn't moved from bed, she thought naughtly.

Asher smiled and continued with their teasing and exploring leading to other things including deep kisses.

Rin followed his lead, her whole goal for this time around was for his pleasure. She would do what ever she could for him. Not only did she want to try and ensure that she could keep him as a bedmate, maybe more at some point. But he was so good to her, and even if he said she had returned the favor, didn't stop her from wanting to do so again.

Rin and Asher, waking up and moving

Rin was slow to wake up. The very pleasant sent of Asher was the absolutely best way to wake up, snuggling closer to the warm body beside her, she felt completely at peace. Hunger clawed at her awareness forcing her to finally open her sleepy violate eyes and yawn lightly, a smile still on her face.

Asher coiled around her warm body, his nose and lips nuzzling her bare skin. His ear twitched as his forked tongue flicked out from rousing from sleep. "You're hungry..." his voice was soft holding the note one gets from sleep.

She felt so good, that even hunger couldn't bring it down. His nuzzling of her skin just caused a tiny pleasant purr to vibrate in her throat. His voice made her feel a bit guilty and she said softly back, "hmmm, yes I am. Did I wake you? I am sorry." She nuzzled him and kissed him softly as to make up for it.

"Nope." He rose up to coil on what would have been his knees provided he didn't have a tail. "We should get you food, ma cherie." He slithered off the bed and searched for his shirt and necklaces to pull back on.

She hadn't bathe since the morning before she met Asher, already her hair didn't feel as soft or pleasant to her. "I need a shower first, would you like to come?" Running a finger down his back she adds, "I wash your back and you wash mine?" Really, she felt she had to bathe before she could eat. Not only that, but it would wake her up fully. Again she felt her stomach tell her it was hungry, but the rest of her wanted that shower and thats what won?

He smiled. "Sounds good," he murmured, flickering his tongue against her foot before scooping her up and slithering to the bathroom to start the shower.

Rin stepped out of the shower, happy and very clean. She did feel a lot better now that she was clean, and taking a shower with someone else was new but wonderful. Huming to her self, she took upon grooming, the towel only on her to dry her. Yeah, she took her time grooming herself to look the best she could before finally getting dressed.

Asher slither out of the shower, his hair dripping wet as he pulled it back to dry it off a bit with a towel and running a comb through the moisten curls. He wrapped the towel around his waist before he slithered out to find his clothes and slip into those.

He came up behind her, hands spanning her waist while his tongue flicked out to tease her skin.

Rin had just gotten completely dressed in a whole new outfit when she felt hands on her waist and a very sexy tongue against her skin. A purr instantly came from her throat and she leaned backwards to press her body against his. Breathing in his scent deeply, she let out a small, happy sigh.

It took effort to pull her mind from going back into the lusty thoughts. She had to eat, and she was pretty sure that he would be hungry too, after all the energy they used with only sleep to try to replenish it. Turning around, she kissed her serpent lover passionately before pulling back, looking into his eyes and smiling, "Lets go eat, I am afraid if we don't go now, I may not want to in a few minutes." She doubted she'd ever be able to completely get her mind out of the gutter when it was just them.

Meeting between ghosts, Julie and Rumi

Rumi sat there gazin out the window at all the anthros having fun palying around.Rumi let out a sih as she slowly reached out her hand going through the window, pulling it back Rumi looked around hee blue eyes gazing at the dustyness of where she was, seeing lots of books she though she mite be in a place no-one would come.gazing at her hand looking at the paleness of them and how a little seethrough they were.Holding her hands closs to her heart Rumi stood there continuing to gaze out the stain glass window

Julie wonders aimlessly as she thinks on the reason she left her home. Thats right, the palace was her home and living beings came to claim it from her, one of which brought a new person and were doing things she didn't want to walk into again.

Anger brewed in her heart but she suppressed it, she was no longer living, they were. Reminding herself not to be angry, she was not watching where she was going and not only managed to find another ghost, but nearly walked through her.

Pausing, she looked to and through the other ghost, "Hello."

