So...they had a special-thingy on the News last night about Steve and stingrays...
Well, apperently when kept in captivity and they clip the tip of the barb so no one can get stung.
And my friend told me that only 3 people in the last 10 years has died from sting ray attacks...O.o

You have to remember he's one lucky son of a gun considering he could have been chewed on then spit out by any animal he came in contact with....
Stingrays..... On another note, I had a lego set with one and always tried to chew off it's tail.... maybe it twas a subconscious note?

It is so sad and yet it is partly his fault because he pulled the barb out. Yet he should of got killed by a croc or snake

oh gosh.. i felt pity for his family.. as his wife is like.. just quite that young.. furthermore.. she didn't get to say the last word wit him.. it's so sad... his children is also just so so young... crying so sad...

I heard that they had footage of him pulling out the stinger thingy from his chest. ...I don't know, Steve Irwin was like the kind of guy you don't imagine dying XD

Yeah, they said that it was too soon to show the footage and they have to watch it first before deciding whether the general public should see it.
