Mari grinned and talked to herself outloud. Matt couldn't hear her because he didn't have headphones on. "So, you want to use weapons... How about we mix it up." She started typing away and hitting some buttons. As she did this, the monsters' dark purpleish skin started to change to a yellow and white color. Surely, mosters of light would be difficult to battle against with his keyblade.

As the monsters transformed, their eyes flashed a blue and the glared at them. Two started running at him with their fangs bared and letting out an ear-piercing howl.

now this is more like it.
*he rushed at the demons with his blade raised, and brought it down on one demon then turned around, swinging at the other one to it's head*

The first demon was knocked to the side, but now open wounds. The one he was swinging towards its head, raised its clawed hand and caught the blade. It grabbed it and tried to pull the blade from his hand. While it was playing tug-of-war with Smash, another was coming up behind him and attacked his right leg, slashing and biting at it.

*he winced a little at the bite on his leg. he kicked back at the demon in the face the turned to the one that had caught his blade and pulled it closer to him with his elbow extended out and smashed it in the face*

Another monster came from behind him as he had to deal with the two form before and jumped on his back digging it's claws into him.

*now that he started to get crowded he crossed his arms then unleashed an energy wave to get the demons away. he then teleported behind a demon and slashed it downward and kept teleporting to all the other demons, with his blade swinging wildly.*

After a while, most were down, but there were a few left. WHen he teleported infront of a certain one, it had been ready and had a handful of sand from the desert land. Without hesitation, the demon threw the sand into his eyes to blind him.

*the sand had gotten in his eyes and he drew back wiping his eyes. he couldn't see clearly so he sniffed the air, tracking down the demons. he reached out for the one that blinded him and grabed it by the neck and tossed it to the ground, skidding until it slowly stopped.*

While he was blinded, the other two demons came from behind and attacked his back. One digging its fangs into his shoulder and and the other clawing at his back and sides.

*he winced again from the pain but they had left themselves open. he droped his blade and reached back for both of them and swung them together, smashing their heads together. while dazed, he pick up his blade and slashed both of their heads at once. he wiped his eyes, getting the sand out of his eyes then looked up*
alright now. give me all that this machine has.

Mari started typing away and turning dials. She was going to give him what he wanted. Odin on the other hand was watching with his little claws over his eyes. Every now and then peeking to see.

A demon that resembled the ones he was fighting approached him. Only this time it was about the same size as Smash and held a broadsword. It was a yellowish white showing that the keyblade would not be able to rip it apart as it would with creatures of darkness. It glared at him through its lifeless blue eyes and let out a roar in his direction.

*he smiled and raised his blade in his direction. he motioned with his hand for him to come at him*

It held the sword in both of its clawed hands and ran at him with the blade pointed towards him as if it were a lance.

*he rushed at him as well and when he got to the point of it's sword he ducked down and the swung his blade upward, as to uppercut the demon with the end of the blade*

The monster dropped his weapon and used his claw hand to grab Smash's blade as he tried to uppercut him with it. Not having the blade in its hand anymore, it was able to use both hands to grab Smash's keyblade and arm and throw him to the ground.
