Just a quick note - you don't need the extra arms serum if you just want the character to retain their human-set of arms.
It's a standard option when changing into any creature with less limbs than a human to retain the arms and/or legs.
As it stands, if you were to purchase the extra set of limbs, you're going to get a four-armed snake :3
EDIT - however, if you want a very naga-ish appearence in the end (ie, not a snake head, but a mostly human head), then that requires a tauric serum. Most of the characters on the island become anthropomorphic animals with very animalistic heads/faces.

That was something I wasn't sure on. So it'd have to be tauric, eh? *wonders if there's that much in her wallet* xD I'll have to think on it.