Decore talk between Yuki and Takairi

Yuki looked up to see Takairi was done with her shower. He smiled slightly and shook his head. "It's fine. I don't mind at all." The angel tilted his head slightly. "Do you have anything else to attend to here?" He asked her curiously.

Takairi smiled and shook her head and told him, "No, I do not." That left her wondering what they would do now. As she thought about, her tail stayed near her leg and her ears twitched. Finally she asked, "Is there somewhere you want to go or something you would like to do?" She loved being with Yuki and just wanted to spend time with him. Her head was tilted to the side as she awaited his answer.

Yuki shook his head. "I do not have a preference on where to go or what to do." The angel just laid back against the pillows before sitting up and standing up once more, moving towards Takairi's room then looking to her. "Is there an interesting story for this room" He asked curiously, wondering if she choose the way her room was furnished.

Takairi looked to her room thinking about it before saying, "Kinda, I picked this room when I found this place because it was the only door that was unlocked and the vastness just seemed like this fun new place to me. The people I hired to fix this place up, they asked me what I wanted and I told them to come back the next day."

She walked over to the terrycloth on the ground and told him, "I watched what the sun did, and the moon. This spot was perfect for sun bathing and the moon hit it well. From there, I just tried to add elements of the nature. At that time I was a lot younger and a bit self centered, hence the huge bed. I read a story about royalty and thought it made me special to have it." Laughing lightly she thought about being a small child and added, so that he could be in on what she was laughing at, "I was probably around six or so when that happened, the moment this bed was brought and made, I ran right up to it and jumped as high as I could, It was a lot of fun bouncing into it and around. It must have been an hour or so before I got tired of bouncing and fell asleep."

Looking to her plants, "It was only when I became a young teen that I begin to bring plants and more life to the room. Is there a story behind your room?" Her head was again titled to the side and she leaned lightly against her bed frame since she moved over to it to tell her story.

Yuki just nodded as the feline went on with her story. As he looked to the sunbathing place he just smiled as he went to move directly underneath it to look up before looking back at Takairi. He chuckled hearing the story of her big bed and shook his head slightly as he laughed, imaging Takairi as a princess, crown and all. The angel took a moment to recall thoughts about his room. "Hm. As you've seen, my room is plan. The clouds airbrushed into the walls reminds me of flying. The mural was just something I can relax with when I'm mediating. I imagine myself in that very spot, where the sun is about to set in a large field of grass and where the mountains start to turn purple from the setting sun. Everything else was just for essential use, like the table chair and such. I used to reflect after I meditated." He blushed slightly, thinking Takairi would think his life was boring, but didn't mind so much seeing that's how he wanted to live his life.

Takairi listened to him, impressed by how what he did, had meaning and practicality. When he finished speaking, she told him, "That makes your room even lovelier. In its simplify and practically gives the room such charm." She honestly loved his room because it was simple, not ornate like hers. There were things in her room that had no purpose, but his didn't.

Yuki just smiled. "I find your room quite.. cute after hearing the story." He chuckled softly. "Thank you. I did not wish for Li to spend so much on my room seeing he's housing many anthros." He nodded. "I was one of the firsts though." His brow quirked up, at least remembering Lexi spended a lot to furnish her room.. and her personal bathroom.

Takairi smiled when he said the room was cute. In her mind she pictured her small self leaping on the bed, running around acting like a princess. Curious she asked, "How many were in the house before you?" She was the first here, and the only for a long time. Really, she was enjoying the time to getting to know him more.

Yuki thought about it for a moment. "I believe five where in the household before me, including Li." The angel nodded. "How long was it before Rin became a part of your household?" He blinked.

Takairi thought about it, how long had it been? With her fingers and mind she counted it out thinking that she found the place when she was five and she was 18 now so it was.. "It was 13 years before Rin and Drake showed up, both on the same day." Not really thinking much on it, she goes on to ask, "Did you get along well with the five there?" She was sure she wouldn't have stayed here if Rin lived in the same house as her before she got there.

Yuki just nodded. "I see." He smiled for a moment then frowned and shook his head. "Li, Lee and Li's son, Irvine were nice, Lexi was just stuck-up and I couldn't bare talking with her and Renji.. was affixated with me. Good thing Li found him disturbing and looked him up." He shuddered.

