An indian lugger hawk flapped its wings as it approached the house that was assumed to be the home of Raine. Earlier, a half feline half canine creature, called a banthi, had sniffed out the scent of one of Sayeh's oldest friends and came back to report it to her. She, in return, told the predator of the skies over India, and now he was on a hunt.

The fowl dipped his bowl and wings to an angle as he approached the building, and circled around it several times looking around and around for the window that he assumed was Raine's from Sayeh's description of him. He came to rest on the window sill and tapped against the pane in a rough, loud fashion. Then from his leg, his beak untied a note. Letting it rest on the sill, the hawk took off.

And the note read (with many scratches over what were mistakes obviously):

Dear Master Mister Mr. Sir Raine,

Please forgive the above mistakes. I am trying my hardest to honor your wishes for dropping the titles. How are you? I have not seen you around and please forgive the boldness of my letter-writing, but I was concerned for your well-being. I hope you are alright.

Rain had been scampering around his odd ittle family's home for the most part of the day, under the watchful eyes of Lyrr, the bird anthro, when the door was tapped upon however he made a delighted little noise and darked to open it, smiling even more when he waw who was standing there
"Sayeh!" he proclaimed delightedly, leaning foreward to wrap his arms around the feline, laughing quietly
"You came! I'm so happy you did!" he did seem very genuinely excited by the visit..
"Come in!" he trilled, stepping back from the door to let the feline step inside, it was too cold for him out there so he didnt mind backing into the warm either.
"Are you going to be able to stay long?" He hoped so, He liked having friends over, it made him incredably happy!

Raine acceped the box with a look of surprise on his face
"Oh Sayeh! You really didnt have to!" He protested, but he began to open it reguardless, it was rude to refuse a gift, especially as his friend had told him she made it for him herself..
He carefully removed the riob and the shiny paper, which caught his attention for a good minute before he was able to do anything with it..
Finally he blinked down at what was inside, curious as ever!

Raine looked absoloutely delighted, and wrapped his arms around both items with a delighted little laugh.
"I love them! No need to be sorry!" With the happy smile easilly reaching his eyes he wound the scarf around his neck twice, and then once more for good measure, and stood up straight again, wrapping his arms around her shoudlers in another warm hug
"Thank you so much!" He kissed her on the cheek then, quite whimsically before letting her go, he was delighted with his gifts, they were suck lovely colours, and warm and soft as well!
"You're so clever! I could never make anythign like this.." He enthused, folding the blanket over his arm for now, running his fingers over the soft wool..
"I'll have to think of somthign to do for you." he nodded quite firmly, then smiled again..
"C'mon, lets go up to my room, that way Lyrr cant complain we're making too much noise." He took a hold of her hand and gave it a gentle tug as he left the room..
"I'm really happy you came here Sayeh!" He beamed at her
"And you can stay as long as you want!"

Raine paused half way down the corridoor to his bedroom
"Lyrr is the bird anthro who lived here before any of us.. I think its his home really, but we all live here too!" He beamed..
"He's usually sitting in the living room reading or writing somthing, sometimes with Aspen.. he's a squirrel! He has a huge fluffy tail! I love it! Its so soft.. but he wont let me put any pink bows in it or dye it.. but I guess I dont mind.." He paused, looking thoughtfull.
"And I want to make you somthign Sayeh!" He protested,
"You're my friend! And you gave me a gift!" he smiled happily at her, she was so pretty! He was lucky to have such a lovely friend..
"Anyway, my rooms over here!" he stated, taking her hand again and leading her, a little more slowly now, down the corridoor,he pushed the door open and turned the light on, the room was a mixture of pretty pastle blues and purples, with a white ceiling and a darker purple carpet.
"The blanket will go perfectly!" he stated happily, letting go of her hand and beginning to spread it out on the bed, a satisfied look on his face as he admired his new posession.
"Its lovely." He stated again, before looking up at her.
"Is there anything you'd like to do..? Or shall we just talk or a while?"

Raine smiled slightly
"Oh I have some shiny things.." He laughed..
"I collect gem stones.. I have quite a few.." He moved across the room and reached up to one of the shelves and pulled down a white box. He set it on his bed and beackoned Sayeh over, smiling for a moment at her long blue hair.. it was so pretty.. it was an amazing colour really...
"Here, see!" he opened the box, it was all seperated into sections, there were many different coloured stones, blue turquoise, purple amethyst, clear Quarts, red Jasper, golden Tigers eye, many more.. it was quite a large box.. They were all rather small, not much bigger than a dime really in size.
"I think these.. and my new blanket are probably my favourite things.. and Allanah, she's my plant!" He pointed at a large leafed fern that sat in a dark purple pot, on a stand by the window, there was a small butterfly ornament hanging frmo one of the leaves..
"I've had her for quite a while now!" He stated happily.
"Which stone do you like the best..?" He asked..

Raine laughed happily, and bounced to his feet, he moved over to a drawn abd plled it open. After a few moments of rummaging through it he tugged out a fairly fine silver chain that had a little round cage hanging from it, the cage was made of fairly fine strange of the silver that were joined at the bottom by a hinge, allowing it to open, and at the top by two loops that kept it closed when it was threded on the chain, he took it carefully off the chain as he movedback over to the box of genstone, and carefully selected the amythyst one his friend had indicated and set it in the cage, which he then closed, and threaded back onto the chain.
"There." He stated, holding it out to Sayeh..
"A gift for you!" He looked very pleased..
"And yes, I do like taking care of my plants... they go such a nice green colour when they're well.." He continued to hold out the chain and the pendant to her.

Raine leant closer to his friend and quirked an eyebrow very much..
"Sayeh..? Are you okay..? You looked worried.." he said quietly, rtouching his fingers to her shoulder.
He didnt answer her quetion right away this time, he just leant forward some more and peered at her, he couldnt help but worry now, he'd seen an expression on her face that he wasnt used to seeing at all..
"Please tell me if there is anything wrong.. especially if its with the gift.." She seemed to like it, but he wanted to be sure..
