Was all she could manae to say after a while of silence. She didnt mean to anger him or anything. She grew silent again looking at the earth underneath her. It was soft to lye on and most at tthis time from the dusks dew.

Cadaver mumbled under his breath slightly, his tail flicking against the ground again only this time softer. He turned his head to look at her, his white eyes eerily stareing at her. More blue started to show in her aura. Great, juuuuuust great. She was going to get all apologetic on him now for bringing it up. "Don't apologize...I don't want sympathy."

Spice lets some air escape. Relief fell over her quickly. She gav her ear a small flicker, still listening to everything around them. The cool night air carried the sent of rain on it, not nessicarialy meaning it would soon be. The wind played gently with her hair, knocking some of her mane into her eyes, but that was quickly relieved as she tossed her head a bit forcing the hair to shift out of veiw.

And then it happened. A streak of lightening split the sky as a loud thunderous boom filled the air. Cadaver's ears perked instantly as he heard the sound. "Tut, tut it looks like rain..." And at that instant a down pour of water fell from the sky. His mane started to get drenched as his dark gray coat flattened down against his large, muscular frame. Small wather droplets streaked from his eyelashes and down his cheeks.
((had to do something. lol.))

Spice enjoyed the down por of rain and titled her head up wards to it. Its fell down her head soaking anything that was left open. Her mane became heavy with water and stretched tigtly down her neck and face. She stood up and walked over to the tree that cadaver layed under. Her tail trailed behind her, dragging in the luch wet grass, too it was soaked to the point of sticking to the back of her legs and hips as she walked.
Her bodys colors became darker and more vibrant then they were before, glowing in the rain as it pounced into tinny dropplets off her body as it hit. her black hooves glimmered as the ivory shone behind every time she lifted her feet. Soon she was in a relitivly dry spot under the tree. In the sence that not as much water was down pooring there. Right next to wheer Cadaver was laying.
She looked down at him and he looked a little different from before. Perhapes it was becuase he was wet. But to her he seemed to look rather attracting. Her green orbs darted away from him and she closed them lightly snorting as some water went down into her nose. Another streak of lighting raced across the sky, fallowed by it's loud thunderous roar.

Through the loud cracklings of thunder, Cadaver's attention was mostly on the sound. He hadn't realized that Spice had moved from her spot and layed down near him. After a moment of looking up at the sky, he lowered his head, his white and black mane slicked back sticking against his neck.
He shifted his gaze to where she had been then looked around a bit before he spotted her aura nearby. She was close, perhaps a little too close for his comfort. But he said nothing about it. Figureing that she was just getting out of the full force of the rain.

She relaxed still stadning n the one spot that wasnt getting smacked by the rain as bad as in the open. How strange that the only tree in the clearing was right in the middle. She didnt know if she liked being this close to Cadaver or not. He didn't seem to be any threat in the means of hurting her physically but you never know. Spice also figured from what she gathered he didnt like others to get close, perhapes he was afraid of losing them. She kept her eyes shut and listened to the rain.

Cadaver snorted lightly and shook his head of some water that was starting to really soak his mane and coat. He looked at Spice again, a single eyebrow raised as he watched her. "Why so quiet? Usually you're talking up a storm....no pun intend." A smirk tugged at the corners of his mouth, but he surpressed it a bit.

Spice was soon snapped out of her dream like state. Her eye lids slowly open and she turned turned her head a little to face him side ways with it up turned a bit.
" Im enjoying the sound of the rain, the thunder. It all has a very... soothing melody to it"
She smiled looking in his direction still. He kepts etting darker as the rain fell on him more. Most horses would start to get a chill or cold from it but he looked fine. another streak of lightining played in the sky, fanning out touching as far as it could stretch. the rain beat against the leaves on the trees as the thunder crackled and grummbled some.

Cadaver's ears perked foward slightly as he listened to her speak. His single eyebrow still raised slightly. "Huh, funny. Most mares usually run for cover and cower when there's a storm with lightening and thunder like this." Which was true in his eyes. He had come across quite a few mares in his time that would squeal and run at the sound of an approaching storm. Which he found weird. Thunder couldn't hurt you, that was a fact as it was only a sound, but lightening could strike you dead in your tracks if you weren't careful.

She teased and smiled abit masking the truth. Indeed she wasnt like most other mares who prefered pretty things and adorde the smell of flowers. She didnt prance around looking for a stallions attention, or tried to show off what she had all in attempt to make another mare jealous or grab a stallions attention. Sure she was a flashy looking mare, but she didnt prance around like it would be the end of the world if she didnt get any ones attention. If She had it her way she would just be all black, non noticable at all.

Cadaver gave her a slightly serious look, his wet tail flopping against the moist grass that lay beneath him. "Is that so? How then are you not like most mares? Is it your love for the smell of death? Or that you're not afraid of storms like this?" He motioned towards the sky with his muzzle for a moment before looking back at her.

She didnt want to say anything. She didnt know just how much she wanted to share with Cadaver. She didnt really know him all that well and if he was gonna judge her based on what she said.
" Well to me it seems that most mares..... would rahter be pretty and flashy in hopes of attracting a mate that wont nessicarialy stay with them. They seem to much in a hurry. If i could... i would trade the way i look to be normal, i've always been an oddballl others tel me i have no soul for my eye possess no puiple, im always being judged before they get to know me. Souly bassed on my appearence...."
She trailed off and remained silent. That had been the first time she shared that with any one and she prepared herself for him to make a snide comment, or say how she talked to much. Spice didnt know what he was gonna do, she just looked away and toward the sky as it lit up.

Cadaver chuckled lightly and gave her a slight sideways glance. "Have you forgotten already? I cannot base how you are or what you're like based on your apperance, so it really doesn't matter to me what you look like as I cannot see it to it's fullest." Turning his head away, he seemed to be stareing off into the distance, though his eyes saw nothing but darkness.

She smiled on the outside as well as in. Mainly glad that it wasnt what she told him that made him laugh but something else. Even though it was clear at times that it pained him to talk about his eyes, at least he could joke around about it.
" and that's why i admire you."
She stated, not daring to look back.
