Duke was already hovering over the buffet table, he loved these gatherings it gave him a reason not to cook. He piled onto his plate an enormous amount of goodies, which was alot for such a skinny man.
Rhadamanthus blinked, hearing the tiny giggle. He followed it's source and ducked under the table, grasping the little saytr before she ran away. "GOTCHA!"
In her last ditch effort Leo screamed. "AHH!"
Duke blinked, watching them he chewed on his sandwhich.
Rhadamanthus, growled. "You are a sneaky little brat, the next time you decide to play tennis with my face I'll make sur eit's the last thing you do." He let her go roughly and went off, he blinked watching Connor play. It was like watching an angel sing... "s**t."

Istu giggled and blinked, as soon as he was placed down on the ground he hugged Garreth. "Hehe Gwee." He nuzzled the green dragonoid with a smile.
Baxterfullous blinked again, he kept his eye on his baby to make sure he didn't agitate the dragon.

Gairbith nodded slightly with an amused smile, getting up and heading to the buffet table. Picking out what he knew she liked and lightly onto the plate. Once he had all he thought she would want he came back and put the plate down on the table near her.
Salem smiled at his lover, settling himself down next to her once again. "Hey babe. You alright? Gairbith's taking good care of you I see." He added with a smile at the food.
Cato rolled his many eyes and came back out from under the table to continue his search. He looked around once again, not realizing how close he already was to one of the items. And so he walked away from it, his searched interupted as the music started. He looked over at the stage and smiled. It took him a moment to realize he needed to get going or he would loose and off he want again.

Chii hung around the food for awhile, this would be the first time she would have eaten anything in what seems like two days. So much has happened that she didnt have any time for herself. Her tail swished hitting the table cloth lightly every once in a while. She put a bit of sushi on her plate, then some other things that she hadn't tried.
Nomi looked around, noticing some plants he started over to them. Plants make great hiding places, I'll start here. His ears twtched and he looked around making sure the other two weren't around incase he found one of the objects. Seeing neither of the two, he searched through the plants.

Salem sighed contently as he cuddled up to his very pregnant lover, kissing her cheek. "You really like all this...? I did a good job?"
Cato looked back at the buffet table, having a feeling he should go back there, but not going with the feeling this time. Instead he wondered around some more, squinting a bit to see the far and rather blurry part of the ballroom. After a while he started heading for one of the tables with the vases on them.

Catherine nodded enthusiastically, "Yes, I love it! ...It's last minute, but it's nice!" She smiled brightly at her cat love nuzzling into his neck. "This is wonderful, I mean it."
Aphrodite ducked into the roses, as she spotted Cato comming by. Holding her breath she blinked feeling something that didn't feel like a flower, turning around she grinned. Grasping the hankercheif she pulled it lower and out of sight. 'Al, where are you?' The plushie of course was no longer in her hands, long before she began hovering about the tables she left him by the buffet table.
'Under the buffet table, why?' The possessed doll, blinked as he peaked out from under the white table cloth.
' Do you think you can look around over there?' She projected her thoughts over the room.
The doll shrugged. ' Isn't that cheating?'
' Duh. '
'As long as you're ok with it.'
Catherine looked down at Garreth as soon as she heard his 'I'm bored', petting his head she sighed. "Aw sweetie, well what do you want to do?"
"Can I go home?" He wriggled outo f Istu's grasp. "...Neets isn't here and it's no fun without more kids." The Dragon human pouted looking up at his mother, nuzzling her leg. "Buh - I wanna stay here too... with you."
Catherine frowned, "Why don't you play with Leo and your sister? ... And take Istu too."
"Ok." He huffed and stood, lifting the baby in his arms as he looked for the two girls.
Connor continued to play music idly, though if it was idle play he seemed to putting his soul into the music. Rocking his body with the music he closed his eyes and played faster and faster as though to fight time, daring it to go in pace with him.
Aphrodite blinked, turning her head to veiw Connor. She smiled watching, a secret want creeped into her mind. She wanted it to be her up on that stage too, maybe... someday. Peaking through the dethorned roses, she stared in awe of the wolfkin's talent.
Then piling out of the opening of the ballroom, an tanned elf with a large electric pink mohawk, tatoos etched across the bald places on his head and his long ears. Dressed in a yellow trenchcoat he galavanted across the ballroom, following after him was a pair almost as noticable as thier bright friend.
The first of the pair was a shaggy blonde wizard, looking about 18 or so, he was dressed much similiar to Connor, open plaid shirt, worn and torn jeans, and a a pair of bright sneakers with holes in the toes. The second was the wizard's twin, a young looking witch with a short cut off highlighter green tee, a black pleeted skirt, suspenders, and knee high combat boots.
Greeting all the patrons of the gathering, the young girl gave kisses to Catherine, and boys hugged her dearly before running up towards the wolfkin band mate.
" Starting without us?" Spoke the tatooed elf as he raised his eyebrow.
Connor merely grinned. "Maybe."