Takairi saw him shake frown and shake his head, in response to that, she tilted her head to the side in curiously. She just assumed that it was because he was thinking of the people he was staying with. She remembered him talking about the demon named Renji before. "Oh, I am glad that Li recognized that Renji was inappropriate towards you. That would have been really awful if you had to deal with worrying about him. I am sorry you didn't have more agreeable company. One of the reasons I was happy and sad to be alone. No one to bother me but also no one to laugh and talk with." She never talked to herself, well when she was very young she had an imaginary friend but that was something different.

Yuki just nodded his head. "Yeah. Li was just disturbed by his.. ways." He looked to her. "Oh? I think it's better to have company then be alone. You can always get away for a bit to be alone but it's sometimes harder to find company." He nodded.

Takairi couldn't help but wonder about Ranji. Like, what were these 'ways' he talked about? What in the world was this Ranji like to talk with? Was he as flirty as Rin had been to Drake or subtle, worse? Pushing both Rin and Renji out of her thoughts, she says, "Before now, I didn't have much of a choice, then when I did, it was sort of scary to think about talking to the people I watched from my tree." Taking a soft breath through her nose she says, "Though I do say, I prefer your company to solitude." She didn't turn way, just gazed to Yuki attentively to anything he might say.

Yuki just smiled. "Aw." He frowned slightly, moving over to grasp her hand and pat his other hand on top of hers. He just smiled when she said he enjoyed his company with a slight blush. "Do you know what Takairi? The first time I met you, it had been my first time talking to someone outside of my household. Yes, there may have been many others in my household, but none seem to really.. connect to me."

Takairi smiled warmer and blushed lightly as he took her hand and patted it. Listening to what he said, she felt really special, there was a connection between them, she knew that, and felt it. "Really? Then we were both lucky to met someone out side of our homes and connect with them." She felt very fortune to have met him, and would love the tree that brought them to meet. The book, she had honestly forgot all about and wasn't even sure where it was.

Yuki smiled as he leaned down a bit. "Yes.." He trailed off. He never considered doing this until now and leaned down to give her a chaste kiss on the lips, if she so allowed it. Of course, he would hope she wouldn't deny, seeing he had to rake up a lot of courage just to do this.

Takairi looked up at him, almost unable to believe what he was going to kiss her. She did not even hesitate on tilting her head up and slightly to the side to meet his lips with hers. She could have sworen her heart skipped a beat when she had realized his intention, but she didn't think about until she went to connect the kiss.

Her eyes closed and she pulled one arm to hug Yuki. Remembering how he left when she and Rin were competing, she had hardly even dreamed of even being able to kiss him or to be kissed by him.

Yuki pressed his lips to her for a chaste kiss before pulling away and looking to Takairi with a faint blush. He didn't know what to say for the moment being, but he would welcome the silence for just a bit to cherish the moment. (*Chaste life flies out the window.*)

Takairi slowly opened her eyes, smiling up at him, a blush burning on her cheeks. She finally understood what was so great about kissing. For a few heart beats, she said nothing, taking in what had happened. The child in her wanted to look away, but it was the adult woman that won out and she would not look away as she said softly, "That kiss was nice. Yuki, care strongly for you and hope that kiss won't be the last" This was all very new to her; she didn't know exactly what to say. Her love books failed her memory so she just spoke what she felt. Though she was not nearly as elegant as she would have liked.

Yuki lushed and looked down to Takairi's eyes, looking for the sincerity in her eyes and found it easy to find. ".. It won't be the last, if you allow it to be." He said softly.

Takairi couldn't help but smile warmer as he blushed. She may be juvenile in her comprehensions of imamate topics, but she did understand the blush. He had pulled the courage to initiate the first kiss, something she doubted she would have been able to do. A nod just wasn't good enough in this moment, something else was. "I do and will allow it." As she finished the last word, she attempted the second kiss, with the same option he gave her.

Yuki blushed and nodded, wrapping one of his arms around her waist and allowing the second kiss.
