absinthe_mind3d Glenwood82 absinthe_mind3d absinthe_mind3d I live in Seattle, they actually have a music store for industrial...www.musicwerks.org and, industrial/goth clubs, a coffee/internet cafe that all the industrial people hang out at. 8 out of 10 people here I know like Industrial, especially SKINNY PUPPY. Combichrist is annoying. however, I'm the only rivet chick that I know of...the rest are all goth or just like "some industrial". Most rivetheads around here are guys. Bet they fight over you! You look good...Seattle sounds great, are there any engineering jobs? Cause I might move there. hehe, thanks...no, most of them have goth girlfriends, and as for jobs, probably...there's a pretty good industrial scene here, Seattle has its own industrial CD store, too...and I have friends in 2 industrial bands. I'm in a band, but it's a work in progress, at least until I get more equipment/people....also need to finish a few classes and s**t... but yeah, Seattle is pretty cool. Plus, it's where KMFDM now calls home...not that they let you in when you want to. (*Knocks at Sascha's door* Sascha: GET THE ******** AWAY FROM ME, GOD! WHY WON'T YOU SHITCOCKERS LEAVE ME ALONE! *Walks away, somewhat disillusioned*) Seriously, that would be an awesome place to live; just have to get used to the fact Mt. Rainer could blow at anytime and that it rains. But, you guys got the Space Needle so it's cool!

yep, the Space needle is a great metaphor for the junkie life, kinda ironic...KMFDM played here on Halloween but I was at a party, and missed them play. Oh, and it won't stop ******** raining...but I did see my friend's industrial bands play on Tuesday...kickass and moshpit fun for all.
Don't stand near me in a mosh pit, or you'll get knocked down/bruised/etc... lol

With such prime rivethead land...the rotting factories, the rusting equipment, broken down oil wells, towns reduced to little more than hollow, soulless husks...you'd think there would be more of us in the hills of PA...oh well. I can reach out with digital fingers and...touch...you.

Gah, I live nowhere. Me and a few of my mates are the only Gothic, Glam, Rivethead group in the city. Everyone else is just Gangsta, EMO, or Mallgoth. rofl

I live in the middle of the Bible Belt. There's a lot of mallgoths around, but no rivetheads. I don't even look like a rivethead, though, I look like a total hippie. My fiancee's the only real rivethead in the area, I think.

La Veuve Zin Megafan2 Actually, yes! My only friend that lives anywhere near me is Rivet! Damn, he's hot. Why can't I meet cute rivetbois?! gonk Yeah, he is. O_O BTW, what do you all have against NIN fans? o_O I understand you dont want him confused with Industrial, but do you really have to hate his fans? I happen to like both Industrial/Noise/EBM/etc, and also like NIN. Same with Manson really, but I don't like him either.

I have yet to meet another person who is as interested in industrial/ebm/darkwave/future pop as I am in San Diego.
I'll meet people here and there who like KMFDM and Skinny Puppy, but the second I break out sero.overdose or W.A.S.T.E they bail on me. sad
